Angel Fish Beach Suite at Turtle Towers

The property had an ac issue so I was rebooked at Sandcastles instead. The location on the beach was the only thing good about the property. Everything else was very bad

It was unkempt. It was dirty, noisy and lacked the very basic amenities.

Do not stay at this particular apartment, as the apartment is NOT what you see in the pictures. No beach views, old musty furniture, aircon on in bedroom only, the front room has a broken ceiling fan that is taped to ceiling, hot air blowing out, and you cannot sleep. Mouse droppings in kitchen units. When i spoke to the complex managers, they say that the owners of the apartments do this and take 50% money that cannot be refunded, so holidaymakers are forced to stay. They contacted the owner of apartment, and apparently the nicer apartment was being used by their son, and ‘if I didn’t like it, I could leave’ no refunds given, and they ALSO took money from my bank account. Absolutely terrible service. The good reviews are possibly fake, otherwise I would not have stayed here. The on-site staff at Turtle towers are kind and sympathetic, but they deal with complaints everyday, because of greedy and uncaring apartment owners, who scam them into staying in substandard apartments, even making double bookings! they cannot help holidaymakers with complaints, as they only manage the security, door keys and cleaning. AVOID at all costs.

I’ve made a complaint via Booking.com, who will remove this apartment from their website.

Close to the beach and all the shopping areas.

it was not clean. the utensils in the kitchen are broken and for that much money it was disappointing. We had to water to shower on our last day.

Overall size of room was nice. Hostess was accommodating. Love the nearness to shops and restaurants.

There was what appeared to be mold in the ceiling of the shower. Didn't affect us but still should be noted.

I hate this property needs up grade cleanliness none security none smells this property is rented out to locals which makes it not secure for visitors the front door always left open jammed with a chair hated it will never recommend to my worst enemy left the property in a week and got no refund very disappointed would not deal with Expedia anymore.
