Clean room and comfortable bed. The room was on the 2nd floor and rather warm - a/c not working. No street noise which was great. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for Covent Garden, theatres, opera house, Soho.

No facilities at this hotel - no bar or restaurant. Not really an issue as many around the location - though breakfast hard to find.

Reservamos una habitación normal según ofertan en booking (con paredes, techo y ventanas) por un precio razonable. Justo el mismo día que nos habían cobrado la estancia completa por adelantado, ¡sorpresa!, nos dicen que solo les queda una habitación en el sótano sin ventanas y muy sucia. Cuando llegamos para ver cómo solucionarlo, nos ofrecen hacernos un descuento importante y dado el cansancio del viaje, que íbamos con niños y el descuento, no nos vimos con fuerzas para buscar otro sitio. Sin embargo, una vez aceptamos quedarnos, el descuento se esfumó , era una estafa para hacernos aceptar. No han vuelto a querer saber nada de nosotros, no responden ni por supuesto nos han compensado de ninguna manera. El personal es bastante desagradable.

Great location. Room was perfectly acceptable but not luxurious. Great value for money for the location. Helpful and friendly staff recommended a great place for breakfast. Moved us to the ground floor which was much appreciated.

Room is relatively small but acceptable at the price.

Room was adequate but on the small side. I wouldn't call it an hotel as it was more like renting a room in an airbnb set up as there were no public areas in the building. Breakfast wasn't included and there was no catering on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful but the housekeeping staff were sadly lacking. The location was excellent for Covent Garden, the Royal Opera House and several other theatres.

The size of the room and the fact that there was no dining room offering breakfast or any other meals.

The property was clean and fresh it was in a suitable location with most places being within walking distance of where we needed to get too. Staff were lovely nothing was too much for them when we asked. So polite and welcoming. The room was spacious. We will be back to stay again.

Great location, the staff were really helpful and pleasant. Had a problem with the kettle and it was sorted without a fuss. Easy access to Covent Garden and theatres. A quiet location in a busy part of London.

The only downside to our visit was the AC in our room wasn't working and the substitute mobile unit couldn't cope with the heat. The other room that my cousins had was fine.

Great small lhotel in the heart of London Covent Garden, next to Royal Opera House. It is one of my favourite hotels in London since more than 20 years. My previous stay in that hotel was in 2006, and now I was glad to experience that hotel, services and facilities are as great as they were back 20 years ago. And the rooms were obviously renovated.

Only the price. But it is understandable in such perfect central location.

I couldn’t connect to WiFi on my iPhone and iPad and the hotel reception staff kept saying the WiFi was fine . I have since connected with no problems in another hotel. They never apologised . It was Very inconvenient .

Could have been cleaner, the carpet wasn’t lovely! shower was poor, but ok. The room itself was fantastic size for a family with excellent air con and decent windows! It was 3rd floor no lift so always worth checking if you struggle with stairs. We had a great stay!

The way they accomadated us on a very hot day and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable by moving us a floor down and putting two fans in the room.

The location is excellent. We didn't avail of breakfast as there are so many other options available around the hotel. Have already booked to stay again.

The location was superb, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was perfectly suitable for a weekend in London where we were out and about all day and most of the evening. Luggage storage was available on day of check in and day of check out.

The rooms were a little shabby around the edges and in need of a little TLC, but we didn’t mind this as it perfectly suited our needs.

Excellent location, especially for the Royal Opera House. Easy check-in and checkout. The room was clean, quite small but well designed. I wondered if street noise would be an issue but no problem at all.

Was there during a hot summer. The portable fan unit wasn't effective but the wall-mounted unit (once I worked out the controls) was fine. In-house breakfast would be great but there are loads of options nearby.

The location is great; near Covent Garden station, and above all near the Royal Opera House… The building is lovely. The (second) room was cosy.

In the first room, the air conditioning was noisy even when turned off; sleeping would have been impossible. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms. It's not soundproofed. When someone entered the next room, we thought they were coming into our room. It's surprising, especially in the morning. The windows are old and beautiful, but you will need earplugs. Some plug sockets did not work.

The apartments were spacious and well kept. Having a good apartment in this excellent location was a treat once the heat-wave passed. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops around, and it's nor far from the Underground.

NO air-condition in some apartments, not really 4 stars. We knew pasts summers seen major heat-waves, so we specifically checked for air-conditioning when we reserved. Both the hotel and the apartment we chose specifies "air condition". When we arrived - during a heat wave - we discovered the appartement we got only has chillers - fans with some water, that does not cool the apartment's air. When we told the hotel staff, their reaction was that "the site specifies the flat 2 has no air-condition". If it's there, it's so small print we completely missed it even though we checked and double checked. They wouldn't switch our flat (even though we reserved 8 months in advance! And asked for air condition), or suggested other ways of cooling, not even more fans. The bath's water's temperature were very hard to control, and kept changing temperature mid-shower. We got only one key, and the staff lost the extra. so when we separated during the day and one group arrived early, there was no way to enter the flat until the 5th day, when the extra key was finally found.

We have stayed here in the past and are due to stay again later this month. For Covent Garden it is such an good location and the staff so helpful taking your luggage prior to checking in and for leaving so that you can fully enjoy the location

Very convenient location, comfortable beds and a nice kitchen dinner with everything you need for a short stay. Value for money for the space you get in London. Air con was much needed during the heat wave. All in all, everything was good!

Excellently located in Covent Gardent - the heart of London's Theatre land. Great value for money given the central location, easy to book and a simple check in/out process. Well equipped rooms with tea and coffee facilities, a clean bathroom with a shower. Clean linen. Air conditioned rooms. Well decorated.

Location was brilliant - close to the main areas of Covent Garden; far enough away to be peaceful. Shower in ensuite was fantastic. The extra air conditioner unit was essential.

The main communal areas were quite shabby. The room was very cramped and stuffy (despite the additional air conditioner). Bedding was too heavy given how hot the room was.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage direkt bei der Oper/Covent Garden, zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn perfekt erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage und der Fenster direkt zur Straße war es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war gut aufgeteilt und geräumig.

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen, nur die w-lan-Verbindung könnte etwas besser funktionieren. Unser Zimmer war im Obergeschoß und hatte mehrere Fenster, es gibt aber auch Fenster im Untergeschoß, die im Vorbeigehen eher dunkel wirkten.

The location of this property is fantastic! It's a few steps from Covent Garden and 5 minutes from Seven Dials Market. The room had great A/C and a nice, clean bathroom! The beds were comfortable! Overall, we were pleased with the entire stay!

The room itself was a bit dated. The carpet had a huge section cut out of and then a new piece just placed in, so it just looked old and dirty and made the room appear like a terrible investment for what we paid to be there. The TVs were quite small and only accessed a few channels. The bathroom could really use a larger mirror as I am only 5' tall and literally could only see myself from the nose up in the bathroom mirror. I had to use the mirror on the back of the wardrobe door to get ready every day. Also, there is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and pitched, so if you have any mobility issues, this is not the place for you!

Amazing location in Covent Garden but tucked away down a quiet pedestrian street. Very clean throughout with comfortable beds.

We were there in the middle of a heatwave and the room was baking. Neither the wall mounted unit nor the free-standing one seemed to make inroads into the heat.

L'emplacement est parfait pour Covent Garden, et ça reste calme car un peu en dehors des attractions du quartier. Style typique londonien, une vraie expérience.

Facturer le check in early par heure! Si la chambre est prête pourquoi ne pas laisser la personne s'installer ? L'endroit est idéal certes mais les prix sont qd même élevés pour la qualité de l'hôtel.
