Graduate by Hilton Bloomington

Great hotel. Best location

Facing the HVAC units and garbage dumpsters

Hoosier nostalgia, clean, great location- quick walk to campus and 4th street!

Rooms were a bit small

Didn’t eat it unfortunately.

The soaps that you guys have in the showers the bottles are not the cleaniest looking. I think that the water caused them to get dirty.

Great atmosphere and room.

Vent in bathroom needed cleaned!!!

Love the decor/theme. It made my stay fun and memorable.

The staff were not friendly. There was a line of people and a wait everywhere I went. Check in. Getting drinks in the bar - twice. Coffee in the morning. It seemed understaffed. Waiting in line to be helped by unfriendly staff - not great. 4 or 5 of the tvs in the bar were tuned to a doctor tv show. So I asked if the WNBA game could play on one of the tvs. The bartender said yes, when she had time. The channel never got changed. Apologizing for the wait, thanking me for my patience, smiling, wishing me an enjoyable stay, something to show appreciation would have gone a long way.

I did not know there was a breakfast.

The parking garage was full. Then I called the hotel and the remote worker didn't know where I should park. He transferred to the hotel clerk and they didn't answer. So I parked at a garage far away. Then when I checked in the hotel she said there is a parking lot I can use. I was pretty frustrated and told her I called to ask but she didn't answer. The air in room 606 was so loud it woke us up every time it came on. There was no bar soap in the bathroom. There was hair in the bathroom. The sheet and some of the pillow cases were on inside out. The fridge door is broken and difficult to open. I have stayed here 3x before and this visit was worse than the other visits.

The rooms were not initially together, but Madelyn did an amazing job of working it out that the rooms would be on the same floor - thank you to her!!

We just love the Hoosier influence at the Graduate

Didn't realize sitting out on the top level was not an option. Was looking forward to that and had talked about that with our family that had traveled to Bloomington.

Clean and friendly staff definitely a great place to stay in Bloomington.

What a top notch hotel! From the time you arrive until the day you check out the staff has you covered! They are all so professional and friendly. The entire hotel from the lobby, to the elevators, hallways and your room is absolutely spotless! I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay. I can’t thank Tori Glasscock enough for making sure we had all the amenities we needed for our terrace suite! Addison for getting us extra bedding late at night within minutes of asking. The staff and hotel are pet friendly which is huge. The staff loved on our Rottweiler Valentina like she was their own. The bar has a soft serve margarita that is beyond delicious. Thank you to all for making my family feel like we were home.

Great place. The hotel had an excellent location and vibe

N/A

Best hotel in Bloomington. Rooms are good size, clean and good lighting. Service is great at The Graduate and Poindexter. Location is perfect for everything in Bloomington working out at Orange theory, bagels and crumble coffee all close with awesome dinner places and shopping

room service till 5pm not market practice

It was OK

Price was a bit too high

Stayed here on a recent college visit to IU and loved the hotel vibe, fun and colorful interior design, and its proximity to campus and Bloomington.

Overall, this hotel was fine. Parking was easy, service was good, and the rooms were small but clean. But, for the cost, I would have expected something a little better/more upscale. The lobby was completely full of college students who were clearly not staying at the hotel. They were taking up all of the spaces (lounge areas and tables) to study and hang out with each other (and you could tell this was a usual occurrence). I think it's important for the hotel to send these students to the library and make room for the guests. Additionally, there was quite a bit of noise and yelling at night (due to the hotel being in an area with bars).

Location

Staff availability at front desk. No parking in garage.

The hotel is in a great location when visiting IU. Room was nice and staff was very friendly. It’s a little pricey but I knew that. My only issue was getting in the shower and the body soap being empty. I would expect all those things to be full when someone checks in. But it was just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise all good. Parking garage is very small but plenty of parking across the street.

Wonderful decor and the cafe on the 1st floor was cute. Great location for the campus tour!

The proximity to all things IU, and the decor!

