出電梯後有潮濕霉味嚴重及煙味.房間8323有霉味.除濕機水滿了房務員沒有倒掉.從8-22點大概是兩次以上的水量.

We were travelling with 2 young kids, the room sizes and set up were brilliant with very nice design! Smart control for curtains and lights is a bonus. The 2 bedroom suites worked perfectly with a large living area for the kids to play around. Location is great with walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended!

L'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel, toujours aux petits soins et souriant. Une chambre très spacieuse, très bien pensée, avec tout le confort imaginable, tous les accessoires nécessaires à notre bien-être. Une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Le petit déjeuner très varié, inspiré des spécialités locales mais aussi aux goûts européens. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale : proche de la mer, dans un quartier calme mais à 5 minutes a pied des commerces. Le centre-ville est joignable également à pied ou très rapidement en taxi.

前台和客服的服务非常细致、体贴、专业，整体感受非常舒适。离曾厝安美食街和沙滩很近，但一点也不吵。早餐很棒！

我们的孩子11岁，三个人睡有一点不舒服。如果大床再大一点，或者有家庭房可以备选更好。

Les chambre spacieuses et la grande cabine de douche ansi que le grand lit comfortable.

Nous n'avons pas aimé : - l'accueil de la jeune réceptionniste qui a voulu nous faire payer les tarifs des chambres plus chers que ce qui a été prévu avec Booking lors de la réservation. Heureusement qu'une responsable a pu la corriger. - les bruits tôt le matin causé par les travaux à côté de l'hôtel même le 1er janvier. - le restaurant de l'hôtel ferme très tôt - le fait que beaucoup de petits services sont payants comparé aux autres hôtels de gamme inférieure où ils sont offerts. Trop accès sur l'argent. Dommage!

飯店房間舒適、乾淨，地點離曾厝垵很近，在海邊步行悠閒自在！前台服務員都很禮貌客氣，尤其一位penny 服務員熱心協助我們訂鼓浪嶼船票，再機會會想再回住。

Close to the beach, close to the food markets

The reception staff aren’t very friendly, no smile , apart from the one male staff. Rooms and hotel overall was not clean, dirty marks on the wall and on the floor, need a freshen up for sure not the room keeping staffs issue. The first room we stayed in smelt like sewer , the male staff helped us change into a different room and smelt ok.

房間內煙味、霉味重！換了還是一樣，床也難睡。。。 房間門簾還發霉、衛生間花灑分岔還不換、水壓有夠小！ 衛浴門關不緊！水都會往外溢出。爛死 大廳熱到爆，沒有自動門，晚點到酒店沒有門衛幫你開門！提大包小包還要拉那扇很重的門！！ 外賣要到門口拿，沒人會理你，很像垃圾！ 地理位置超偏僻，烏漆媽黑，只有一間便利店 總之整體素質很糟，差勁👎🏻 第一次住到這麼差的，已打算向希爾頓總部投訴。

接待人員小段服務很好面帶笑容，讓抵達後入住有好心情，離開時漏掉皮帶在房間，房務大姐打掃時看到，酒店聯絡我，非常謝謝彩霞大姐發現並提出來，皮帶還是新買的，另外彩霞大姐也很細心，有一晚不小心把防曬乳堆在毛巾裡，我自己後來出門都忘了擦，彩霞大姐還有發現幫我放好，太細心了，感謝。

I like the hotel overall design and set up. Its located in the residential area , walkable distance to an open air mall. Its not in the main island of Xiamen where the train stations/ airport are however its only around 20 mins to main city where tourists attraction are located. There is no one stand by at the door, but receptionist are happy to help with your luggages. Hotel breadfast are satisfactory. Had a quiet and pleasant stay.

we stay at two bedroom suite, the housekeeping did very great they everyday cook different dessert put in a warmer put at our room everynight with a little note make us felt warm after a tired day.... front desk did great too i need outside laundry service they help me to find and contact. i like everything about this hotel for sure will stay again if i got chance to travel to xiamen again.

Location is good and near the beach

The room isn’t quite clean (e.g. hair on the floor and carpet, smelly sheets) The staff confused the bookings (i.e. king room given instead of twin room) and insisted on telling me that my bookings were incorrect and asked me to sort it out myself. A quiet room was specially requested, but a room near the main street was given. Not enough air circulation, didn’t feel comfortable especially after a shower. We stayed for a few nights. Bed sheets were never changed and didn’t even get changed when a request was made. After checked out, no receipt was provided for how much it was spent for the overall stay, and the staff weren’t friendly when the request was made for providing the information. This is very disappointing for the hotel standard like Hilton.

