Na pewno w apartamencie nie jest cicho... ale być może taki urok Neapolu i centrum. Niestety, ale łóżka również nie były zbytnio wygodne, a materac był sprężynujący. Warty odnotowania jest fakt dzwonów kościoła przy samym oknie codziennie o 7:30, ale to można mieć pewny budzik :))

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026De locatie in Napels is echt ideaal. Alles is dichtbij en goed op loopafstand te bereiken. Ook het station ligt vlakbij, wat erg handig is voor het openbaar vervoer. Zeker een aanrader!
Een verbeterpunt zijn de kussens en handdoeken; deze mogen wat ons betreft wel vervangen worden. Verder een prima verblijf en zeker een aanrader vanwege de fijne locatie.

The receptionist did not speak any English and even though we had a reservation via booking.com, and she showed us that she got it, they showed us into the elevator and pressed 0 after a short conversation where the receptionist couldn't translate what she wanted to ask us. No explanation, we had to find a separate accommodation ourselves after being kicked out. Do not book here.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, por lo que en pleno agosto pasamos mucho calor, teniendo que abrir las ventanas con el ruido de la calle entrando en la habitación. La ducha es muy mejorable, puesto que salía poca agua. La comunicación con el personal (solo por WhatsApp ya que no había nadie en la recepción a la llegada) está limitada al uso de un traductor, puesto que no te hablan en otro idioma que no sea italiano.

W opisie nie było informacji, że winda jest na monety 10 centowe. Nie było to problemem, ale trzeba było pamiętać, by mieć rozmienione pieniądze.

Not worth the money, too expensive for the room size. You cant even properly shower in the washroom, your head will hit something even if you move an inch. Pictures are misleading for the size of the room. I would only pay half the price for what it listed for.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026La calidad-precio. Lo que recibes es acorde a lo que pagas. El ascensor es gratuito de 8pm a 8 am aprox. La habitación cuenta con neverita y secador. Está próxima a la estación de trenes. Calidad - Precio respetable.
La ubicación puede echarle para atrás a mucha gente. No hay señalización para saber cómo llegar (te tienes que orientar con la info dada en booking y preguntando al conserje de la urbanización). Es un 7º piso de un bloque residencial descuidado. Si quieres usar el ascensor de 8am a 8pm, toca pagar 10cents por uso (no lo había visto en la vida). Escuchas absolutamente todo (tanto de la calle como de los vecinos de fuera). La comunicación con la propietaria fue dificultosa, brinda la información de una forma que al traducirla al inglés o español el contenido del mensaje se pierde.

The apartment is on the 7th floor. The elevator working hours are 7-20. After 8pm you need to step. Very loud at night. No air-conditioning.

1. The second day of my stay the water was cut off, I had no access to neither cold nor hot water. I bought the water from the shop to wash my hands and teeth. I could not have a shower. I told the property owner, he/she did not care answering there was an accident in the pipe. They even did not apologise and felt sorry or did not offer any solutions .at least the owner can give 5l water just to wash face and hands or flush the toilet. I asked from booking.con for the refund 30 euros from the owner and the owner refused. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. 2. The location is in the centre but in a very dirty area.

Location was not very good. The area around the station was sketchy. Also you need 10 cents to avail the lift each time. The apartment is in 7th floor, so keep enough coins or get it changed from the security person at the building reception. Communication was also difficult.

Isıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu bu nedenle dolaptan battaniye çıkardık ancak battaniye muhtemelen tozluydu ve alerjimizi tetikledi. Kaldığımız süre boyunca zor uyuduk. Çok fazla sivrisinek vardı. Asansöre her seferinde 10 cent atmamız gerekiyordu ve akşam 20.00den sonra atmamızın gerekli olmadığını bize bildirmediler. Çalışanlar zaten bizimle sadece İtalyanca iletişim kurmaya çalışıyordu, mesajları İngilizce yazmamıza rağmen İtalyanca cevap aldık. Biz odada değilken habersizce odamıza girildiğini fark ettik, oda temizliği yapıldı ve havlular temizlenmedi yalnızca çöp ve tuvalet kağıdı değişimi yapıldı. Buna rağmen herhangi bir eşyamız kaybolmadı. Duştaki su çok akmıyordu ve arada sıcaklığı düşüyordu. Kaç kere soğuk suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Mahallesi çok gürültülüydü, sürekli apartmanlardan aşağı bir şeyler fırlatılıyordu. Çevresindeki sokaklarda kendimizi güvende hissetmedik.

Le quartier est bruyant. Les chambres sont mitoyennes et certains voyageurs sont très bruyants à toute heure.

La posizione era strategica per la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni, dei bus, e ai luoghi da visitare. La doccia era spaziosa e la stanza pulita e grande.
Per utilizzare l'ascensore bisognava pagare 10 centesimi a corsa, a parte in certi orari. Il cestino in bagno era presto pieno per via delle bottigliette di plastica...sarebbe stato utile averne avuto uno in più. I letti erano un po' piccoli, sia di lunghezza sia di larghezza, e abbastanza scomodi.

Although the location was great the area was very noisy, unsafe with lots of rubbish. The property itself was very basic and unwelcoming the toiletries provided are old and perused, the fridge in room wasn’t working (which was dealt with immediately) the water pressure in shower was amazing but shower head couldn’t cope and burst! I feel owner took offence to being contacted regarding minor issues and it all started from there. I have since been falsely accused of damage and still receiving messages after returning home (booking.com are dealing with). I received a recording of my room, someone walking round recording my belongings, I had to text and request toilet roll and clean towels. This is not my idea of a city break…..And why are the curtains miss matched and upsidedown?

1. Die Lage ist der horror. Ja direkt am Bahnhof und auch nicht soooo weit vom Hafen entfernt aber die Gegend selbst ist erstmal ein kleiner Schock. 2. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 7. Stock für jede Fahrt mit dem Dahrstuhl zahlt man 10cnt. (Jetzt nicht so dramatisch. Geld kann vor Ort auch gewechselt werden) 3. Es ist SEHR hellhörig. Nimmt auf jeden Fall ohrstöpsel mit. Mam hört alles was auf dem Flur passiert. Ab 6 uhr geht's los

They must improve arriving experience. Ia not an hotel. You get there and there is no clear sign and the staff is great but they only speak Italian. Dont panic, be sure you have internet when you arrive. It looks like a normal apartment building. This could be improve with a bigger and clear sign.