Isaac did a wonderful job we were tired and he took care of everything

The Valet Isaac was so kind! Very timely when servicing my car and held the door and helped me with my bags.

From the moment I pulled up to valet, until I checked out, everything about this hotel was beyond 5 stars and excellent. Isaac greeted me at valet, offered to carry my bags and even had an umbrella for the slight misty rain. He was such a gentleman, very kind and informative-answering my every last question with confidence. First impressions matter and Isaac definitely made one for me. But it takes more than one person to run a successful business and hotel. The freight desk staff, greeted me with a smile, helped with every request I had and was prompt in doing so. I would recommend this hotel, and any other Graduate hotel without hesitation. Just like all my other stays in different Graduate's, this exceeded my expectations far beyond what I would expect for a quick one night/day trip. I hope you enjoy you stay as well!!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. And we loved the decor, utilizing local art and recognizing local people that went to Indiana University.

Love the hotel and rooms!

The fridge wasn't plugged in so by the time it got cold enough to store our food and drinks it was time to leave. Not a huge deal though!

Best Graduate of 6 we stayed in. Perfect Location next to University & in college town. Great staff & Facolities

Valet Charge for Parking Car on Premises

If you want to experience all Bloomington has to offer this is the best place to stay. The rooms give off a great IU vibe. The lobby bar / kitchen is spacious and very comfortable. There is a full bar, and we had great breakfasts! The staff is excellent. In particular Dylan and Tori made us feel literally like we were at home!

We have stayed there several times and its always a great experience. Everything is so easy going and everyone is very accommodating and friendly.

Its hard to come up with something but the lights in the room could have been a little brighter. During the day, it was more than enough but at night it was a little dark

Everything

Location was great - next to IU campus

Real coffee instead on instant in the room

The hotel was nice. The valet was very prompt and the attendant was very nice Always had my car ready And was very helpful with luggage

Kelson was incredibly polite and helpful we are staying for four days at a big family event and he made the transition with dogs and luggage and clothes Very smooth and very precise. Thank you Kelson for the great service! What a great way to start our visit to Bloomington

After a harried Friday night drive into Bloomington, we received immediate assistance from parking valet Kelson. He helped manage our two vehicles, dogs, luggage and technology as we made our way into the lobby. We greatly appreciated his friendly and organized service. Top notch!

Thank you Kelson for all your help tonight! It has been a long trip up from Texas, and you were such a help!………………………………..

Everything especially the restaurant / bar

Nothing

Location was awesome and Poindexters was a great way to wrap up the day

We had a couple small Issues with our room, and Emily at the front desk took care of us kindly and generously!! We had a great breakfast in the Cafe, and our room was clean and comfortable with a comfy King Bed. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful

Great location. Employees friendly. Poorly appointed room. Very low worn out feeling mattress. Dim inadequate lighting in bathroom. Inadequate counter space and hanging space in bathroom. No full length mirror. No microwave. Hot pot with instant coffee, no brew pot. One upholstered chair and one exceedingly uncomfortable metal desk chair. Hideous decor.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. This is my second time at a graduate blown away completely unexpected. This one has the feel of being at granny's house meets basketball varsity. Kate at the front desk was amazing.Very hospitable and kelson, the valet did a fabulous job.Finding me a spot when the lot was full and went above and beyond to help five stars, two thumbs up

I always wish I could stay longer at this property

Nothing

Hotel is great, wonderful valet, he started the whole experience and everything has been wonderful since, will definitely stay here when in Bloomington

Everything was perfect. Loved the decor, ambience, and location. Close to IU and lots of places to eat and shop.

Kate was very pleasant and efficient at check-in. We got into our room quickly! We liked the terrace to hang out on and enjoy the nice weather. This hotel is very centrally located to all the bars and restaurants and is three blocks from the campus. Great location for sure!

