The pool was lovely. All the staff very friendly. Comfortable beds! Very reasonable mini bar in room. Nice area, lots of good restaurants around. Quick didi to old town.

We were on the 2nd floor via a tight spiral staircase. Which with 2 small kids was quite tricky to navigate.

Dopalo mi se sve, a pre svega toplina ljudi kod kojih dolaziš. Sve nam je bilo na usluzi i sve dostupno. Hoi An je jedan od najinteresantnijih gradića koje sam imala prilike da vidim. A ovaj smeštaj to odražava. Pun zelenila i toplih lampiona. Nadam se da ćemo se vratiti, tačnije sigurna sam da hoćemo.

De prachtige tuin. De heerlijke bedden en het heerlijke beddengoed en handdoeken. De enthousiaste Vi. Supersnelle laundry. Rustige ligging. Betrouwbare taxi naar airport Da Nang.

De airco in kamer 102 viel telkens uit, met name ‘s nachts. De airco werd ondersteund door een plafondventilator en een ander los apparaat. Er was 1 prullenbak. Naast de wc. Een 2e prullenbak? We huurden fietsen. Maar na 3 km viel de ketting eraf. Meermaals. We hebben een Grab terug genomen. De fietsen moeten technisch goed nagekeken worden om te ze te verhuren. De vlonder bij het zwembad was kapot. Het zwembad zelf was diep, ik kon niet staan. Na 14.30 was er geen zon meer in het zwembad.

The staff was so kind and helpful even when I made short notice hour extensions 😭🫶 the rooms were very clean and comfy. The place is very beautiful and location is very convenient between the beach and ancient town. Until next time po! 🇵🇭🩷🇻🇳

The place is the same as the pictures. Staff were really accommodating and replies fast to enquiries. Facilities are good. The whole place is very comfortable to stay in.

The AC wasn’t that cold but it’s still okay.

Notre hôte à été dune grande gentillesse et d'une aide précieuse. Contrairement à bien d'autres prestataires depuis notre arrivée au Vietnam, elle a su réponde précisément à toutes nos interrogations de manière très précise. Dommage que notre emploi du temps ne nous ait pas permis de profiter pleinement de notre logement, de la piscine, ni même de la cuisine dont les odeurs sentaient très bon, mais nous y étions pour le repos et nous l'avons trouvé.

Perfekte Lage um Abends in die Altstadt zu laufen oder mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren. Top Wifi. Super Frühstück. Sehr hilfreicher host. Bequemes Bett. Erfrischender Pool.

Vi the receptionist is so lovely and very helpful, any questions you can just ask her! The room was massive and super comfortable, they changed the towels and made the beds for us every day! The only slight issue is that there seems to be a small ant problem, so if you leave rubbish in the room there will be some ants everywhere, easy fix though you just have to pack rubbish up each day and take it outside! Great location easy walk everywhere and great value for what you pay, especially loved cooling down in the pool on a hot day.

Un séjour inoubliable, grâce à une équipe exceptionnelle ! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet établissement . Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est la rencontre avec Vi, qui est tout simplement incroyable. Son énergie, sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme ont illuminé notre séjour du début à la fin. Elle a su être présente au bon moment, nous prodiguer des conseils précieux sur les activités, les bons plans et les découvertes aux alentours, tout en respectant notre espace et notre intimité. Jamais intrusive, toujours disponible — un équilibre rare et vraiment appréciable. La nourriture était, elle aussi, à la hauteur de nos espérances : savoureuse, généreuse et de qualité. Un grand merci à Vi et à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience chaleureuse et mémorable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Everything. Beatifull homestay with wonderfull staff, especially the young manageress. Nothing to much for her. I was unwell for a period during my stay and she showed so much concern. Cleaness of the highest standard. Extended my stay twice while there and will definetly be rerurning later in the year.

El alojamiento es muy lindo. Tiene la piscina central (que no use, pero por cuestiones de tiempo). La habitación estaba limpia y era muy amplia con heladera y jarra eléctrica. El personal es muy amable. Cocinaban allí a precios razonable y muy rico. El wifi funcionaba pero para lo que yo lo uso trabajando era un poquito inestable. La ubicación no estaba mal pero eran 20’ caminando o un poquito más al centro. O usar grab de noche.

Tal vez la conexión a Internet. Y la ubicación depende/ necesitas si o si una bici (alquilan) o moto. De noche es bastante oscura la zona.

Vi was absolutely amazing. She gave us excellent advice as to where to eat, tailors and booked all the other trips we wanted to do. Could not recommend this place enough.

Unfassbar liebes Personal, besonders Vi die Rezeptionistin war extrem hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und geholfen alles zu buchen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön und gerade bei dem Preis einfach nur Top!! Wir können das Homestay wirklich jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es ist ein wenig laufen zur Altstadt oder eine kurze Strecke mit Grab, Restaurants und Cafés findet man allerdings sehr schöne auch in der Nähe des Homestays!

