Excellent location in Ginza, very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything was well organized and the overall experience was very pleasant.

The room was a little compact, but it was well designed and comfortable, so it wasn’t a major issue.

fantastic location, they had a connecting door for two rooms which is excellent, large rooms, clean and pampering. in the lobby they have and all day lounge with beverages and snacks (more correct to say a light meal option). the location is 5 minutes from shinbashi station

This was a wonderful hotel in the Ginza district. Dining, shopping and transportation within walking distance. The hotel staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was served Bento Box style to your room. It was always a nice surprise to see what was being served. I don‘t remember if there was an option to preorder specific meals, so for people with dietary restrictions it is best to talk to the staff beforehand.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to an all-you-can-eat crab buffet and Don Quijote, with Shimbashi Station only about a 7-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property was exceptionally clean throughout my stay. A nice bonus was the complimentary snacks and beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

More of an FYI: they have a 200 yen ($1.27) tax fee they charge at check-in.

服務人員細心，也很有耐心，房間的空間雖然不算大，但是設施的安排甚至到細節都很用心，也符合人體工學。

唯一美中不足的是，10樓的烤麵包機壞了，烤麵包的部分就只剩下2樓有，不過，4樓也換成替代型的冰淇淋大福，算是不無小補。

Very functional and great location, worth the premium floors you get a 24/7 snack/drink room but even without this it’s got a great little snack room for morning coffee or afternoon nibble. Rooms super comfortable, slightly bigger than what I expected which was small like most hotels, staff really helpful, kind and overall great little hotel for the price point/location

We had a wonderful stay at Karaksa Hotel Premier Tokyo Ginza. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the complimentary refreshments available throughout the day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was one of the hotel’s biggest advantages, as it was very convenient for exploring Ginza and the surrounding areas. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Прекрасный отель! Для нашей семьи (двое взрослых и ребёнок) оказался удачным вариантом. Комфортный номер, огромная кровать, идеальная чистота и всё необходимое для проживания. Несмотря на центральное расположение, в номере было тихо. Расположение великолепное – все нужное рядом, в отель удобно возвращаться в любое время. Очень приятным бонусом стал бесплатный бар со снеками и напитками, которым можно было воспользоваться в течение дня. Персонал доброжелательный, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова. Искренне рекомендую.

The rooms were very stylish with an outstanding shower and a toilet that did everything! Very comfortable bed, great PJs, great amenities and quiet.

The entrance and lobby for check are SO disappointing that I immediately regretted booking the hotel when I saw it. I’m shocked. And we’ve had much friendlier staff in every other hotel we’ve stayed in…and yet first impressions were all wrong because the rooms and lounge/mini-lounge were terrific.

新橋駅から近く便利だった。ロビーに無料のドリンクやおやつコーナーがあり、夕方には美味しいおつまみもあって、部屋に上がる前にロビーで一旦楽しめました。

初めてホテルに入った時、何もない空間だったので、エレベーターで2階のフロントへ行くのが一瞬不安になった

Ett helt okej hotell nära kommunikationer. Ingen frukostrestaurang. Fick en bentobox utanför rummet på morgonen. Inte så färskt bröd. I receptionen fanns ett rum fullt med snacks. Där fanns vin, dricka, efterrätter m.m.

Dålig städning! Fanns långa mörka hårstrå på golvet när vi kom in på vårt hotellrum.

Beautiful, clean, spacious room. Nice large bathroom vanity and shower/bath. Felt spoiled to have access to both a Dyson hair dryer and styler. Love the snack and drink bar although would be nice to have more variety of pastries and appetizers.

The location was great, not far from the train station but off of the main path so not crowded. The hotel offers a lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks or breakfast items. That was an unexpected bonus. Stayed here twice for the value. Decent sized rooms for Tokyo. Add on breakfast box that they drop in front of your door in the morning.

It was nice, clean and comfortable. The lounge was a place to spend a 5 minutes relaxing break with drinks. Also because the property does not have a lobby or a bar.

Nowhere to store dress. Everything has to stay in the luggage. Breakfasts were very disappointing. Waste of money

東京駅からも近く、目的地のヤマハホールにも徒歩圏内で分かりやすく近くで、コネクティングルームも過ごしやすく快適でした。アメニティや無料のドリンク、フードサービスも充実していて、目的地への滞在に選んで正解でした。

Location was wonderful. So easy to enjoy the main streets of Ginza. Plenty of eating and shopping near by.

The “lounge” was just a small space in front of the front desk and felt awkward to sit just 10 feet from them at the counter. The complimentary food was mostly packaged foods and nothing fresh. The size of the yogurt cups were ridiculously small. Our room window faced an unused part of the freeway. It was so close that if I open the window I could jump onto it.

