Location was good

Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly prepared for guests. When we arrived, rubbish from previous guests had not been removed. We stayed for a week and no cleaning service was provided during the entire stay. We decided to clean the apartment ourselves, but there was no vacuum cleaner, mop, broom or even cleaning cloths available. We had to buy cleaning cloths, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergents ourselves. The kitchen was missing basic items such as a cutting board, making meal preparation difficult. There was also a coffee machine, but no coffee pods were provided. Overall, the apartment lacked a number of basic amenities and supplies that would normally be expected in a self-catering property. This significantly affected our experience.

Apartamento amplio y moderno, con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana: cocina completamente equipada, con vajilla y cubertería, wifi, salón-comedor, dos dormitorios amplios, dos cuartos de baño. Nos asignaron un piso en la planta 11 con muy buenas vistas y mucha luz. La zona es tranquila y segura, aunque alejada del centro de Londres.

Los colchones no eran nada cómodos, tendrían que sustituirlos por otros nuevos. También hubiéramos agradecido que fueran más generosos con los productos de baño y limpieza (papel higiénico, pastillas para el lavavajillas), ya que dan una cantidad mínima.

التاخير في تسجيل الدخول مع العلم بان وصولي للفندق بالمساء ولكن اجراءات الدخول المعقده اخرتني في الدخول الى الشقه مع العلم بانه تم خصم كامل مبلغ الاقامه قبل الوصول حيث افاد موظف الاستقبال بانه يجب تسجيل الدخول عن طريق الموقع ! لكونك مجهول الهويه !!!!! وعند تسجيل الدخول ارسلنا الى شقق اخرى بجانبهم موظف الاستقبال الاجنبي صاحب البشره البيضاء بالشقه الاخرى كاني اسكن على حسابه غير مبتسم . تم خصم قيمة النظافه مع ضمن المبلغ ولم يتم تنظيف الشقه الى مره واحده فقط خلال فترة الاقامة عشر ايام .

Lovely penthouse on the 13th floor — very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The location near Canary Wharf was excellent, with great access to restaurants and shops, and the neighbourhood felt very safe with good security.

However, the apartment was extremely hot, and the tower fans didn’t help. The interior also lacked decoration, which was disappointing compared to the beautifully renovated exterior.

⭐ Very disappointing and not worth the money I was extremely disappointed with this property. The apartment was very dirty and poorly maintained, and the condition was honestly disgusting. As you can see from the photos, the carpets were heavily stained and dirty, which was very embarrassing when I had guests with me. I paid a lot of money for this stay, so I expected a clean and comfortable apartment. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. Another major issue is that the apartment shown in the Booking.com photos does not appear to be the apartment we were given upon arrival. What was advertised online and what we actually received were two very different experiences. When we arrived, we had very few options, so we had to stay despite the condition. I was extremely unhappy and embarrassed in front of my guests. This property is not worth the money. ⚠️ My advice: before booking, make sure you confirm exactly which apartment you will receive and look carefully at recent guest reviews and photos. Don't rely only on the pictures shown in the listing.

The view facing the water was beautiful at night. The layout and indoors of the apartment were great.

The location is quite far away from central.

Once there was someone around, getting the keys and the associated instructions was easy enough. The flat was quiet and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and Canary Wharf is preferable to many other locations for me. Access to the city is great -- the DLR is a few minutes walk away, as is Elizabeth Line to get to and from Heathrow.

The description said a "Concierge Team" was available 24/7. I arrived early and figured that 24/7 means I should be able to pick up the keys early or at least discuss with the concierge. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, alongside other guests. The WiFi instructions were wrong -- the SSID listed did not exist. I had to locate the router to find out what the connection was actually called. The flat was quite warm.

The only challenge is it was very hot and only had one fan in the house with two bedrooms with kids. Each room was supposed to have its own fan otherwise it is a nice excellent place

Clean and hygienic throughout. The concierge and customer care teams were wonderfully responsive. Safety-wise, the location is very secure for a family stay, with quick and easy access to public transport (both the DLR and the Tube). Having three supermarkets literally steps away made it an amazingly convenient spot. I was also really glad they provided a fan in the apartment—it made the summer heat much more bearable! Certainly considering the place for our next trip.

The apartment has a good view facing the water front. The staff Mr Saldans very nice guy too.

I had one 3 bed apartment and one 2 bedroom apartment, both were very spacious and clean. Property was 5 minutes away from dlr.