The service is probably the best I’ve had in 3 months in Vietnam. Vi is the perfect hostess.

Unfortunately there is a damp smell in the downstairs rooms due to the recent flooding. I know that this was unavoidable but it takes a bit of getting used to.

The property was located in a very quiet location. Just a short 15 minute walk to the old town with plenty to see along the way. The family running the home stay was very kind. They gave us recommendations for activities and authentic restaurants in the area. They were always happy to help with your needs. Services like bicycle rental and laundry were also available.

The location in a quiet residential street away from the main tourist area was perfect. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were simple but clean and had good aircon and fans. The swimming pool and little courtyard were a definite bonus and an ideal place to relax and cool down. Huyen and her team were very accommodating, helpful in organizing transport. I would very happily stay here again.

I noticed that previous reviews had indicated breakfast provisions and the facilities indicated on booking.com include cafe and restaurant on site but there was no evidence of this . Maybe that shuts down for winter. If you were expecting that you might be a bit disappointed.

The owner was really nice, available and willing to give a hand. The room was clean and spacious. The location is near the old town city (+/- 20min by walk). There were no bugs and the water was heated.

Well, everything was perfect.

Great place to stay very friendly staff

The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful! We had the most amazing time and wish we were staying weeks longer but we have promised to return!

It is close to the center. The owner is helping you with questions and can book trips for you with a little discount.

We had problems with the shower. It was blocked, which caused flood in the room. We mentioned this 3 times on different days, but took a while before it was fixed. And outside of the room were many cockroaches.

Loved this homestay. Very beautiful and pool is great. Staff are all so nice and the location was great. Not too far from the centre. Highly recommend.

Good location, swimming pool and breakfast.

The beds being made and fresh towels were a hit and miss , also not enough pillows but found that to be the case in most places we stayed in Vietnam.

We absolutely loved this place! Ninh and her family did a great job at making us feel at home. Ninh was easy to contact and always happy to share food recommendations. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, our bathroom was lovely. The pool was nice and a great way to refresh from the heat. Everything we needed was walking distance but we were outside of the busyness of the old quarter which we loved. Breakfast was delicious as well! Ninh gave us a recommendation for a tailor as well, and they were so wonderful. So happy with our stay here, we would definitely come back again.

Wonderful experience for our family. It's located on a residential street, away from the crowds. Very helpful host family who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable, from scheduling tours for us, giving advice for staying safe, and surprising my son with birthday decorations.

Staff were very welcoming and lovely, Trang helped us book our onward bus and was so accommodating. The place is well maintained and nice to spend time in. Our laundry came back quickly and smelt great. An extra nice touch is that the room in the fridge comes ready stocked and the prices for all all the drinks were very reasonable.

To be aware, it was a 15 minute walk to the old town, which we liked because it is SO busy there but if you want to be in the centre then this place is a little out.

Ninh is very kind, with very good advice. The room is spacious, the bathroom is very good and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the garden is pleasant. The homestay is located in a quiet street. Allow 15 minutes on foot to the center and 7 minutes by grab to go to the beach.

Ninh was amazing!! She was one of the most welcoming people we have come across in Vietnam and made us both feel so at home! The room was perfect and the location meant it was very quiet at night but only a 15 min walk to the Hoi An old town making it the perfect location. Genuinely wouldn’t bother staying anywhere else in Hoi An, this is perfect.

Ninh was a very friendly and helpful host with a lot of recommendations, always reachable and makes sure you have a pleasant stay. Great host. The location is not too far from the center. The facilities could use some improvement, but it was overall a pleasant stay and I can recommend.

The family here were very helpful. They offered me recommendations for food, tailors and also got me a taxi to and from the airport. Lovely breakfast and swimming pool 😊 the best place I stayed during my trip.

Owner friendly

The team was fabulous. Clean room, loved that the shower has glass door and you don't wet the entire bathroom. Swimming pool on our door step and we used it even though it was raining alot. It was fantastic. We liked it so much we extended a night. Away from town madness but waking distance to the madness when needed.

The staff was very friendly, and very responsive to our requests. The host provided very good advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

The only thing was the shower was either a little too hot or too cold, and it was hard to adjust to a middle temperature for my comfort although my family didnt have a problem with this.

Very neat and tidy place. The hosts are very friendly.

I think this was the best place in vietnam. Close toold town but not too close to the noise. The swimming pool was awesome. And we felt so private on the top floor.

In the description it said mentioned more beds. But the owner saod that the description did not matter as there were only as many beds as in the picture.

That we couldn't stay longer

One of the loveliest stays we have had in Southeast Asia! The property is so beautiful, the bedroom was huge and very clean and the owner is such a sweet and kind woman. She was so accommodating when we arrived early and when we wanted to stay an extra night. We really enjoyed our time here, we would definitely reccomend this place!

Huyen the host of A Family Homestay was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us with all manner of things including ordering and delivering dinner to Homestay, booking day trips, organising taxis and having wonderful conversations. Highly recommend staying here - very welcoming and friendly family and staff.
