LO QUE MAS ME GUSTO LA UBICACION DEL HOTEL, MUY CERCA DEL CENTRO EN UN BARRIO BONITO.

EL BUFFET DEL DESAYUNO REGULAR, MUY POCA VARIEDAD Y LENTO. LA HABITACION CON UNA TELEVISION QUE NO FUNCIONABA (NO ESTABA CONECTADA LA ANTENA) SIN ARMARIO, SOLO UN PERCHERO. SIN RECEPCION, EL PERSONAL TE ATIENDE POR WHATSAPP Y TE CONTESTA HORAS DESPUES.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, von der man alle wichtigen Orte einfach erreicht. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Den Aufenthalt in ein tolles Erlebnis verwandelt, hat vor allem das überaus zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal. Vor allem unser Concierge Pedro stand uns durchgehend mit tollen Tipps zur Seite, hat unsere Transfers organisiert, Restaurantreservierungen für uns getätigt und uns bestens unterhalten.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr hellhörig (man hört sowohl Nachbarn als auch die Straße ziemlich laut). Die Frühstücksauswahl war für uns vollkommen ausreichend, könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass es nicht für alle überzeugend ist (Kontinentales Frühstück, ergänzt durch je eine Wurst- und Käsesorte und auf Anfrage Rührei).

Richtig gut waren die Betten! Diese waren sehr gemütlich :)

Der Abfluss im Bad hat etwas gestunken. Dadurch roch es am Anfang etwas unangenehm.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. The location is perfect: central and close to everything, making it ideal for exploring the city by day and enjoying the nearby nightlife in the evening. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but good. Definitely recommend!

Súper amable la muchacha que nos recibió. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas un rato antes del check in. Cama grande y cómoda. Excelente Ducha. Nos encantó

Location & breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

AC did not work in the room, so it was very hot & uncomfortable. Since there is no staff after 5 pm, there was no one to help also.

The bed was their best feature (and of course most important). The room was nicely appointed. Great water pressure. Tea kettle and water nice amenities. Great instructions for entering. Breakfast was okay.

There was a faint buzzing all night, I think it was the refrigerator -- I should have unplugged it.

Service was wonderful - Rodrigo helped us bring up our bags and the concierge, Pedro, was super responsive when I needed suggestions around the city. Room was clean and comfortable, and I liked the artful touches around the building. AC was very much needed during the summer.

The shower temperature was hard to adjust, either too hot or too cold.

The customer service was exceptional from all staff, a special mention to the concierge, Pedro, for his excellent help and advice. The room was well equipped and clean and the hotel is ideally located to access all this beautiful city has to offer.

The rooms were immaculate, the bedding very comfortable, the room well insulated so that it waS quiet and the personnel most kind and helpful. The neighborhood was a little concerning at first, because it was full of young people...not teens but young adults. We were afraid it would be noisy. It was not. We would return to the hotel and to the neighborhood.

unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon, was aber nicht so tragisch war. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Relativ laut durch die Bar nebenan (mit Oropax aber okay), Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl. Preis-Leistung für Lissabon okay

Die Lage war perfekt . Zimmer waren hell und freundlich mit Klima und Kühlschrank sogar mit 1 Flasche Rosewein und Wasser. Der Concierge Petro war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat viele Empfehlungen aus Handy geschrieben in der jeweiligen Landessprache .

Das Frühstück zu einseitig ( 7 Tage dasselbe) . Wir hätten uns gewünscht Früchte der Saison sowie Abwechslung bei Käse und Wurst. Handtuchwechsel bei 7 Tag , am Freitag , könnte früher sein.

Gute Lage, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und das Wasser direkt vor Ort. Wir hatten das Glück im Erdgeschoss mit zwei 20 kg Koffern zu landen, da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Klimaanlage notwendig und funkrionabel. Uns würden die Zimmer Codes für die Hauseingangstür und den Zimmer Schlüssel vorab zugesandt. Der Concierge kümmert sich sehr gut und gibt Tips. Frühstücksauswahl war lediglich OK.

Frühstück keine Brötchen, Croissants waren immer wie Kekse, selbst aufgebacken, als Obst gab es immer nur Äpfel und Banane kleingeschnitten, Wurst eine Sorte immer der gleiche Kochschinken, eine und immer die gleiche Sorte Käse, kein frischer Saft, Rührei könnte man bestellen war Ok. Alles in allem ist man satt geworden aber da ist echt Luft nach oben Insbesondere wenn man ganze sechs Tage vor Ort ist. Zimmerservice hat zwei Tage sehr gut funktioniert, ab da wurde das Wasser nicht mehr aufgefüllt und der Sand vom Strand mitgebracht wurde nicht entfernt.

