Friendly staff and comfortable bed

The bedroom and bathroom were great size tea and coffee facilities good also.

Bin was not emptied and used takeaway cups and containers left did smell in the room a little. I should have asked or emptied but felt it was too late to bother the staff in the pub. Late night doors creaking and banging till late which made me a little restless.

Overall, good experience and I recommend it

The property is the ideal place. I use the willows 2/3 times a year. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner is good. Plenty more ff choices. Easy to get to

This stay wasn’t as good as previous. There was children aged between 8/10 running around the outside off hotel, screaming and shouting. The pillows was uncomfortably, the bottom bed sheets had stains on and the walls looked like someone had sprayed liquid up them. Also the door didn’t shut properly and it didn’t lock

The location was perfect for a hub to visit nearby towns.

Stayed here as a stop over driving down South. Felt safe as a single mum with 3 kids. Nice pub. Comfortable. Great petrol station over the road with some cool food options. Close to village with food and shopping options. Used the Co-op and Big Papas pizza.

An alarm went off overnight, The Pub? If not then nothing they could do about it, but was a bit annoying as it woke us up. But could have been from surrounding area. I did ask reception for replacement bedding as we had a spill, none arrived, but not the end of the world and didn't chase up. Had to Google how to get the universal remote control to work, instructions would have been helpful!

Pub seemed barren,few customers very loud music blasting out no one could hear themselves understand if it was crowded and buzzing but it was virtually empty.

Weather wasn't what we anticipated

We had a fantastic stay at The Willows and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, offered a great choice and was very reasonably priced, providing excellent value for money. We also appreciated the quiz night during our stay, which created a lovely atmosphere and added to the overall experience. Overall, this was an excellent stay. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food, good value and outstanding customer care mean we would highly recommend The Willows to anyone visiting the area.

The only minor issue was that there was a hair in our child's beer-battered cod. We informed the staff, who dealt with the situation professionally and apologetically. Without us even asking, they refunded the cost of the entire meal, which was a generous gesture and demonstrated excellent customer service.

One towel and no washcloths in the bathroom Pub was dirty -- tables still sticky from the night before when I went in for breakfast Food was poorly presented, and not worth what you paid for it. If you don't know how to make something, don't put it on the menu.

Dont like shower curtains - this one was better than most. Breakfast on Day 1 was disaster. 0700 nothing prepared .

Its a nice place really cant argue with the price and rooms nice. my only problems are not always easy to get my invoice and shower curtain smells damp.

Great location for the areas I needed to be near. Room was great. Housekeeping super good. Loved having breakfast daily and having the fun bar to enjoy. Staff was excellent! Helpful, flexible and accommodating. Thank you very much. You are all very wonderful.

Room was clean, bed mattress was really hard (which is personal preference) but it was really uncomfortable Ate in restaurant once, food was average. Foot missing from bed base so bed wasn't level. Fan in bathroom didn't work.

Terrible air con as the room was so hot and no way to sort out this issue. Receptionist was pretty terrible. Didn't even have enough key cards so she had to get some.

Makkelijk te bereiken, ruime parkeerplaats, fijne pub/restaurant naast de deur met goed eten en gezellige mensen. Rustig hotel waarbij je door de locatie snel op alle uitvalswegen bent. Goed bevallen!

Ventilatie in kamer is niet optimaal omdat raam maar klein stukje open kan. Daarnaast hoor je alle deuren op de gang dichtslaan.

The venue was much larger than I expected, and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

We had trouble getting into the room and then didn’t have enough towels. These were both resolved quickly.

Great friendly place

We’ve stayed here numerous times and cannot fault this hotel. Everything you need from a hotel, excellent team of staff in bar, restaurant, cleaning - all fantastic. Plenty of parking on site. Rooms very comfortable. Great choice of food and drink in the restaurant.

Not much part of nice bathroom

Stinky hall like split bear, parts in bathroom broken. All night u can heard banging water in pipe from central heating. Lock in door doesn’t work. Reception separate from hotel middle in pub when is only 1 young lad provide wrong information not organised well. Charge for breakfast and unable to eat as receptionist said it’s open at 7am and was close till 8. No one answer the phone or respond for message, no one on the property only one old lady which she was cleaning. Address from booking it’s not directly to hotel but to the new building estate take of 20 min to find location.
