Schönes, sauberes Appartement! Die Gastgeberin war immer auf WhatsApp erreichbar, schreibt auch immer gleich zurück, wenn man Fragen hat. Das inkludierte Frühstück (1 Stk. süßes Gebäck und 1 Kaffee) in einem Kaffee um die Ecke war sehr lecker! Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Schönes Zimmer mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. In der Nähe zum Bahnhof und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof auch ruhig und abseits des Verkehrslärms. Das Frühstück (Crossaint und Café) war gut erreichbar im Café die Straße runter. Später Check-In war kein Problem, da man selbst einchecken konnte. Kontakt mit der Inhaberin hatten wir nur online. Alles lief sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Leider waren noch Essensreste von den Vormietern im Kühlschrank. In der Beschreibung war zwar ein Balkon angegeben, das Zimmer hatte jedoch nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof ohne Balkon.

Schönes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber, die Inhaberin kümmert sich gut und meldete sich mehrfach bei whatsapp.

Man bekommt für das Frühstück einen Gutschein für ein Café um die Ecke. Das Frühstück ist glaube ich typisch italienisch aber für uns waren ein Croissant + Kaffee oder Saft etwas wenig.

Háromszor voltunk már Nápolyban de ez volt a legjobb szállásunk.Nagyon szépen és ízlésesen berendezett,modern. Három szobát foglaltunk,minden nap takarítottak és kaptunk tiszta törölközőt, ágyneműt. Nekem plusz pont,hogy van lehetőség kávéra,mert van bekészítve kapszula amit szintén minden nap töltenek. A bejutás könnyű,kódos rendszerrel történik minden információt időben megkaptunk. Közel van a belváros,a pályaudvar és 2 metrómegálló is. Reggeli a közeli reggeliző helyen történik ahol választhattunk a péksütemények illetve a kávék közül. Van egy közeli kis boltocska is ami kora reggeltől késő estig nyitva van.

A reggeliző helyen nem túl kedves a személyzet,de ez nem a szállás hibája.

Csendes helyen van, könnyen megtalálható. Közel a belváros és a repülőtér. A berendezés nagyon szép.

Para chegar no apartamento o bairro é bem feio e sujo. Um ponto bem desconfortável foi no check-out quando a proprietária exigiu pagamento de 5,50 Euros por pessoa por noite, taxa esta que não estava no anúncio do Booking, pois já havia sido cobrado uma taxa municipal no mesmo valor incluída na reserva. No pagamento do booking estava claro que no preço final todos os impostos estavam inclusos.

Air conditioning did not work at all. It was very uncomfortable in the heat.

Beautiful space away from the road. Secure with gated access and then stairs or a lift to the space. Comfortable, clean, had everything I needed. Near a bus stop.

Great location, the room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing! Easy check-in and the host was available and friendly. Would definitely go back.

The breakfast is served at a nearby partner café, but the staff are rude and unwelcoming. We went once and decided not to go back.

au-dela de mes attentes car je pensais disposer d'une chambre mas en fait c'était un appartement à part entière avec petite cuisine, très agréable pour être autonome, salle de bain au top , tout était parfaitement propre, soigné et décoré avec gout.`L'immeuble est joli, bonne situation proche de la gare et le café du matin au café du coin à l'italienne, pour moi un vrai plus! grande réactivité de la gérante via WhatsApp, je recommande à fond!!!

Pulizia e il supporto dell host

Daniela was very helpful. Location was close to restaurants/pharmacies/kiosks. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Daniela even made sure that our taxi was pre-arranged for our departure.

Izba bola krásna, čistá, kúpeľňa tak isto.

Lokalita bola síce blízko centra, ale ulička v ktorej bolo ubytovanie na prvý pohľad vyzerala trochu zanedbane až podozrivo. Keď sme si na ňu ale zvykli už to bolo celkom v poriadku.

Pekné, útulné, pohodlné ubytovanie v centre mesta, boli sme veľmi spokojní. Raňajky v nedalekej kaviarničke.

Všetko bolo v poriadku.

The accommodation is close to the airport. The host messaged the codes for doors and left the room open for fast check in/out. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Its a good location for getting around Naples. Breakfast is at a cafe 5 minutes away, a choice of fresh coffee or orange juice and a pastry, you use a voucher that is put in your room when it's cleaned

Assolutamente niente, se non il bar convenzionato, sono stata gentili e carini.