Das Apartment 801 ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass keine regelmäßigen Wartungen erfolgen.der Toilettendeckel war lose. Die Abdeckleiste in der Küche fiel ständig um und auf die Füße. Der Vorhang hing nicht vollständig an den Aufhängern. Die Teppiche waren sehr fleckig und unappetitlich 🤢. Alles wirkte in die Jahre gekommen.

The whole experience was disappointing. From having to check in and pay £300 per room as a deposit which was not mentioned on the booking. The toilet flush didn’t work so 4 people had to use one bathroom. I reported this to the reception straight away and she said she would send someone to fix it. This wasn’t done. The WiFi didn’t work in the apartment. The beds and pillows were at such low quality. I have video evidence of the toilet

The unit was dirty. Floors and carpet visibly dirty. The unit was very hot and the fans provided were old and didn’t work. In fact, they made the apartment even hotter. The washer and dryer was extremely inefficient. One load took more than 3 hours to dry. The staff was not responsive. They told me to go buy toilet paper when they only left a half used roll upon my arrival. Also, upon checking out I waited at 5am fifteen minutes for their 24 hour front desk to arrive but they never did. I had an 8am flight and was forced to leave the keys on the desk. I messaged them via the booking.com app but they never responded.

Main sitting room had no curtains, so became unbearably hot in the afternoon, couldn’t close balcony door, reported to staff, looked at it, told would log issue and was because decking was warped. To then get message saying we are withholding our £300 deposit, seems like a scam.

Nagyon szép helyen, közel van a metróhoz. Jól felszerelt konyha, tágas nappalival.

Először egy takarítatlan apartmant kaptunk, de a recepciós közben járásával sikerült ugyanabban az épületben egy tisztább apartmantra cserélni. A szobákban a padlószőnyeg foltoo volt, és a wifi nem működött.

The staff at night was very friendly and helpful.

The flat was extremely hot and the ventilation was poor. I couldn't open windows at night because there would be bugs flying in... the bedding wasn't for winter not summer duvet..and the bed wasn't comfortable as it completely sunk after being used for too long. The toilet didnt flush well either.

Had reasonable space and facilities as expected. Once we found the DLR station at Crossharbour it had goos access to transport and some food options.

While it was an exceptional heatwave, it has no cooling bar a single tiny tower fan and required opening the balcony door to get any cool air, which meant street noise. We could not sleep like that - likely would have been ok outside that heat. The bed and furniture was pretty basic and not that comfortable, but adequate.

Localização ótima, muito próxima ao sistema de transporte público através do DLR South Quay e também a uma agradável caminhada, sem pressa, para a estação Canary Wharf Jubilee Place e Canadá Place. Canary Wharf por si só é um local com muitas opções. O apartamento é amplo, limpo, confortável, com varanda, vista para o rio tanto na sala como também nos quartos. Local agradável com diversos restaurantes, mercados e estrutura do Shopping.

Massive and very comfortable flat in a great location.

The boiler was unreliable, it was uncomfortable to shower. One of the towel tacks was very hot throughout my stay. No washing pods or washing up liquid provided.

Sehr gute Lage und eine tolle Aussicht (hatten ein Apartment im 9. Stock mit Balkon - dieses hatte sogar 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmer). Läden und öffentloche Transportmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war eine voll ausgestattete Küche vorhanden, in der man selber kochen kann, wenn man nicht immer essen gehen möchte. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Seife wurden von der Unterkunft bereitgestellt. An der 24h Rezeption sitzt immer ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter.

Hier und da müssten ggf kleinere Reparaturen erfolgen, da durch die vorherigen Gäste ein paar deutlichere Spuren hinterlassen worden sind. Weiterhin hat der Stöpsel in der Badewanne die falsche Größe, sodass das Wasser nicht drin bleibt. Man kann aber auch einfach nur Duschen. Alles in allem nichts gravierendes.

Schön große Wohnung, toller Ausblick auf das Wasser und gut ausgestattet. Hell und sauber. Canary Wharf ist einfach super. Concierge Dienst sehr freundlich.

Teppichböden in den Schlafzimmern ist ziemlich passé. Der Rest der Wohnung ist auch ganz normal mit Parkettboden verlegt. Man kann auch auf dem Teppich nicht ganz die Abnutzungsspuren verbergen. Betten sollten auch erneuert werden, Stofftapezierung ist weniger ansprechend als Holz.

The apartment was big and nicely positioned near a Tesco and 10 minutes away from the Jubilee line. We had all the facilities we needed.

