とにかくナイトマーケットの横なので、買うのも食べるにもロケーションが良い。

ひとつだけ。夜早く寝る方にはナイトマーケットの煩さやクラクション音が気になるかも。

We LOVED this place. The owner is lovely! The location is great, you can walk everywhere! The room was really spacious and with a balcony. The WiFi worked really well. We had a little fridge, towels, air conditioning, a fan, free little bottles of water...

An inexpensive 4 room guesthouse situated 10 m from the night market street. Attributes include; *Effective air conditioning *Comfortable king bed *Refrigerator *Access to balcony *Attentive owner/manager *Proximity to hundreds of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, tailors etc. *Peaceful, quiet Provides only what you need without additional features such as spa, bistro or pool found in more expensive accommodations.

Location is right in front of the night market and all the vicinity visiting area are within walking distance.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Ms Hoa organised for our laundry to be done (same day service!), accommodated an extra mattress in our room, and arranged transport from Da Nang airport at a reasonable price. We also had the pleasure of meeting her nephew Khang who drove us on two other days and was the safest driver we met in all Vietnam! A very kind and genuine family.

Nothing The Homestay is located very close to the Hoi An night market and a short walk to the Old Town, but despite this was very quiet. Glad we didn't stay in the main part of the Old Town as Hoi An is super touristy.

Super friendly family, where you could almost feel at home. Perfect place to explore Hoi An by foot.

Be aware, that payment by credit card is not possible!

We were well received by the Homestay owner. located right in the center of the Old Town, it was possible to do everything on foot.

The water in bathroom is very strong and I kinda like it. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and definitely my go to when staying in Hoi An .Very friendly owners and most welcoming.Forget hotel stays ,great value for money and perfect location

Hunh and her family went out of their way to make me feel welcome, always available to chat and give information. Their Homestay was in the middle of the night market and only 500 metres to the lantern bridge into the old city which is a perfect location. Hunh keeps the rooms immaculately clean, the beds are super comfy and the linen is fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend travellers staying here. It is very reasonably priced

I can not find fault. People may be concerned that the night market could be noisy but it is finished by 10.00 in the evening and I enjoyed sitting on my balcony ‘people watching’.

Friendly owner even with some communication difficulty we still get what we wanted, location is good for everyehere we want to go , breakfast is so delicious we order more .

야시장 인근에 위치하고 있으며 올드타운과 인근 관광지 접근성이 아주 좋음. 가격이 너무 좋아 가성비 최고이며 숙소이름이 두명의 따님 이름입니다.가족모두 친절하고 공항가는 택시도 알선해주었고 택시요금도 착합니다.덕분에 공항까지 아주 편하게 잘왔습니다.

호이안 야시장 바로 옆에 위치하여 구시가 및 야시장 관광에 매우 편리하였습니다. 편안하고 안전하게 여행하였습니다.

I usually don't give review about good ones, but this is the best hotel I ever stayed with this price. Excellent location and best home stay.

Location was excellent and the home stay owners friendly

The woman that owns this house is so precious! She is so sweet and helpful and friendly. The homestay is in an excellent location. The night market is right beside it and its only a couple blocks to the riverfront and ancient city. There was no hot water. No elevator. 3 floors. She made us breakfast each morning. Included. Her daughters are Hoa and Thu. I would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend.

Acceil et séjour très chaleureux. Emplacement idéal en terme du budget. So happy to stay in Hoa Thu. The breakfast was excellent with mom’s touch, very fresh, the coffee here is amazing. The family Hoa Thu was adorable.

An amazing experience staying here at the homestay. A lovely family run hotel right in the heart of the ancient city. The family room was spacious and very clean. Little balcony overlooking the night market. Breakfast was simple and tasty. If you want to experience real life in Hoi An this is the place to be. We will be back next year .

Super Lage direkt am Nachtmarkt. Sauberkeit 1A Top. Sehr heißes Wasser zum duschen. Betten Top, wurden jeden Tag gemacht. Frühstück leider kein Saft keine Butter zum Toast, Instant Kaffee. Deluxe-Zweibettzimmer kein Fenster nach draussen alte Einrichtung,TV keine Premier Sender. Kein Safe im Zimmer. Kühlschrank ok. Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Homestay empfelenswert nur das Deluxe - Zimmer leider nicht.

This home stay is next to the night market, so it can get a little noisy at night. Room is clean at check in but subsequent day floor were not clean. Shower room is very hot without working vending fan. Can’t take towel to the beach! Laundry is 10K vnd per shirt. Breakfast is simple with 1 coffee/juice. No free water. Has limited motorcycle parking. Bicycle is 30K vnd a day, regardless how many hours/min. Walking distance to old town or clothing market.

Friendly welcome .. The manager is very friendly and always ready to help. Spacious and clean room, small balcony. Located just next to the night market and 5 minutes walk from the old town ... Loan free bike .. Breakfast simple but enough .. Very good stay here .. Recommend it for a stay in Hoi An.

The family of this homestay was very welcoming and kind. Excellent service, good loacation near the night market, clean room and good breakfast which was prepared very early before the tour we booked also in this place. I highly recommend this homestay!

We chose this place from other reviews as can only agree with them all. Perfectly located, get anywhere quickly, beautiful friendly owner who cannot help enough. We were sent on a great cooking day and used their bikes to see the local area. Rooms are clean and showers are hot. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

A great location in the middle of all the action. Fun night market with good food stalls. A short walk to the town centre this place was great value. Clean and comfortable and the family could not help enough. We went on their cooking trip and use their bicycles to go sightseeing and to the beach. Highly recommended.

The position is absolutely great! Right in the middle of the famous night market and 200 meters from the ancient city! Despite the proximity to the market, the rooms are very quiet. The host exceed all expectations: welcoming, friendly and available for any matter! Rooms are bright and spacious, with any comfort. Bathrooms are basic but spotlessly clean! I really recommend this place!

This place is a nice and cosy place to stay at for a few days. The homestay is small and close to everything. If you want to go to An Bang Beach you just download "Grab"-app and you will get there for 2,5 dollar one way. The owners here are very friendly and offers good service, nice breakfast, new and fresh rooms and laundryservice. If I come back to Hoi An I will stay here again!

Friendly people, nice location and clean rooms. Located in the center of Hoi An just a few meters of the bridge and river. The night market is just in front of the homestay so you have everything near. Everything was perfect.
