There was water n leaking from the flush tank. The breakfast was not good. There was no butter but vegetable oil concentrate

Most staff were friendly, the kitchen and house keepers didn’t speak or acknowledge us.

The price for one night wasn’t worth it. Now it was a decent hotel, clean for the most part and staff was friendly but at almost $200 a night I was looking for some more fancy and exclusive. Seemed very family friendly. So family friendly that who ever was staying above us was running around all night. The neighbor next to us was complaining about it also.

Not enough security for being a such a rough part of town. One of my traveling companions had their wallet stolen out of their room and the staff blamed him. Also, staff came into my room after saying they didn’t do housekeeping unless you stayed a certain amount of days, which I wasn’t, and I did not ask them to enter my room.

Spacious and clean

Staff was pleasant. Newer sports complex, arena and buildings closest to hotel was nice and well lighted.

Neighborhood around hotel was in transition to newer buildings, but surrounded by section 8 housing and sketchy looking people walking around with shirts off and pants falling off.

The location is a little "sketchy". We ate supper at an Applebees restaurant across the street and it was the worst service that we have probably ever had at a restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, and staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was okay. The area of the hotel was quiet and easy to find.

The food area for breakfast is small. We had to wait to get food because too many people were in the small area. It seemed like the eggs were the powdered scrambled variety. The TV was on and pretty loud in the eating area. We were trying to have some quiet time, which was impossible because of the blaring of the TV.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed a night.

When you walk in the hotel looks up to date and inviting.Check in was smooth and quick .

I didn't like the fact that there were blood stains on the bed that my nephew slept in.We were there for a graduation and got there later than expected so we didn't check the beds before heading to our destination. Upon arriving back at the hotel around midnight and getting ready for bed is when we discovered the blood stained sheets and covers.I called the front desk and informed them and the response immediately was there was no housekeeping on duty at night.I was then told I could come downstairs and get covers to put on the bed.With no other choices that's what I had to settle with.The night clerk also asked me to put the bloody covers in a bag that she handed me and put them outside my room door.So there I was stuck on my vacation making a hotel bed in the middle of the night so that my nephew could get a good nights sleep.The rest of my stay from then on was lacking as well...the housekeeping did not take out the dirty towels that we actually used to keep the bathroom floor dry because we brought our own towels thankfully ,apparently the tub had a leak because every time we showered the floor would get soaked even though we had the shower curtain closed.We only went to breakfast the morning we were checking out and it was not pleasing as well.There were also roaches crawling in the bathroom one night as we returned to the room.I travel a lot and use booking everytime...this is by far the TOP most disappointing place I have ever stayed.

Our room was not completely clean. There was grease on the bathroom walls, something black on the room wall by the fridge, and stuff in the tub and shower. I take Clorox wipes everywhere, so I recleaned what I was not comfortable with. There were no open rooms to change rooms.

Breakfast was neat, clean, attendant kept food containers in good supply, food was good and hot, EASY SELF SERVICE! WE LIKED IT.

More waffle irons....little bit of a bottleneck.

The location was in a sketchy part of town, but everything was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good!!

The front desk lady making us I’d ourselves after several times interacting with her, I understand she did her job and I’m not the slightest upset.. but come on, it’s not that big of a deal lol , but overall great experience!

Incredibly friendly staff, decent location, our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

There were constant loud sirens from police cars, firetrucks, etc., all through the night. There were also people being loud in the hallways all through the night as well, so we did not get a restful sleep due to these issues.

My first room had bed bugs and I have bites all over.

Only value for this was the location. We were there for a kids sports tournament so location was nice to walk over to stadium.

Overpriced so you pay for location/convenience. Aged and rooms were definitely musty.. Our toilet stopped working but mgmr did send the person to fix as soon as he came it. Generally rooms could be updated. Breakfast was good, efficient and clean. I will def be looking around for next event. Rather pay a few dollars more for a newer, less moist room. Curtains were broken.

I liked it was easy to get to right off the highway while traveling, the room was spacious, was clean and comfortable, beds nice, and the breakfast was hot, the lobby was unusually busy when I arrived at 11 pm to check in, there must've been nearly a dozen people there, but the night worker and calm, patient, and kind

The orange juice machine was not working. Sunny d was provided as an alternative, but I was disappointed about the juice
