Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast.

Staff were wonderful. Usually someone English speaking at the 24 hour front desk. Very kind and knowledgeable, eager to make my stay wonderful. I stayed 10 days and had a couple minor issues with something mechanical. This was addressed and fixed immediately. The bed was medium firm with medium firm pillows. Housekeeping came every day and kept the room spotless. There were welcome water bottles. There were also snacks and cold drinks available for a small fee. Elevator to my room in the 8th floor. Nearby park with lots of people using it and market stalls. One weekend there was a manga contest. There is a fairly large Fuji Market nearby. The old quarter is about 25 minute easy walk and the lake was about 15. Nearby stores and restaurants. There was some street construction, but I didn't hear it on the 8th floor. Shower was hot, the wifi was decent, robe and slippers, and the a/c was cold. Definitely would stay again.

It was all pretty great. I didn't give it the 10 because there were some minor mechanical issues, but I was impressed with how quickly they fixed them.

Genau vor dem Hotel war eine Straßen Baustelle. In der Nacht wurde gearbeitet. Extrem Lärm Belästigung Wir mussten ein anderes Zimmer nach hinten beziehen. Kommunikation mit Hotel und booking.com sehr anstrengend.

The location of the hotel with the lake at the front door (almost) and the large park only a few hundred metres away.A few short walks will take you to the 'tourist' Old Quarter, Train Street, Opera House etc. etc. Walking is probably faster than a Grab. Every member of staff I met was welcoming and helpful and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. One must never forget the cleaning staff because they can make or break a hotel and the Adonis ladies were the best! I had a couple of issues getting the TV/Streaming box to work but within minutes the reception staff were on hand.....new batteries in the remote seemed to fix it! I was impressed with the provision of smoke hoods as part of the fire precautions :) and the WiFi passwords seem to be room defined and not hotel wide which is probably good at reducing the risk of hacking.

WiFi was generally fast and did not buffer at all but it seemed to slow down during the early morning when, I suspect, there were a great many users on the system. Although it would be nice to have some breakfast cereals on the menu to satisfy a Western taste, the variety of food on offer including freshly prepared eggs, toast and fresh yoghurt (made overnight by the chef) were great, so absolutely no complaints about my breakfasts.

. Dosyć wysokie ceny usług dodatkowych jak pranie. Ciężko się porozumieć po angielsku jeśli potrzeba czegoś więcej się dowiedzieć czy dopytać. Przy sprzątaniu zostały wyrzucone żel i szampon, polecam robić zdjęcia wszystkiego przed wyjściem z pokoju

Meget gammel. Køkken virkede ikke og var slukket på EL-gruppen. Meget gadestøj, da utætte vindue/terrassedør. Bruser svær at betjene.

Stayed in the hotel several times during travelling. Pretty big and clean rooms, nice breakfast for all of my family members, not far from French and Old quarter, just in 3 blocks nice buffet. The most I like is friendly and helpful staff, many thanks to the girls on the reception for their attitude.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es wäre nachts ruhig gewesen, wenn nachts keine Straßenarbeiten stattgefunden hätten. Die schallisolierten Fenster konnten diesen Krach nur wenig mindern. Schade, Denn die Aussicht auf den See, die gute Lage, die Größe des Zimmers waren gut. In ein paar Wochen, vielleicht im Juni 2026, sind die Straßenbaumaßnahmen vorbei.

시설도 좋고 깨끗하고 직원들 모두 친절했어요. 앞에 티엔꽝 호수가 있어서 아침이면 호수 주변에서 사람들이 커피 마시는 모습을 볼 수 있었고 주변이 번잡스럽지 않고 나무도 많아 좋았어요.

Very kind staff, we were able to check in earlier at 12 due to early arrival. Very specious room, with nice view, cleaned every day. Location was ok, about 20mins to the centre.

Breakfast was not so fresh with not that much choices. The only reasonable option for us was omlette.

Розташування дальше від цетру але в чудовому районі. Поруч є все необхдіне парк, магазини і ресторани. Сніданок чудовий, страви теплі. Кімнати і постіль чисті. Персонал на рецепції дуже привітний, особлива подяка Лінь за наше чудове перебування у готелі.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was brilliant, hot and great pressure. Good location for us as we didn’t want to be right in the old quarter but it was close enough to walk or get a grab. Our door was broken and took a bit to close the bathroom door but we didn’t really mind that, just something we recommend them fixing. The tv didn’t work and we found that the hotel put the chargeable water in the fridge and free water on the desk to make you buy the cold, we didn’t like that. Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed it so we would recommend.

街中にあって、買い物、外食できるところまで徒歩10分ぐらいでした。 飛行機が遅れて、ホテルに着いたのは夜中00時過ぎでしたが、受付の方がいてチェックインさせていただきました。

7階の部屋で夜中12時過ぎは水圧が弱かったです。日中は特に問題ありませんでした。

В один день отказались от уборки в номере. Соответственно, нам не отгрузили положенные пару бутылок воды, взяли из холодильника такие же 2 "экстра" бутылки. При выезде прям проверили и уперлись рогом, чтобы мы доплатили деньги за эти 2 бутылки... Мораль - не отказыавйтесь от уборки:)))

There's no first aid kit for the entire hotel; all they could offer me were bandages. There are no disinfectants, antiseptics, or basic medications; this is an omission and a complete disregard

The hotel is in a quieter part of Hanoi but there are still a lot of restaurants nearby and the lake is nice at sunset with the locals. The staff were very nice and the room was big.

The hotel is out dated and had a musty smell but you could open the window which was a huge plus. Unfortunately there was a roster living next door so bring earplugs.

Lovely hotel in central Hanoi. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Highly recommend the lakeside rooms with beautiful views of Thien Quang Lake. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Het was heel stil 's nachts, we hoorden haast niks van de andere gasten. Airconditioning deed het goed. Kamer en bed erg schoon. Het matras was best hard, maar goed te doen. Ruimte kamer met raam, maar half uitzicht op een blinde muur (vonden wij niet erg). Het leek voornamelijk een hotel voor zakengasten, maar personeel was erg vriendelijk voor toeristen.

Hier en daar wat schimmel in de badkamer en de deur klemde. De locatie was twintig minuten lopen van het oude centrum, maar dat vonden wij niet erg.
