Just Chilling Suite

We are a family of 4, 3 adults and 16 year old. We stayed in the Green room which we were more than happy with, decor (beautiful, especially the bathroom), space and facilities. Out host was more than helpful giving precise details on everything when checking in. We all enjoyed our stay(Aug 29th 2026) with no complaints

We arranged the airport pick up through the hotel, Bruno picked us up, he was a lovely man and very informative of things in the room and of Rome. The room was lovely, we had one with the spa bath. We had a lovely time and would stay again

There was hairs on the floor , also on the bed. Overall could use a but more cleaning. Air cinditioning weak, plus i dont think it has been cleaned in a very long time.

Tudo foi perfeito, desde os dias que antecederam a estadia até a hora de ir embora! A anfitriã Daiane cuidou de tudo para minha chegada e ainda me ajudou a preparar uma surpresa para minha amiga que estava hospedada no mesmo hotel. A equipe toda foi muito simpática e prestativa. O quarto com a hidromassagem superou minhas expectativas, pois a banheira era realmente maravilhosa e tudo estava muito limpo. Eu consegui aproveitar Roma por causa da localização e ainda relaxar no quarto. A iluminação ajustável (e com decoração linda de lua) foi uma surpresa agradável. Também me senti muito confortável como mulher viajando sozinha, pois a acomodação é muito tranquila e segura.

Não teve nada de que não gostei, porém, o único ponto de atenção foi que um dos lados do meu colchão estava pendendo um pouco para o lado, mas, como eu estava sozinha, não atrapalhou em nada, e meu sono foi ótimo.

Від вокзалу Терміні пішки 20 хвилин, до Колізею пішки 15 хвилин по прямій дорозі, до фонтану Треві пішки 25 хвилин. Загалом все сподобалось, ми були 3 ночі, прибрати запропонували один раз, але ми відпочивали в номері, було не зручно.

Загалом все сподобалось, звичайна невелика кімната, все чисто.

BEWARE! Book at your own risk. We checked into the apartment at approximately 5:05 PM. At around 5:21 PM, the power went out. We were told that power outages were a recurring issue during the summer, that there was nothing that could be done about it, and that this had already been happening throughout the week. Despite knowing about the ongoing issue, the property continued accepting bookings. After being without power for approximately three hours, we informed them that we wanted to check out and leave. It was getting dark, our phones were running out of battery, and we had an 8:30 AM flight the following morning. We did not feel comfortable staying in an apartment without electricity, air conditioning, lighting, or a functioning elevator, especially in nearly 90°F weather and on a higher floor. Despite the circumstances, the property refused to provide us with a refund. When we left, we saw the gentleman who checked us in, Cassio, leaving with his family while guests were left to deal with the power outage on their own. Before we departed, Cassio told me to request a refund through Booking.com. Unfortunately, Booking.com declined to issue a refund because the host had refused to provide one. Thankfully, we had extensive documentation and evidence of what happened. We submitted everything to our credit card company, which ultimately ruled in our favor and issued us a full refund. This was an extremely disappointing experience. A property should not continue accepting guests while apparently knowing that recurring power outages are occurring, and then refuse to refund guests who choose to leave after being without basic utilities for hours. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Book at your own risk.

Bardzo blisko do atrakcji i pysznych restauracji. Przepiękny apartament, wygodny i przytulny. Bardzo czysto, Pani sprzątająca powinna dostać premię. Nigdzie nie ma kurzu. Jest naprawdę bardzo czysto. Polecam. Jak będziemy 3 raz w Rzymie to na pewno tutaj wrócimy.

La ubicación, cerca de Temini, del Coliseo y a distancia caminable de algunos de los principales atractivos de la ciudad. La atención de Cassio y Daiane, muy buena y con respuesta inmediata.

