La habitación y las camas eran muy amplias. El baño funcional y muy limpio. El desayuno bien, aunque tiene poca variedad de fruta, apenas manzanas.

Non si possono disfare le valige perche non bi sono ne cassetti ne ripiani. Non vi sono spazi per appoggiare le valige che quindi vanno messe a terra. La colazione è modesta. Il ristorante non ha una cucina varia ma è tutto o fritto o molto speziato. Quindi voto negativo

The breakfast was fine and quality was fare.. kindly cooked my daughter some vegitarian sausages on request first morning. My daughter travelled from Thurso and had quite a delay with transport. She didnt arrive till 11pm but the staff very kindly said she could have soup and bread at 11.30. Most grateful for it. Very kind.

There was a lot of gurgling noises in the pipes at nightime a bit difficult to get to sleep for it.

Avevo prenotato una camera che non rispecchia quella della foto addirittura mia cognata gli hanno assegnato una camera per disabili e per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non abbiamo avuto nessun servizio nemmeno una cuffia per i capelli

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet gut. Die Haltestelle für den Bus ganz nah.

Das Zimmer war sehr dürftig eingerichtet, kein täglicher Roomservice. Die Lage zum Flughafen für Autos günstig , mit öffentlichem Verkehr umständlich. Im Umfeld gibt es keine Restaurants, bis in die Innenstadt braucht man schon zwanzig Minuten.

Spacious room

The toilet didn’t flush properly so we asked for maintenance and housekeeping to come and fix it but no one turned up. We were offered to move rooms at night but it was too late. The reception manager argued with me, insisting I hadn’t mentioned anything. I explained that it was noon and another receptionist had assured me they’d take care of it. Disappointed:/

Le personnel est fort sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux. La vue est sympa (on était au 5e étage avec une vue sur la ville). La chambre était propre et relativement confortable

Les chambres sont totalement dénuées de charme. Nous avons eu une salle de bain avec baignoire et rideau de douche au lieu d'une vraie douche, comme sur les photos. L'insonorisation des chambres est catastrophique. Le rapport qualité/prix en haute saison est scandaleux.

Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen. Gegenüber des Hotels gab es ein Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants. Die Bushaltestelle für die Busse, die in die Innenstadt fahren ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Mancanza dello spazzolone nei servizi igienici.. Scarsa pulizia delle camere… scarsa scelta del cibo per la colazione (all’inglese o yogurt e cornetti e muffin).. Dopo avermi contestato di aver fumato in camere (vero) ho dovuto pulire io nei giorni successivi la cenere entrata col vento per non far credere di aver fumato nuovamente.. brutta esperienza.. non lo consiglio come albergo in cui soggiornare

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und auch ein großes Bett, zudem verfügt es auch über eine Klimaanlage.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was Wände, Fußböden und Bad angeht. Dafür tendenziell zu teuer. Das "kostenlos inbegriffene" Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ganz wenig Auswahl- mit Aufpreis kann dazu bestellt werden.

Clean hotel with daily room cleaning. With breakfast, with good transfer to the city center, kind personal. BReakfst is traditional scottish, but you find there everything. There is a possibilty to order also snack dinner , and it was very good for us.

WiFi was very week, impossible to use.

Very friendly staff, especially Dennis from reception was very helpful. Also the staff from the breakfast were all very nice. The room was comfortable and offered enough space for us 4. The breakfast was very good and the hotel also has a restaurant (with the option of eating at the room). There is a shopping area nearby and also bus stops are in walking distance (3-5 mins).

Very friendly staff, especially Supriya at reception but also the staff at the breakfast, nice and comfy room, ideal for families (family rooms available), very good breakfast, restaurant at the hotel (with option to eat at the room), bus stop nearby, also a shopping area nearly across the street.

Location to Murrayfield

Clean, tidy and everything we needed. Staff were helpful and professional.

It was perfect for the Bon Jovi concert at Murrayfield to get there and back.

The hotel is close to a retail park shops. Also, close to a main road with lots of buses to city centre. Breakfast was included.

The room was so small for 4 people with no space to open your suitcases. luckily we stayed only two nights.

Amazing hotel if you going to any gigs at Murrayfield Bon Jovi last night could not fault the hotel in any way rooms were lovely and clean going that extra mile with a welcome to Edinburgh hand written card and snacks fabulous service. Breakfast in the morning go down early food was lovely staff were exceptional could not recommend it highly enough. Fab bar in hotel and as well as food and snacks. Amazing ❤️

Hotel apartat del centre però ben situat al costat d'una parada del bus. Habitacions de mida mitjana, netes i bastant comodes. Esmorçar correcte no molt abundant però bó.

La cordialità del personale. Colazione inclusa ( ma identica ogni mattina)

Camera fatiscente, spazi insufficienti, mobilio datato o assente.

La struttura ha una posizione non centrale ma assolutamente comoda al centro con diversi mezzi pubblici a disposizione. Dalla finestra della nostra stanza si vedeva tutta Edimburgo,in particolare la città vecchia ed il castello arroccato sul colle. La stanza era pulita, il personale cordiale e disponibile, e la colazione eccezionale, in particolare la possibilità di rifornirsi di bevande to-go.

X un soggiorno TOP, occorrerebbe pulire i vetri delle finestre delle stanze, anche dall'esterno.

Unfortunately, my stay at Holiday Inn was not a good experience. There was no telephone in the room, so if we needed anything from reception, there was no easy way to contact them from the room. They also didn’t provide complimentary drinking water, which I would normally expect from a hotel. The biggest issue was the bed — it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I honestly struggled to get a proper night’s sleep because of how uncomfortable it was. For a well-known hotel brand like Holiday Inn, I expected much better basic facilities and comfort. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I was very disappointed.