Hotel bem localizado, dá para fazer grande parte das atrações turísticas a pé. Funcionários extremamente solícitos e acolhedores. Café da manhã excelente.

A entrada com as malas fica numa rua com ladeira, os carros costumam parar na parte baixa da rua (ela é fechada em um lado) , então precisa subir pequenino trecho com as malas. Nada demais, mas é bom saber.

I would really love to have more things on breakfast scramble egg was good idea, each day was the same, more changes would be nice. But the most important for this price please give some vegetables on breakfast please 🙏🏻 Also it would be great if there was a city guide map in a room :))

Location was good. Close to a lot of sites.

The stairs to the top floor were steep and the headroom in the bathroom was low.

The staff went out of their way to help us make the most of our time in Lisbon. Plus the location was convenient for seeing the many sights that Lisbon has to offer.

Die Zimmergröße war angenehm. Alles andere leider nicht.

Modriger, feuchter Kellergeruch im gesamten Hotel und vor allem auf dem Zimmer. Extrem hellhörig, sodass man kaum Schlafen kann. Zimmer 2 direkt über der Bar – Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Teilweise nicht sauber, Schimmelspuren an Wänden und im Bad.

- The staff were extremely kind and polite. They helped me with my luggage and messaged me both before and after my stay. - They also gave me helpful recommendations for exploring Lisbon. - The highlight was the dinner with Fado music that they arranged for me. The experience itself was wonderful, and the reserved table was in a great spot, close to the stage. - They also allowed me to check in almost an hour earlier, which I really appreciated.

The TV was not working properly. However, I did not mention it to the staff during my stay, and I believe they would have fixed the issue if I had told them.

Tout était parfait, on a été très bien accueillis. L'hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres grandes et confortables. Le petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits frais. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Location was excellent, the room was perfect for three adults. Housekeeping did great, room was clean and the shower was amazing!!! Best of all however was communication with Pedro, from the time of booking and during the stay. He gave suggestions for local places to visit and arranged a true Fado dinner experience for us through his brother who is a Fado singer, and arranged a table right up front. What an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to everything and breakfast had wonderful selections. I will definitely stay there again if in Lisbon.

The location was perfect. Close to cute restaurants, bars, but enough out of the way of the crazy busy touristy areas. The staff was beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and soooo cute! We loved how it was decorated, all the little details, and view front the balcony :)

The hotel hosts Pedro and Rodrigo were beyond excellent! Both of these guys were so accommodating and excited to assist us on finding the best experiences around Lisbon. I truly appreciate them taking their time to chat and share with us "real" options to experience rather than the same boring typical tourist traps. Thank you guys so much for making our stay so much better with your help!

O facto da funcionária do pequeno almoço não falar português. Estando em Portugal, a língua obrigatória penso que deveria ser o português...

The location was great. Close to metro. Easy access. The rooms are comfortable,bright,clean with comfortable beds. The staff were welcoming and more than accommodating. Staff could be ambassadors for Lisbon. They are full of recommendations and suggestions and willing to help with logistics. Excellent concierge services. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Great location, close to everything. Amazing staff. Pedro helped with arranging our days so that they turned out just perfect! He knows everything there is to know about the city and the surroundings and is always available and happy to help and suggest things. Really good breakfast. We loved this hotel!

The location of the property was fantastic. It was central to the touristy parts of Lisbon without being in the most busy parts. The neighborhood had many coffee choices and sit down to eat options. The apartment had charming character and the balcony was great to look out of. The daily breakfast was very handy and offered a good range of choices; boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit and various breads. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight.

I booked the apartment that can host three people however this apartment can definitely not if you factor in luggage. The website photos were accurate in terms of room aesthetics, but very wide-lense flattering when showing room proportions. Two people would find it cosy, three found it unworkable. When contacted, the hosts said the photos were typical of what to expect but not accurate. Hence, extra costs were incurred by us as alternative accommodation up the street was quickly found for the 3rd person.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel qui a su nous accompagner durant l'intégralité de notre séjour en nous proposant des activités, des lieux à visiter nous permettant de découvrir Lisbonne autrement. De plus, l'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Lisbonne.

Der Aufenthalt im Casa do Mercado war prima. Der Check-in erfolgte unkompliziert, die Betreuung durch das Personal war hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen - es gibt gute Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe. Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte und würden jederzeit wieder ins Casa do Mercado kommen.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, hätte jedoch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

I really liked our room and our bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the shower had good pressure and never ran out of hot water. Everything was extremely clean. The staff were excellent. They were always available to help us with any question or concern we had. There is a great coffee shop right across the street which our family loved also.

The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that it can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights because of the bars and restaurants near by. The other nights we stayed it was quiet.