Extremely nice people and amme ities and great location

Enjoyable stay!

love the vibe at the cafe! best place to study in town + staff is very friendly. i have received great service from jordan & itamar. he made a great matcha latte. also the bathrooms are well decorated + always clean :)

Loved the theme and the location

I am a regular at Poindexter I love the atmosphere and staff. Itamar is a fantastic barista, he greets everyone with a contagious smile!

All of the staff was amazing! Dylan in valet was by far the most helpful! He helped my arrival go smoothly and remembered me the next day to make the departure seamless. He was absolute polite and thoughtful - not usually something I can say about valet service. Definitely above and beyond!

Very comfortable room. Interesting time to visit-- during taste of Bloomington event. Parking is in parking garage or in lot across the street. Lobby bar

Everything was great.. Only complaint no matress pad on the bed.

So close to everything and clean

Great location, cool vibes Small room, no coffee maker, kind of pricey

Clean, great staff, perfect location!

I had to deal with an unexpected occurrence and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating to me in my time of need. I’m very appreciative.

It was my first time here and it was amazing! Itamar helped me with my order and recommendations and it was delicious, I will definitely be back!

Best coffee on campus- really great service great food and great environment to be in especially as a student or family member

I come to the Pointedexter at least once a week and it’s always such a great atmosphere. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Itamar is very patient and quick with making orders! Highly recommend to have a nice coffee and relax or study.

Location, decor, friendly staff, Jack & Diane Terrace

Price, parking, and price gouging

Always a pleasure to stay at The Graduate. Great location, wonderful staff, nice rooms. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Strongly recommend it!

Great hotel!

Great hotel!

PERFECT stop in Bloomington! Amazing location, clean, lively, great food and always very kind people! Even though Hilton bought it, it has still kept its small, quaint, BIG Hoosier spirit!!

Location to IU is great

We love the graduate Bloomington!!! Great location near the food and bars.

Perfect location, great rooms with excellent food at their restaurant.

Good location in the middle of action.

This is a beautiful hotel with an exceptionally friendly staff. It’s a few blocks from Indiana University, with many dining options along the way.

I love The Graduate! The rooms are beautifully appointed, the beds are amazing and the location can’t be beat!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. However…The only negative this time was our breakfast - the bacon was limp/undercooked, the hashbrowns shouldn’t have been called hashbrowns (very nasty) and the scrambled eggs tasted and looked like the kind of fake eggs that are mass produced in sheet pans at lesser hotels. And the three people working within sight of everyone were all scrolling on their phones. Not at all the experience or food I’ve had there before. Two iced coffees and two breakfast orders were $48.

Kelson’s help at the valet was immeasurable. We had a full day of meetings and he had the cars ready and went above and beyond loading coolers and food. Thank you!

Good location. Very welcoming door and desk staff. Everyone was quite helpful and energetic. Great room, if a little tight. Definitely would return.

Clean and convenient. Nice bar and entertaining area.

Our family booked three rooms to share some time together. Many restaurants were within walking distance. The Taste of Bloomington happened to coincide with our visit and we were able to walk right outside the hotel to sample the local cuisine. Our rooms were very nice, the staff was VERY PLEASANT! We had one troublesome issue and the management went above and beyond to resolve it. We will stay here again! Gwyn

Had a wonderful stay. From the moment I pulled up to time I left we had incredible service. Can’t remember all the names but Brayden from the Valet was great. Thanks!!

It was a nice environment with plenty of restaurants and shops within a few blocks.

Love Graduates

We had Kelson the valet park and he did an amazing job!!! Our room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable! We also need to stop at the bar and your staff was very friendly.

Wonderful service, coffee shop downstairs is great. Itamar was super helpful and demonstrated wonderful hospitality

Loved our visit. All employees were friendly and helpful. Young man that helped with our car was great. Braydon was his name. Will be BACK. Lovely Midwest town. The Bobby Knight memorabilia took me back to my younger years. The General was the BEST!

Great place to stay! Nice location. Staff was helpful and respectful. The valet Brayden was courteous and helpful! Thanks for a great visit!

Very clean and beds were so comfortable!
