Reviewed Sep 8, 2026It was the perfect fit for our family of 4. Our two teens loved it and it was a geat first stop on our Japan trip. Really nice and clean and had great facilities. Loved having a washing machine and really loved that you could dry laundry overnight in the shower room, we need this in Australia! The free tea/coffee machine downstairs was super handy. The area was perfect, although in hindsight we would probably choose somewhere a bit closer to the train. We arrrived mid August, so on a hot day the train station seemed ages away, even though it was only about 10 minutes. Loads of great places to eat nearby and easy to get further afield on the train. There was a supermarket a block away, vending machines every few metres and various convenience stores within minutes on foot. It was really quiet at night too, so we had good sleep all round.
The access to the balcony was blocked by the bunk beds. That is the only annoying thing about the room. We did go out there but the door was difficult to open, then we had to squeeze around the bed.

Indicaban que cambiaban toallas pero no lo han hecho. Es un apartamento donde puedes cocinar y comer pero no hay utensilios de limpieza ni servicio de limpieza. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of a subway station and convenient for exploring Osaka. The host was very helpful, responsive, and always available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
The only thing I didn’t like—just kidding!—was that the complimentary coffee and tea machine is only available from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM. It would be perfect if it were available 24 hours a day!

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026地理位置真的很棒，周邊鄰近車站沿路上有很多吃的跟超商，距離不到五分鐘的地方就有藥妝店跟超市，附近還有小鋼珠可以玩，走到難波日本橋也都10幾分鐘而已。 雖然是一個人住但毛巾也給到三條，真的不錯。整體住起來真的很舒適。
浴缸排水剛好不太好，但應該不是常態，經詢問也迅速獲得回覆。

Location was great - about a 10 minute walk to Daikokucho station on the Osaka Metro, several grocery stores within walking distance, lots of food + drink options nearby. Host was very responsive. Ground floor had some consumables available for guests to use - including hair ties, slippers and coffee and tea. Bathroom has an exhaust fan that doubles as a clothes dryer, which was very handy.
Wall air conditioner was broken, there was a portable unit in the room, however it did not work very well. Check-in process was a little bit complicated with the tablets.

Die Wohnung war in bisschen dunkel und Bett und Sofa etwas die ungelegen aber noch vollkommen im Rahmen.

清掃が行き届いていない感じ… シーリングライトの上に埃が溜まっていたり、お風呂の隅にカビがあったり、バスタブも垢が落ちていない感じ。自分で掃除し直しました。ベッドサイドのランプはアームが壊れていて使えませんでした。

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026We had a great stay. Given accommodation space is expected to be quite small across Japan, this room was surprisingly large. We had plenty of space for all four of us. It was quite close to the train station; an easy walk and was central to all the places we wanted to go to in Osaka. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again should we return to Osaka.

Really good washing machine inside the apartment and laundromat less than a minute walk to dry your clothes! There’s also a dryer function in the bathroom! Really liked the location. Quieter side of Namba with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
The water pressure for the bath and shower was too weak.

A more comfortable sofa with a better backrest would have been ideal.

The location was also very good, about a 10-15 minute walk from Namba station and there were many convenience stores nearby for a late night snack! We really appreciated how spacious the room was. Overall the beds were comfy, there were utensils and dishes to use in the kitchenette, a robe to put away clothes, as well as a washing machine. The owners were very considerate about every aspect of our stay. Communication was clear and consistent, making sure we were comfortable and giving us reminders for our check in and check out times. Will definitely stay here again if we ever pass through Osaka again!
The rubbish bin labels were a little confusing in terms of what goes where, as they did not match what was in the house guide. The keypad was a little quiet when typing in the code so you couldn't tell if you pressed the number or not. But these are only minor inconveniences.

В номере есть подробная инструкция по работе с техникой и правилами апартаментов. Там чувствуешь себя как дома. Постельное белье аккуратно выглажено, все чисто и аккуратно.
Чехлы на подушках были грязные, а через пододеяльник просвечивалось желтое старое одеяло, которое уже пора заменить или постирать. На некоторых стенах есть пятна.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025The property was a lot more spacious than I originally thought. The location is great which has multiple convenience stores and a grocery store close by! It was also very clean and is close to a main subway line which made getting to and from the city very easy and fast! Would definitely come here again!

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025The interior was well designed and cozy. The place is very near to Namba station and the surrounding area is peaceful.
Looking underneath the sofa, there were a lot of dust accumulated, we found items underneath the furniture that might be from previous guests. It made me doubt on whether the apartment was fully cleaned after being occupied by previous guests.

他の人のレビューにもありましたが、シャワーの水圧が酷くてチョロチョロとしかお湯が出ませんでした。水圧は洗面台以下です。そしてお湯が出てくるまでが本当に遅い。3分くらい待ってやっとチョロチョロのお湯が出てくるくらいです。 しばらくシャワー使ってるといつのまにか水になったりと、本当にシャワーが最悪で、逆にシャワーさえ良ければ他は何も言うことないくらい良かったです。 シャワーの水圧は本当に笑えるくらい酷かったです。