When we opted to move hotel rather than stay at the Karaksa, the hotel receptionist was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We booked the Karaksa on the basis of the many positive reviews. We were specifically interested in the lounge access for premier room guests. When we arrived at the hotel we realised that the ‘lounge’ was a small room off the small reception area with no seating, where premier guests could help themselves to the complimentary wine, pastries etc. The photos on the website which we took to be of the lounge, were in fact wide angle photos of the small reception area, there was limited seating in this area with guests checking in and out of the hotel/ luggage around etc, it was not the comfortable lounge we were expecting. The room was fine but there was no wardrobe, instead there was a hanging bar which was flat against the wall that would only take a couple of garments. We couldn’t understand why breakfast has been commended by so many; we stayed when the following morning was a European breakfast, (this alternates with the Japanese option). The breakfast consisted of two bowls of onion soup; one small serving of an omelette with ham and two tiny croissants. The egg dish was too small to be shared and we couldn’t understand why onion soup was served at 9 am. There is no restaurant or bar, hence breakfast being served to the room and as mentioned no lounge-this did not feel like a four star hotel.

Her şeyden önce odalar, klasik Tokyo otellerinin o dar ve basık yapısından çok uzak; son derece geniş, ferah ve modern bir tasarıma sahip. Yataklar inanılmaz rahattı ve odanın yalıtımı sayesinde şehrin merkezinde olmamıza rağmen sıfır gürültüyle uyuduk. Otelin en öne çıkan ve bizim en çok hoşumuza giden özelliği, sadece misafirlerin kullanımına açık olan "Lounge" alanıydı. Akşamları otele döndüğümüzde burada sunulan ücretsiz içecekler ve atıştırmalıklar eşliğinde dinlenmek günün tüm yorgunluğunu aldı. Banyodaki yağmur duşu ve sundukları üst düzey Japon kozmetik ürünleri de harika birer detaydı. Konum olarak mükemmel bir noktada. Ginza'nın lüks mağazalarına, kaliteli restoranlarına ve ana metro/tren istasyonlarına sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Personelin Japon misafirperverliğini (Omotenashi) sonuna kadar hissettiren nazik ve çözüm odaklı tavrı da konaklamamızı mükemmelleştirdi.

Gerçekten olumsuz olarak nitelendirebileceğim bir şey yok.

Hotel je na perfektním místě vzhledem k blízkosti možností shoppingu na Ginze, na kterou se dá jednu stanici metrem dojet. Také velikost pokoje vyjímečná vzhledem k velikostí pokojů v Japonsku. Na pokoji bylo vše potřebné včetně vkusného pyžama a lounge baru na patře, kde si člověk mohl vzít vše na pokoj. Také bylo velmi komfortní donesení snídaně na pokoj v bentu setu.

Fiquei pela segunda vez no Karaksa Premier Ginza, desta vez por 11 dias. Como já havia dito antes, é uma perola no coraçao de Ginza. Hotel ultra confortável, com uma proposta de lounge super bacana. A equipe é bastante simpatica e ultra-disponivel. Hotel recomendadíssimo.

Sou fã deste hotel, porem à titulo de contribuiçao gostaria de sugerir uma manutençao mais rigorosa nos carpetes e mobiliario da recepcao que se encontram com uma aparencia incompativel com as demais caracteristicas do hotel, que repito é excelente.

היינו בסוף הטיול עם מלא קניות ומזוודות. אין ממש ארון אבל הצלחנו להסתדר.

Very friendly staff. Quite quiet during the stay (was located in the 10-12 floors). Clean rooms. Great location (next to a nice small market, close to train stations, and near a very active site without being inundated with noise/hustle and bustle).

Ein super City Hotel mitten in Ginza, perfekte Lage zu JR und U-Bahn Linien. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht, eine geräumige Dusche, separate Toilette, sehr bequeme Betten, gute Zimmeraufteilung, schönes Licht im Zimmer, genug Platz für Koffer etc. im EG gibt es eine Gästelounge mit kostenfreiem Wasser, Kaffee, Snacks und Abends ein begrenztes Angebot an Wein und Sake, das war super für den Start in den Abend. Um das Hotel herum hat man alles was man braucht: Family Mart, Laundry, jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Obwohl das Hotel mitten in Gina liegt, war es angenehm ruhig.

Die Lobby könnte ansprechender gestaltet sein und die Handtücher könnten größer sein.

Don Quijote ye aşırı yakın hemen yanında family mart mevcut. İstasyona yürüme mesafesinde. Yatak boyutları devasaydı.

Beğenmediğim hiç bir şey olmadı. Her şey şahaneydi.

Breakfast boxes

Large room, enormous bed, and very quiet. Handy to both Shimbashi Station (yamanote line and more) and Ginza Station. Great for getting around. Family Mart and Don Quijote next door. And close to main Ginza shopping street, with shops and restaurants. Lounge with complementary drinks and snacks was incredible! Motorway alongside which is closed and being converted to a park walk will be exceptional.

We ordered the breakfast and had to cancel after three days to avoid food going to waste. The breakfast alternates Japanese and Western. While we expected to struggle with the Japanese options, the Western included onion soup one day, clam chowder the following. We stuck with the toast and pastries available in the lounge instead which were perfect.