Tutto, totale mancanza di igiene, zero professionalità e completa assenza di assistenza. Al mio arrivo dopo aver l’orario del check in dato che non mi è stata nemmeno data l’opportunità di farlo anticipato, la stanza si presentava sporca, piena di polvere, con macchie ovunque sulle lenzuola e sulla coperta. Il proprietario non si è mai fatto vedere di persona per tutto il soggiorno, limitandosi a comunicare tramite messaggi. Quando ho fatto notare la sporcizia inviando le foto, ha ammesso per iscritto di aver "dato fretta" al personale delle pulizie, giustificando così il disservizio. Non ha mandato nessuno a sistemare, ma mi ha detto di andarmi a prendere delle lenzuola di ricambio da sola da un armadio in corridoio. Le lenzuola fornite in sostituzione, che lui ha definito sterilizzate, presentavano evidenti macchie gialle ed erano persino peggio di quelle sul letto. Sono stata costretta a pulire lo stretto necessario con delle salviette igienizzanti che avevo portato da casa per poter pernottare in modo decente. Ho potuto allegare sono poche foto ma lo schifo era troppo. Per di più nella stanza si sentivano tutti i rumori delle stanze vicine compreso il frigorifero e il bagno con il rumore dell’acqua. Accendo la tv e non ho potuto nemmeno vederla perché non aveva i classici canali memorizzati. Per di più la zona in cui si trova questa struttura non è bellissima, lontana minimo 20 minuti a piedi da qualsiasi zona più abitata e ti ritrovi a camminare in strade desolate dove non c’è nemmeno lo spazio per camminare e le macchine e moto ti sfrecciano quasi addosso. Per di più quando dovevo andare via con le valigie pesanti la corrente non c’era e l’ascensore non funzionava ho dovuto scendere a piedi 2 piani. Come ciliegina sulla torta, al momento del checkout mi è stato chiesto di lasciare i soldi della tassa di soggiorno in contanti su un tavolo nella stanza vuota, ovviamente senza l'emissione di alcuna ricevuta.

Sono già due anni che torno al Pontenovo, una struttura meravigliosa a due passi dal centro di Napoli e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e dalla stazione centrale. Per la cura e lo stile negli arredi si "omologa", a mio parere, più come albergo di elevata categoria anziché B&B. Gli interni sono curati con stile, e non mancano i comfort necessari con anche qualcosa in più. Ambiente molto discreto che coniuga perfettamente stile, eleganza ed essenzialità, nel cuore della Napoli più autentica! Colazione senza compromessi al bar convenzionato che ha un ottima pasticceria e, scontatissimo visto che siamo a Napoli, un ottimo caffè. Per me Pontenuovo B&B é il riferimento per tutte le volte che andrò in quella magnifica città!

Egyedül a reggeliző hely, mert botrányos volt a kiszolgálás. Ez nem a szálláshely hibája, így a maximális 10 pont jár neki. :)

great location, easy to get to from the airport and close to the centre. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay Staff was great and would quickly answer any questions we had.

Maybe some bottles of water in our room would have been great, but other than that, everything was very good!

Communication with the host on check in process was not smooth. Very little info and delays on replies. Host didn't take our names and addresses to properly register us for city taxes, but still asked for 22 Euros in cash for city tax, which was at a 5 star hotel rate., not the lower rate it should have been for this location. Shower handle was broken off and placed back on to look like it was fine. So either they didn't clean the bathroom after the last guest or tried to put the handle back on so it looked fine. We couldn't use the shower at all which was disappointing before a long flight. We wouldn't stay here again.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla disponibilità di Daniela alla posizione stessa del B&B che ci ha permesso, anche grazie al parcheggio interno, di vivere la città al 100% semplicemente camminando. La stanza poi era davvero bella e funzionale!

Nice room very comfortable. Air-conditioning and safe. Kitchen I didn't really use. Good value for the cost per night. Owners contacted me via text with check in and out information to use codes for doors as the keys didn't seem to work. Very close to transport and airport.

Area not the best but I knew that when I booked. However I think that is Naples it is very different from other places.

Emplacement

Unsere Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief komplett digital ab, aber sehr unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist schön groß gewesen und hatte einiges an Ausstattung, einen Föhn und auch eine kleine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine gab es.

In der Inseratsbeschreibung ist angegeben, dass es einen Parkplatz gibt. Leider ist das nicht ganz richtig, wir wurden zu einem ca. 200m entfernten Parkplatz geleitet und haben für nicht ganz 2 Tage 50€ bezahlt. Das im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Frühstück bei einem nahegelegenen Cafe ist leider nicht so toll - das Personal super unfreundlich, beachtet die Touristen mit den Frühstücks-Marken nicht und bedienten uns erst ganz zum Schluss.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très limité. Une viennoiserie est un café. L eau de la douche est un poil trop froide. L insonorisation entre les chambres ( surtout la douche et la vmc) est trop juste.

