Quaint Sanctuary on Quartz

Excellent view, quiet and comfortable

Excellent accommodation in Queenstown. Fantastic views of the Airport, lake & Mountains. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Great car parking space. We highly recommend this venue.

The only issue we had was that Relaxaway holiday homes was requesting a photo of our credit card online. We refused to provide this to Relaxway online. We contacted Booking.com who recommend not to provide our credit card photo. We agreed to check in person and provide our credit card details. We would not recommend sending a photo of your credit card online for safety and fraud reasons. My bank also recommended I not provide a photo of my credit card online for check-in.

I liked how the property was clean, furniture and appliances were all almost new. It had amazing views of the lake and mountains. It was quiet and tranquil, beds were comfortable.

Property was a little hard to find, as we didn’t realise it was on the other side of the block. Another qualm was when turning towards Queenstown Central - the intersection was quite busy however that’s not the property’s fault though.

As has been said before, it's all about the VIEW ! Everything else is extra. Easy to find, no stairs, great heating. Comfortable beds. Great communication and information.

Could do with a couple of new pans. It's family accommodation with a kitchen. We couldn't fry an egg or make pan cakes. There were a quite a few pans in the pantry. However none were fit for purpose. (Old and extremely well used ) This didn't change anything for us ( we like also like our eggs boiled ) I'm sure if the owners were aware they'd rectify this immediately.

Good space. Has everything need. Clean, modern.

There really isn’t anything to not like about Quaint Sanctuary, the only feedback i can give is that one of the lights in the bathroom wasn’t working properly.

Quaint Sanctuary on Quartz is modern, beautiful, spacious, well-resourced and has a superb view of Lake Waktipu and the mountains. Relaxaway Holiday Homes sent us a detailed email with all the information we needed for entry, and they phoned me the day before to check I had the information which I found very helpful.

Perhaps a few more towel hooks or a portable towel rail to hang wet towels.

Location, beautiful view,s closeness to airport and features of Queenstown. Excellent facilities, eco friendly toiletries. Helpful hosts, friendly neighbours around the property.

Fabulous views & facilities. The accommodation was extremely clean & tidy & had everything we needed. Courtesy wine & chocolate on arrival was a lovely surprise.

I suggest more tissues for a family staying a week.

Location was very good, the view was amazing off the balcony. Facilities and kitchen were top notch. For Asian guests, they have a rice cooker and pestle and mortar...!!!

It would have been perfect if there were 2 bathrooms rather than a single shared unit. Master bedroom mattress probably needed a refresh... was pretty soft and body imprinted.