The facilities were very comfortable and service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great.

Perhaps the ordering of noodles in the breakfast buffet could be improved. When ordering, the staff just asked us to wait for 3-5 minutes but we weren't sure if he remembered our order. In the end we felt it necessary to stand there and wait.

The location is very convenient, which is close to the popular foodie place ("Tsan-tshù-uann"). Parking is very easy and free while living there. I also like the environment, the temperature is nice in the room.

The hotel needs to put more attention to the details. I found one little cockroach in the toilet, which shocked me a little bit, but later the hotel switched a room for us. Service is timely. The view is only "ok" with this price since the view from the sea view room is mostly blocked by the building at the front. There is not much difference between the sea view room and the standard room.

Very plesant hotel in a good location

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

1. During check-in, it was found that the bed sheets of the last guest had not been changed and there was a lot of dust; 2. Check in was arranged at 15:30 p.m. and it should be 12:00 p.m. on the website; 3. All 4 days of check-in were dining in the hotel, but the meal fee was miscalculated when checking out; In general, the hotel has not done enough in management details.

Hotel staffs are professional and genuine in serving clients. Phil at front desk is exceptional. Location is great being close to beach, attractions and a nice hiking trail. Low key elegance throughout including the room. Buffet dinner has good food and pricing, wine and beer included. Stayed 6 nights in November. Love Xiamen and this hotel. Planning another visit in early 2020 already.

套房闊落舒適，很適合一家大細入住。 房間的燈光調撿控設計不錯，能方便不同需要。 晩安甜湯很窩心，但只有其中一間房放了一瓶，份量不夠入住的人一起享用，建議每間房各有一瓶會比較好。 因訂房時已標明入住人數為5人，亦附了加床錢，但入住時房間內的配套用品只備了4份，需致電房務部要求加添，略嫌不夠細心。

建議本飯店，應該給予入住酒店的房客優惠停車服務才对，都已經入住且消費了，還收停車費，相当不合理，而且超級貴，感覺很差！收費應該是給不入住僅停車的人收取才合理！

Room upgraded upon check-in as we booked a room to accommodate 3 person. Nice and friendly staff at front desk. Breakfast selected was great and good enough for you to experience local food as well. Swimming pool & gym is nice to check out if you have spare time during your stay. Overall, we had a great 3-night stay in this new hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this brand-new hotel. Lots of high-tech features in the rooms, extremely friendly and helpful reception desk and a fantastic breakfast spread. Good location close to beach and local shops and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We decided to stay here because of the high user rating and overall, it was a good decision. The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute cab ride away from the heart of the city, but it's right next door to the beach and a five-minute walk to a huge shopping/eating/night market area. The room is of good size, but the layout is a bit "unusual" with separate toilet and bathroom and a sink which was essentially in the middle of the room. There were no mirror in the room (nor the hotel for that matter) other than a rather small mirror next to the sink. The hotel creates a "sophisticated ambiance" with its "lack of lighting." While this is very nice visually, there lies potential health hazards in some parts of the hotel. This was especially the case when you exit the very beautiful infinity pool deck back into the darken hall-way, down a few steps (which is hard to see). The service is a real highlight to this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the bell-hops (who also serve as the local travel expert and concierge). While the breakfast buffet was good but not exciting, the dinner buffet was excellent (especially if you are a seafood lover.) There are a lot of hotels in Xiamen, but there is a very high probability that we will return to this hotel again in the futuer

Style & design is superb, contemporary & quiet location

This property is furnished with the finest details. Every aspect of the room is carefully plan and craft out. From the small stationery box to the fully automated toilet . Is it so perfect! However good to have more English speaking staffs. Anyway, will definitely come back again!

This hotel was top notch and top value. The design of each space is captivating--no stone was left unturned. The rooms are incredible, tasteful, inviting, and spa-like. Comfortable beds, perfect lighting, a beautiful shower, perfect design touches, the list goes on... I recommend springing for a water view room. The staff are accommodating and kind. The food is out-of-this-world. The location is ideal; the beach is a quick walk away, and interesting neighborhoods with food and shops are close by (something that's strangely hard to find in Xaimen).

Absolutely one of the best, most beautiful and well designed hotels we have stayed in. Hotel is located close to some nice beaches in the southern part of Xiamen island. The food and service was excellent so we are really looking forward to come back again to this hotel. We went here during the CNY So a bit crowded in the neighborhood.