Daniela a été une excellente hôte, elle réagissait très rapidement à nos demandes. Elle nous a gentiment réservé un taxi à notre demande. L'endroit est très propre. Nous n'hésitons pas à le recommander. Merci

Frühstück ist um die Ecke in einem Cafe. Hatten wohl die falschen Frühstückskarten dabei. Wollte uns zu erst nichts geben. Auf murren gab es dann ein Croissant und Cappuccino. Man hat sich nicht wohl gefühlt, war keine schöne Erfahrung. Brauch man nicht.

The host is very responsive and polite & the communication was soo easy making the stay stress free. The room is fairly close to the center and it is simple but nicely equipped. Thanks for the stay!

Camera oltre le aspettative... soprattutto per le ragazze

Colazione migliorabile essendo a Napoli

A szállás szép tiszta volt, kellemesen berendezve. Minden nap kaptunk tiszta törölközőt annak ellenére, hogy nem dobtuk le cserére. Az ágyak számunkra kényelmesek voltak (kemény matraccal). Az elhelyezkedése tömegközlekedési szempontból is ideális. Mi mondjuk rengeteget sétáltunk. Lift van. Ami a rengeteg séta után jól jött. Daniela is nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt.

Lyukas volt az ágynemű huzat🤷🏼‍♀️😅. Nem apró, hanem szép nagy lyukak. Kár volt érte, mert amúgy egy kimondottan kellemes szállás.

Príjemné ubytovanie takmer v historickom centra Neapola. Daniela bola vynikajúci hostisteľ. Akýkoľvek problém a otázku promptne vyriešila. Raňajky boli vynikajúce, servírované v neďalekej kaviarni. Celkovo hodnotíme ubytovanie veľmi kladne, len prostredie (štvrť) v ktorej bolo situované nebolo veľmi vábne. To je však Neapol, ale odzrkadlio sa to celkovom hodnotení.

Nepáčilo sa nám okolie apartmánu. Inak by to bolo za 10 z 10.

The location was great, it was not in an area that was overcrowded. Rather safe I might say. You are still close to all the attractions and you can easily walk around. The room was clean and it was easy to get the keys.

La zona, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, è caratteristica ma a primo impatto sembra poco sicura. Specifico che lo sembra, perche invece non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, neanche con i parcheggi. Lunica pecca è che di notte si sente un po' il rumore del traffico e dei tanti motorini

La amplitud de los cuartos y su comodidad.

La distancia al centro y el barrio donde está. El edificio asusta en un principio, pero después se observa que son muy comunes en Nápoles. Una vez adentro todo fue tal como se ofreció. Tiene ascensor. No hay supermercado cerca. Si se piensa comer algo en el cuarto, es indispensable comprarlo antes.

Sehr sauber, exzellenter Service

Si trova in una posizione molto comoda: a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana. Il centro si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nella quadrupla. La stanza è veramente molto ampia e comoda. Ha un angolo cucina con lavandino, frigorifero, microonde, bollitore e macchina del caffè. È tutto molto pulito e tenuto con cura. La colazione è al bar foria a due passi di distanza. Lo consigliamo.

The property was well presented, lovely decor and clean, lots of space. A small kitchen area with microwave & coffee machine. The bed was too hard for me, but that’s just my preference. Great communication from Daniela. We had breakfast voucher for a small cafe at the end of the street for a croissant & coffee, lots of croissant choices and they were delicious! The property is in a residential area, which for me I wasn’t too keen, the area was an experience! It was a great place to stay as a base for your sightseeing adventure!

Bed too hard

la chambre est spacieuse et calme. la disponibilité de la gérante via whatsapp (vu qu’une seule fois qqu a l’entrée) qui nous as solutionné notre problème rapidement et qui nous as gentillement commandé un taxi pour le départ. autre point positif, il y a un ascenseur 🙂

la localisation n’est pas extraordinaire. l’équipement de la chambre est un peu juste, pas de bouilloire, pas de verres, pas d’éponge, torchons ni produit vaisselle. (la vaisselle était d’ailleurs limite propre le jour de l’arrivée). nous avons eu froid mais heureusement via whatsapp on a pu s’arranger pour avoir des couettes supplémentaires.

Très bien situé, à moins de 20 mins de la gare et du centre historique à pieds. Bus et métro à proximité. En Italie, le petit déjeuner se prend dans un bar juste à côté. C est comme cela que font les Italiens. Par conséquent ceux qui cherchent un petit déjeuner copieux avec un grand buffet passez votre chemin. La gérante a été très disponible via whatsapp et nous a donné de bons conseils.
