Good in the pub was mediocre, breakfast which was an addiction cost was disappointing lack of staff and general cleanliness of the pub wasn’t very nice

The roome was very clean and convenient. Parking right outside. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice and we ate at Marstons the previous evening which also ha a good menu.

nothing really. second time we've visted and always goes very smoothly. Advisable to book a table if you're there at the weekend, but booking and check in very easy.

Für eine oder zwei Nächte ist es ok, da der Preis auch wirklich günstig ist. Der Pup ist direkt daneben, was das Essen und trinken leicht macht. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanen.

Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Zum Einen müssten die Flure mal geputzt und gesaugt werden, zum Anderen ist am Frühstücksbuffet das Geschirr nicht immer sauber und an dem Kaffeeautomaten macht es irgendwann keinen Spaß mehr sich was zu holen, so verspritzt wie der ist.

The incorrect property address appears on the Booking.com -apparently they have addressed it s few times with Booking.com -we got lost and spent ages finding the property as we were not locals

Ideal setting for the hot weather we experienced. Close to bus stop for easy access to Lincoln. Open all day for food and drink. Quiet and clean rooms with air conditioning.

Rooms were good with comfortable beds and great breakfast! It's also a nice place for an afternoon drink and dinner. Close to Lincoln and offers free parking. If we are in the area will definately stay there again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful - whenever you interacted with any of them. Rooms are no frills but are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good for the money. Location was excellent

Corridors and common areas are not properly cleaned regularly and it shows. Evening meals were hit and miss with delays of over an hour for food to be delivered. Evident that they are short staffed at times. Quality of food after such a long wait was not always good enough.

Great stay overall! The standout feature for us was the kids' play area—it kept our ones entertained and made our family trip so much easier. Would definitely recommend for families.

Issue with air con system which required engineer but beyond hotels control and dealt with by manager and we were compensated for inconvenience.

The Hotel was lovely, the food was very good, both evening meal and breakfast, the staff were helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was a little difficult to find but this was because of a fault on my Satnav, not the hotel or Marstons fault.

The only minor downside was the evening dinner wait, though it was completely understandable given how popular and busy the restaurant was.

Marstons Inn liegt recht ruhig außerhalb von Lincoln. Man kann am Kanal oder der Marina spazieren gehen. Das Frühstück ist gut und man hat unterschiedliche Optionen. Ein Tipp, wer kein warmes englisches Frühstück möchte kommt günstiger, wenn das Frühstück jeden morgen bezahlt wird und nicht mit dem Zimmer gebucht. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Pub war auch unter Stress stets sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einmal Abendessen im Pub. Das fanden wir nicht gut, eher Fast-Food-Niveau. Ist aber sicher Geschmackssache.

The staff were lovely - very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The continental breakfast was very nice. Good place to stay if you don't want to be in the city. It's easy to access.

2 night stay - 1st night room infested with ants. Only room left had been flooded from bathroom by previous occupant so stunk of damp. Also , nephew left usb stick in television but staff (who were contacted in good time) were very unhelpful and the usb is presumed lost.

Room was clean and spacious. Was set back from the road but there was road noise through the night.

The signage to the property was poor. We drove past it heading south, just glimpsed it through the trees after we turned back. Breakfast was poor. Ordered smashed avocado on toast but it was supermarket guacamole squirted onto to cheap white toasted bread.

Excellent value for money. Convenient for us, travelling to Suffolk from the North West. Breakfast good.

Not quite as smart as when we have stayed before. Outside of rooms, the building could do with a clean - first impressions are important. The breakfast area could have been cleaner, and flies were unwelcome - it was very hot, so I understand it wasn't easy.

The booking.com email with directions link from it took you 20mins the wrong side of canal into a field, on speaking with receptionist when finally got there she said this happens all the time. Frustrating after a long drive. There was blood spots on wall in room and bathroom, took photos of want to see, loads of other marks on walls, no tea or milk either drink facilities, light next to bed didn't work and mold around bath taps. Also the door keys didn't work very well, had to stand for ages flicking the card on the door till it finally opened. Also radiator on wall in hallway hanging off. Really can't believe I paid £230 for two nights there. Really disappointed.

Great location. Rooms clean and as advertised. Pub/restaurant available for meals. Everything needed was provided.

Car park outside hotel was meant to be for people who were staying over but was used by anyone, so sometimes parking nearby was not available. Also disturbed every morning from 8.00am onwards by people inflating paddle boards right outside windows. Not very relaxing.

Great location for visiting Lincoln. Hotel room clean and efficient. Inn served lovely food. Hotel separate from the inn allows for easy movement between the two. Lots of outside ground space for sitting in the sun. Beautiful canal walk available to get into Lincoln City centre. Nearby marina with welcoming bars. Free parking a bonus!

The paid breakfast was substantial, although a little bland. Other meals on their menu were delicious. Pub is popular, during our 2 night stay there was a car show in the carpark, and lots of locals visiting. We chose the location because they had air-con and travelling during summer it was appreciated. The town of Lincoln is lovely, we thought a mini version of York, and quieter!