No tengo quejas

Esperienza pessima. Ho pagato regolarmente il soggiorno e, dopo circa un ora dal mio arrivo, è saltata la corrente elettrica. Da quel momento ho trascorso l’intero soggiorno senza luce e senza aria condizionata, in una stanza caldissima. La cosa più grave è stata la totale mancanza di assistenza: non è stata trovata alcuna soluzione né mi è stata proposta un’alternativa o un rimborso. Ho pagato per un servizio che, di fatto, non ho ricevuto. È inaccettabile che una struttura ricettiva lasci i propri ospiti in queste condizioni. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura e mi auguro che Booking prenda in considerazione situazioni del genere per tutelare i propri clienti.

A estadia é em uma localização excelente, apenas 10 minutos a pé do Coliseu e 5 minutos de uma estação de metrô. O prédio conta com elevador. Reservamos dois quartos e eles estavam extremamente limpos. Como cortesia, cápsulas de café e água. Os quartos contam com ar-condicionado, o que foi essencial no calor absurdo que pegamos em Roma. Não há café da manhã incluso, mas eles indicam um local próximo com ótimas opções e ótimo preço. No dia do check out, foram super queridos e pudemos deixar as malas no local e retirar próximo ao horário de irmos para o aeroporto. Super indicamos e com certeza nos hospedaríamos no Just Chilling novamente.

The staff were exceptional—always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful in every situation. They were available 24/7, and any questions or requests were handled quickly and professionally. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests’ comfort and made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We also really appreciated their help in arranging transportation from the hotel to the airport, which made our departure completely stress-free. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The room was cosey and chilled as described, staff were very attentive and polite, made our stay feel very welcome and easy. Any issues or problems they were prompt in getting them sorted. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

La amabilidad dueña a llegada

No funcionaba el agua caliente de la ducha, y que no nos permitieron hacer el checkout a las 12 (nos pidieron irnos a las 10) cuando el día anterior ocupamos la habitación al medio diam dijimos lo del agua de la ducha y no nos respondió. En las fotos se ve bonito pero está un poco como estropeado. No hay persianas y entraba mucha luz

Clean, comfortable and nice decor - we stayed here twice as it was a good location. Beds were comfy, facilities were good and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent room in both size and design, great location - easy and close walking distance to the Colosseum. We were glad to have a lift with our suitcases, and there was a convenience store and several great restaurants nearby.

Desde o primeiro contato , Bruno foi muito solícito. Eu e minha família fomos muito bem recebidos. O atendimento em português fez toda diferença. Fomos recepcionados por Francesco que nos deu todas as orientações e dicas sobre passeios e indicações de restaurantes . Localização excelente, fizemos muitas coisas a pé, como visitar o Coliseu e a Fontana Di Trevi. Acomodação excelente e confortável, descansamos bastante. Super recomendo!

Mogę bez zawahania polecić ten obiekt. Bardzo czysto, zameldowanie bardzo łatwe i przyjemne (dziękuję Daiane za pomoc we wszystkim ♥️). Możliwość zostawienia bagażu przed i po wymeldowaniu jest super pomocna. Materace bardzo wygodne, pokój i łazienka czyściutkie. Jeśli wrócimy do Rzymu to na 100% właśnie tutaj!

Fijne communicatie met de host, schone kamer, snelle check-in, zag er allemaal verzorgd en goed uit. Duidelijke instructies en locatie relatief dicht bij het centrum en goed om Rome te ontdekken

De airco in de kamer is veel te oud waardoor hij continu uitviel en weer aan ging. We hebben een hele slechte nachtrust gehad en het was echt niet comfortabel, de combinatie tussen warm + geluid

Adorei minha estadia. O quarto era muito confortável, limpo, bem organizado e exatamente como anunciado. A cama era confortável, o ambiente silencioso e a decoração muito agradável. A localização foi excelente, próxima ao Roma Termini, facilitando o deslocamento pela cidade e para outras regiões. Além disso, o Coliseu fica a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada, o que tornou os passeios ainda mais práticos e agradáveis. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Camera bellissima posizione ottima

La comodidad de la cama y almohadas. El baño es de buen tamaño. La ducha también es de buen tamaño y tiene muy buena potencia de agua. Todo estuvo siempre muy limpio. La cafetera dentro de la habitación con sus respectivas pastillas es un gran detalle que te permite uniciar tu día de la mejor manera. Agradecemos mucho el lindo detalle del vino en nuestra habitación. La ubicación es excelente. Llegas a todos los atractivos turísticos caminando en la medida justa. El coliseo está muy cerca. La hospitalidad que nos brindó Daiane fue genial.

