Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Hotel utrzymuje wysoki standard sieci: sprawny proces automatycznego zameldowania, przemiła obsługa, smaczne śniadania, pełny zestaw kosmetyków oraz świetne zaplecze (całodobowy dostęp do kawy, mikrofalówka, automaty z napojami oraz pralka z suszarką). Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja - w odległości krótkiego spaceru znajduje się zarówno stacja Shinkansenów (Shin-Osaka), jak i osobna stacja metra położona po drugiej stronie.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026De sfeer: Er waren veel zakenmensen en ontbijt was ook volledig Japans - en heel vroeg (ten laatste om 8u45). Je bent uiteraard niet veel in het hotel, waardoor het op zich niet zo erg is maar als je belang hecht aan een vakantiegevoel, ga je best hier niet.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Excellent stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always smiling. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and many attractions. The room was small, as expected in Japan, but it was more than sufficient for a comfortable stay after a full day of exploring. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well organized. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.
The only minor downside was that the hotel corridors and elevators were not air-conditioned, which was noticeable during the hot summer weather. However, the lobby, restaurant and rooms were all well air-conditioned, so this did not significantly affect our stay.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026El personal muy amable. Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro Higashimikuni. Al costado había un seven que tenía cajeros ATM. El desayuno estaba incluido. Las maletas las podías colocar debajo de la cama para que no obstruyeran.
La regadera es un poco difícil la primera vez que la usas. La cama y almohada eran un poco duras.

The building is close to the highway, so you might experience some noise on the lower floors... We were up on 13th, so zero noise and great views.

A uma quadra de uma estação de metrô e a 10 minutos para a estação de trens (Shinkansen), trajeto plano. Amenidades variadas disponíveis. Uma Kombini bem ao lado do hotel.
Como a maioria dos hotéis, espaço pequeno, ideal para malas pequenas ou médias, que podem ser guardadas embaixo da cama. Nos dias de limpeza básica (modelo ecológico de limpeza a cada 3 dias) quem limpava não fazia direito, só nos dias de limpeza completa. Tem escadas nos dois acessos, a de estação de metrô e trens, o que dificulta com as malas, não achamos elevador.

朝のチェックアウトでフロント？と言うのか待機出来るところでそちらでタクシーをお待ちくださいと言われたのですが10数名の海外の方がそこで講習？ような事をしていた為少し子供もいたこともあり気まずかったです洗濯をしに行った際も外国の方が洗濯機の中の物は自分の物だと言ったりスタッフさんが助けてくださったので良かったのですがもし不在だった時のことを考えると少し

Reviewed May 20, 2026The room was a decent size and the window didn't face a building. The washer was normal size but the dryer very large and dried clothes well.
The bed was like sleeping on plywood.

It was one station away from Shin-Osaka Station so it wasn’t super convenient, but it wasn’t in the tourist area so it was perfect

Reviewed May 16, 2026Struttura pulita e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La stanza è piccola, in linea con gli standard di Tokyo, ma ben organizzata e funzionale. Posizione davvero ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni e comodissima per visitare la città e spostarsi rapidamente tra i vari quartieri.