The carpets smelled like Cheetos, which was quite annoying and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

The location close to three train stations Crossbar, Surrey Quays and Canary Wharf.

The kitchen did not have some useful items like a stirrer, egg flipper. The supplies were also very limited making if difficult for example two dish washer tablets, 1 tissue for two people. No handwashing liquid. Cleaning was done after 8 nights for a 10 day stay.

Super lokalizacja w dzielnicy Canary Wharf, która jest zrewitalizowana, wygodne patio na dachu / 7 piętro/ . Balkon z widokiem na dzielnicę. Bardzo blisko sklep Tesco Expres. Dużo miejsca w mieszkaniu, 3 sypialnie z łózkami podwójnymi. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia.

Byliśmy w Londynie, gdy były upały 30 stopni. Brak sprawnej klimatyzacji , ani nawet zasłon w salonie powodował, że w środku było bardzo gorąco. Brak wieszaka na wierzchnią odzież w korytarzu. . Brak mopa lub szczotki, aby na bieżąco pozamiatać. Brak zasłonki lub szyby w łazience powodował, że woda chlapała po całej łazience

The apartment itself was really spacious and bright, with two large balcony’s overlooking the water. Very clean, great location and 5minute walk to the tube.

Reception staff weren’t very responsive, WiFi wasn’t working and signal wasn’t great, no luggage storage for early check in or check out day.

Nice, spacious double-bedroom apartment in one of London’s newest international-vibe districts. Close to the metro with easy connections to the city centre. Lots of shops and great Asian cuisine in the area. Picking up the keys was easy thanks to the 24-hour concierge. Check-out was easy as well. Definitely recommend.

Minor detail: The rooms were a bit sober, a fresh coat of paint could help. All in all, we really liked it.

the lighting in the accomdation could of been slighty better thought about. Its not a major negative. But all the lights in the flat are medcine white, like your in a hospital

The price was reasonable, it was clean, it is a big apartment with a great view, kitchen is very well equipped, DLR stations are 5 minutes away, groceries near by. 24h reception. Finally they agreed that I can show my passport at the reception and pay a deposit at check-in. After sending them a reminder I got my deposit back, so at the end, everything was fine. This residential area and the building itself appear to be safe.

Read all the small print - they want your documents to be submitted on-line and a high deposit to be paid using a link. I think this is totally inappropriate, unsafe and also illegal (sending passport images to UK) - but I managed to arrange this in a more reasonable way with them (see the positive). Apartment is huge and with lots of space, but this also meant that some (upper) shelves were dusty, some cabinets with spots (unclean), so it was not super or spotless clean. I didn't see any AC. There is a ventilation system that is quite annoying, the air blow in the bedroom is too strong (coming from the ceiling) and with quite audible white noise - if you have a light sleep you might have problems; I didn't ask if I could turn this ventilation system off because the instructions said I shouldn't. Beds are a bit strange and very soft. But the positive sides make the negative ones less relevant, especially if you are on a tight budged.

The location is close to the train station; the facility is clean and the view of the Thames River is awesome. The staff are easy to talk to and very helpful, they have excellent customer service.

The carpet needs cleaning, and you can provide toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets for shorter stays instead of just one day. It would be really helpful if you could also provide cleaning supplies like kitchen sprays. The mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable.

The apartment had a strange "urine" smell. I am not sure if this is because the bathroom fan doesn't work so it is a build up of a damp/urine smell, or if it was from the rug in the living room. Not the owners fault, but the view from the bedroom does look onto a balcony covered in litter and dumped items.

Stor fin leilighet, god størrelse på soverom, 2 forholdsvis store bad. Grei avstand til kollektiv transport. Rolig område, utsikt til kanal så ingen trafikk rett utenfor leilighet. 2 store terrasser ( ingen utemøbler)

Svært slitte senger ( madrasser). Eine dyna burde i tillegg vært skifta ut. Litt vanskelig å justere temperaturen på vatn ved dusjing. Det hang gjenglemte klær i garderobeskap på soverom. Litt lite sitteplasser i «stuedelen». Hadde det ikkje vært for sengene hadde vi garantert kome tilbake hit.

Просторен, чист и светъл апартамент. Притежава всички удобства за няколкодневен или по-дълъг престой. Много площ за съхранение - дрешници и шкафове. Намира се на много комуникативно и удобно място. Въпреки че кварталът и улиците около него са оживени, в апартамента не се чува външния шум.