Solo una sugerencia, las toallas necesitan ser cambiadas. Ya se notan gastadas.

The communication was fantastic. Host provided us excellent restaurant recommendations and the area is perfect! Easily walkable to many sites & shops. The room is beautiful, comfy & the jet tub works well!! 5th level, but modernized lift worked perfectly! Would absolutely recommend to stay! They also provided early am transfer to the airport (for a fair fee). Thank you guys, loved it!!

Hotel muito bem localizado no bairro de Monti e próximo aos proncipais pontos de interesse em Roma. Atendimento do staff ágil.

O único ponto negativo é o banheiro. O chuveiro saía poiquíssima água e o box apertado.

Ótima localização, muito perto do Coliseu, da estação Termini, de igrejas, estação de metrô. Quarto muito bem organizado, banheiro impecável na limpeza. Check in fácil e rápido. Funcionários solícitos e prestativos. Local seguro e confortável.

Single beds are really narrow but not a big deal. However, there's no bathroom outside of the room, it would have been nice when we came back to get our luggage late afternoon of the checkout day.

Bezproblemowy kontakt z obiektem na WhatApp przed przylotem, kontakt z obsluga w dniu przyjazdu perfekcyjny. Dziekujemy za udostepnienie pokoju wczensiej niz planowany check in. W obiekcie darmowe wifi i dostep do przechowalni bagazu. Lokalizacja 10/10, di Trevi, Koloseum spacerkiem. Polecamy!

The bed was so comfy! Loads of space. Bathroom is hidden behind the room door when opened so hilariously I thought we’d not got one until the host closed the entrance door and it magically appeared 😂 very quiet considering the location of the room. Shower was hot and good pressure!

The property is on the third floor and the lift in that building looks like it was built 300 years ago so was no way we were using it 😂

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική απο τα παιδιά. Ο Francescoμας εδωσε πολλες πληροφορίες για το που να παμε για φαγητό και τι να προσέχουμε. Επισης το δωμάτιο ηταν πεντακάθαρο και άνετο. Πολύ κοντα στο Κολοσσαιο και στην όμορφη περιοχή της Monti.

Λίγο η ηχομόνωση αο έξω. Ακουγονταν από έξω ο θόρυβος του δρόμου.

A localização era excelente, lugar muito central e no entanto muito silencioso para descansar. Todos os funcionários super prestativos. O Francesco que nos foi buscar a hora tardia ao aeroporto e nos descreveu, ainda que fosse de noite, muitas dos locais que iamos passando e nos deu contactos de sítios para comer pequeno almoço e refeições. Foi sempre prestativo. Também o Bruno me foi informando de tudo antes da chegada. Uma grande mais valia neste alojamento. Adorei que falassem português.

Ótima localização, prédio com elevador, quarto espaçoso, tudo muito organizado e limpo. Para os brasileiros que vão para Europa o pessoal do hotel é brasileiro então fica tudo mais fácil ... Tem serviço de translado também e depósito de bagagem.

Very convenient location for major sites like the colosseum. Plenty of food options nearby, with some nice Irish pubs also. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and big.

they have lovely rooms with jacuzzi, unfortunately I did not get one, I hated shower, without washing hair, you can not get shower, it is only form up :/ Place has 3-4 rooms in on flat, so noise is quite around, especially when you have different sleep schedule.

I loved the location! It was far enough from the chaos of Termini, but still close enough to walk to the station, and also quite close to the Colosseum! The surrounding area has many restaurants and cafés. The beds were very comfortable, the room size was great (even though we were 2 adults and 2 children), and the bathroom was spotless. I also loved that they offered complimentary luggage storage for both check-in and check-out.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. I’m delighted with the place and I’m already recommending it.