It was close to a bus stop.

The price. I paid a lot of money for a so-so hotel.

L'emplacement est vraiment très bon, dans un quartier calme mais à proximité du centre en prenant un bus au bas de l'hôtel. Il est très facile de laisser sa voiture au parking et utiliser les transports en commun pour visiter la ville. La vue de la chambre était assez incroyable et le petit déjeuner très bon.

La qualité de la literie laissait à désirer, ainsi que celle des plats proposés par le restaurant le soir. Par ailleurs, le tarif est très élevé pour un hôtel en dehors du centre.

Assolutamente tutto. Hotel pulito, personale gentile e buona colazione (con anche la possibilità di ordinare salsicce vegetali). Non sarà in centro, ma è di fronte a una fermata del bus, sotto c'è un alimentari e, rispetto ad altre strutture più vicine al centro, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Infine, se non si vuole uscire, ha anche un buon ristorante interno

La posizione comoda per l'autobus.

Stanza minuscola, non proponibile per una famiglia in vacanza. Il parcheggio disponibile in loco è al prezzo di 11 sterline al giorno: per due notti abbiamo dovuto pagare 33 sterline di parcheggio. Il bagno era piccolissimo con una vasca e una tenda in plastica per la doccia; inoltre la TV non era neppure smart. Considerando il prezzo pagato (più di 400 euro a notte) mi aspetto molto di più. La colazione è sufficiente, ma a mio avviso non adeguata ad una struttura e a un prezzo del genere.

Solito IHG, una garanzia. Autobus per il centro facilmente raggiungibile

Done what it said on the tin. Staff were friendly. Budget hotel slightly more expensive than I would expect for a holiday inn. But it was clean and that’s what mattered.

Expensive, room for four was rather cramped.

Le escribo para llamar su atención sobre un problema grave respecto a nuestra reciente estancia en su hotel, en la habitación [Tu número de habitación]. Lamentablemente, no pudimos dormir nada debido al fuerte ruido procedente de las máquinas de aire acondicionado situadas justo fuera de nuestra ventana. Antes de nuestra noche de estancia, nos percatamos del equipo y le expusimos esta preocupación a un miembro de su equipo de recepción. Se nos aseguró que las unidades no causarían ninguna molestia, pero lamentablemente no fue así. El ruido continuó durante toda la noche, haciendo imposible descansar. Teniendo en cuenta que pagamos casi 400 £ por una sola noche, esperábamos un alto nivel de confort y un entorno tranquilo. No cumplir con este requisito fundamental fue extremadamente decepcionante. Comparto estos comentarios para que se puedan tomar medidas y evitar que otros huéspedes tengan una experiencia similar. Además, dadas las circunstancias, les solicito amablemente que revisen este asunto y consideren una compensación adecuada por las molestias causadas. Quedo a la espera de su respuesta. Der Kundenservice. Arika und Sally waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Abendessen und Frühstück waren auch sehr gut.

Das Bad war etwas klein. Für die Größe des Zimmers war es sehr klein.

The property is overly expensive for what you get, there is only bed in the bedroom for our family of 4. The flush in the toilet is not work properly when we complainers we were told that as the room is on 4th floor it takes time for water to pump up. The extract fan in the bathroom also not working that made it horrible when anyone use the toilet. The staff at the breakfast were very helpful and great. Overall I think the location was great for Edinburgh Fringe festival as the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel.

The room as the extraction fav in the toilet is not working and when we complained it doesn’t get fix at all.

Fermata dei mezzi per raggiungere il centro appena usciti dall'hotel.

Situat en un polígon molt a prop de l'aeroport. Té a uns deu minuts una parada de tramvia que porta al centre o a l'aeroport directament. Esmorzar tipus bufet, una mica justet però suficient. Vam estar una sola nit perquè el vol de tornada sortia força d'hora. Vam arribar en cotxe i, tot i que l'aparcament és al carrer en una zona que no hi ha res més, te'l fan pagar.

Habitació per tres persones, minúscula. Som conscients que era la gamma "budget" de la cadena, però el tercer llit és una llitera posada a sobre del llit de matrimoni. El pitjor de tot és que no hi ha lavabo com a tal: el plat de dutxa està directament al mig de l'habitació; la pica, també; la porta de l'inodor és un tros de fusta que tanca amb un imant. Era tan petita que ni tan sols tens lloc per deixar les tres maletes mitjanes i les tres motxilles que portàvem.

Avevo fatto presente, sia al momento della prenotazione che una volta sul posto, della necessità di avere prodotti senza lattosio per la colazione ma purtroppo non era presente nessun tipo di dolce vegano.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is very old, worn out, and needs urgent renovation. The cleanliness is poor and basic amenities are missing. Furthermore, the internet is not working at all inside the room floor 5. I would not recommend this place. It’s located far away from the center and buses time were terrible. I wonder how this hotel belongs to Holiday Inn Express series there’s something wrong.

Nothing. لا انصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق مهما حدتك الظروف. بعيد جداً عن السنتر ولاتوجد به ادنى وسائل الراحة ناهيك عن النت لايعمل داخل الغرفة الدور الخامس و لايوجد هاتف و مبلغه مبالغ فيه حول ال 200 باوند. تخيل لايمكنك ان تتحكم بالمكيف لانه مغلق فلازم تطر تنزل لاستقبال تخبره بتغيير درجة و قوة دفع المروحه هذا ابسط شي
