Very friendly and helpful staff, available at any time. Early check-in was possible, as well as luggage storage on the day of check-out. Upon my arrival, the administrator upgraded my room free of charge. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and complimentary bottles of drinking water provided daily. The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro line, only five stops from the historical city center. The lighting and power sockets were conveniently placed, and there was enough furniture and storage space for all my belongings during a seven-day stay.

There was some mold in the corners of the shower. It looked relatively easy to remove, but unfortunately, the staff didn't clean it, and the shower area did not look tidy. The furniture and wall coverings are not new, but they are in satisfactory condition. The street can be quite noisy, although this is fairly typical for Istanbul. The sound insulation between the rooms is also rather poor, so guests arriving or leaving very early in the morning or late at night may wake you up.

Stayed at Sisli MLS Hotel and had a really great experience. The hotel was consistently clean and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring Istanbul. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — they made all the difference. A special mention to Faith, who kindly lent me his umbrella for my entire trip, which was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely appreciated. Little things like that go a long way. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Wall paper coming off the walls from water damage, toilet is not secured to the floor, ac unit are so load, it is impossible to use to use during the night, floor boards detached from water damage, only one side of the bed has bedside table, tap came off while simply washing hands. Both front of house and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. Area is good, convenient, metro station not far, many little cafes and restaurants to eat at, and even a shopping centre.

Odalar fotoğrafta görüldüğünden daha küçük. Tuvalet çok küçük. Yataklar en ucuz yaylı yataklar. Yandakinin en ufak hareketinde uyanıyorsunuz.

Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Odamız temizdi. Kliması gayet iyi çalışıyordu ve odamız 4. Katta olmasına rağmen su gayet tazyikliydi. Odaya bir kaç bakım ile çok daha iyi olabilir. Mesela banyonun duş kısmına bir mermer konulup suyun dışarı çıkması engellenebilir. Taharet muslukları yenilenip daha iyi hale getirilebilir. 1 komodin ve 1 abajur yine çok daha iyi bir hale getirebilir odayı.

Ich habe schon vorort per chat einer Mitarbeiterin von expedia mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft ne Katastrophe in sachen sauberkeit gewesen ist. Die Dame meinte sie versucht dort anzurufen und es zu klären. Was daraus geworden ist weiß ich nicht da ich aus dem chat geworfen wurde

Konum olarak iyiydi. Temizlik iyiydi ama iceri sinen sigara kokusu rahatsiz ediciydi. Oda küçüktü. Hareket alani cok kısıtlıydı. Ancak 1 geceligine kaldığım icin odanın küçük olmasi cok sıkıntı yaratmadı.

Fiyat/kalite orantılı. Fazla beklentim yoktu

Not internet in the bedroom. Room 303. Expensive +30 dollars for a single bed. The water coming down from other bathroom was very noise in the room's bathroom.

Great little hotel in the heart of the Sisli area, which has shops and many conviences in walkable distance. Metro is about a 15min walk and leads you all over the city.

Sentral og god beliggenhet. Kort avstand til restauranter, servedigheter og attraksjoner. Veldig trygt og rolig område. Anbefales!

The hotel looks old but the room was clean. The staff was great and very accomodating. They even upgraded my room to a larger one without additional fee when I complained about my original room being too small. The AC worked fine.They only thing I didn't like is the bathroom being so small. Overall nice hotel.

The location was great, pretty save, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff was efficient, and the communication was great. The Room size was ok with a nice balcony if unwanted to smoke. The AC was potenten and the bathroom was fully equipped.

The bathroom had a bad smell when I got in. The floor of the room was sticky, but they cleaned and was better. But the bathroom, I think it has a pipe problem, so I needed to leave windows open all the time.

Le lit de couple était 2 lit simple coller très désagréable, Et la salle de bain la douche n’avait pas de porte du coup il y avait de l’eau de partout.

It is an old building and lobi area was under renovation during my stay but staff extremely good olite and helpful.

The place was suitable for the price offered. Moreover; its location is perfect for tourist and walkable distance from big mall called Cevahir Shopping Mall.

the staff were very nice and helpful. They helped quickly if you needed anything. They were easy to order cleaning. but there was a lot of noise even at night. djud went through the walls for example if a neighbor were to unlock his door could be heard very well. it was an affordable hotel right in the center with good access to train, bus, restaurant, shops etc.

It wasn't clean enough and the floor was dirty.

I liked the attitude of the hotel staff towards me, 3 friendly guys maintained the atmosphere of the hotel, the pastel room was clean and warm🤗

Otelin konumu çok iyi ancak f/p olarak bile vasat. Yataklar inanılmaz rahatsız ve çok pis. Tuvaletlerde duşakabin yok. Gerçekten anlatamayacağım derecede bir konforsuzluk tecrübe ettim maalesef.
