La ubicación es excelente, a 50 metros de la escalera roja de Times Square, el personal y la seguridad del hotel son buenos. el restaurante Fridman es excelente. Y tiene opciones para Celíacos.

El desayuno incluido , es una pequeña carta suficiente, pero ...No incluye una simple taza de leche, esa se paga aparte. Incluye otros platos mas complejos, pero la leche NO. La habitación tenia solo una mesa de luz, habiendo lugar para una segunda, y un solo soporte para valija, ( se necesitan 2) y no hubiera cabido otro, ya que muy chica la habitación. Y no tenia Frigobar.

The best thing about the property was the house keeper Lilly she was honestly the nicest person ever and made sure we were always taken care of.

The toilet was broken and we had to open the tank to flush every time for three days. The elevators were sometimes so backed up you were stuck downstairs in a crowded hall with a bunch of people.

とにかくタイムズスクエアからのアクセスが最高。オプショナルツアーの集合場所にも歩いて行けるし、空港からのUberシャトルも近くで乗り降りできるし、とてもよかった。夜遅くまで周りは明るく、危険な感じもしなかったし、ホテルのガードマンがしっかりしてて安全だと思った。

宿泊料が高い。でも、これは仕方ないことだとおもう。支払う価値はある。

The room was great, but I did not find the pillows to be comfortable. The breakfast options were great. I used all three locations and all were really good. Housekeeping was exceptional.

During "happy hour", I learned that no cocktails were offered. I did not stay and did not return during my 5-day stay. Not everyone chooses beer or wine, which were both limited.

Très bon séjour à l’Hôtel Edison. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Manhattan, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de New York et de rejoindre facilement les principaux lieux d’intérêt. Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et disponible. La chambre est fonctionnelle et confortable, avec une décoration sobre et agréable. Une belle adresse pour découvrir New York, notamment grâce à son emplacement exceptionnel.

La posizione è ottima e l'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Justina, che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza, anche se al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere un po'. La camera era in linea con gli standard di New York: pulita, di dimensioni adeguate e dotata di macchina del caffè. Anche il bagno era moderno e ben tenuto. Ho apprezzato molto, dal punto di vista della sicurezza, la presenza di un addetto che controllava il possesso della chiave della camera per poter accedere agli ascensori. La colazione grab-and-go si è rivelata abbondante e pratica, permettendoci di partire rapidamente ogni mattina senza perdere tempo.

L'unico inconveniente ha riguardato la colazione. Al check-in ci sono stati consegnati i voucher per tutti e quattro gli ospiti, ma ci è stato fatto intendere che quelli destinati ai bambini fossero una concessione speciale da parte dell'hotel. Successivamente abbiamo verificato con l'assistenza Booking, che ci ha confermato che la prenotazione includeva la colazione per tutti e quattro gli ospiti fin dall'inizio. La situazione si è quindi risolta senza problemi, ma sarebbe stato preferibile avere informazioni chiare e coerenti già al momento dell'arrivo.

Great location! Staff was exceptional and very helpful! The A/C froze up in our room and the engineer was there almost immediately to change it out.! Gave a 9 instead of 10 only because our room (1123) was directly behind elevators so distracting during the night.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt im Zentrum. Von dort konnte man die wichtigsten Orte bequem zu Fuss erreichen, was einem viel Zeit und Geld spart. Das Hotel bot einiges an Spezialitäten an. Zum Beispiel findet jeden Dienstag, Donnerstag und Freitag zwischen 5 und 6 pm ein Happy Hour mit Wein und Käse umsonst an. Wir bekamen ein Gutschein für zwei grosszügige Pizzastücke in der benachbarte Pizzeria an. Jeden Tag bekamen wir Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt.

Die Fenster könnten etwas dichter sein und die Grösse der Zimmer etwas grosszügiger. Dank der Klimaanlage hörte man den Lärm von draussen weniger, doch die Sirenen waren nicht zu überhören!

Πεντακάθαρα άνετα δωμάτια, κάθε μέρα καθαρισμός , καφές στο δωμάτιο, νερό. Δίπλα από την Times Square, χωρίς να ενοχλεί ο θόρυβος. Ήμασταν στον 10ο όροφο, καμιά καθυστέρηση με τους ανελκυστήρες, αφού υπήρχαν 6 περίπου Αξιοπρεπές Wifi. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, χαμογελαστό και πολλοί πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν.

Ίσως έπρεπε να υπήρχε πιο πολύ πίεση στο νερό του μπάνιου, Το πρωινό, σου δίνουν κουπόνια, για καφέ ή χυμό, σάντουιτς με αυγό τυρί και μπέικον. Καλό για να ξεκινήσεις, όχι πλούσιο.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado. Fica praticamente na Times Square. Você precisa andar poucos passos e já chega em um dos principais pontos turísticos de NY.

Acho que o banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior e a iluminação do quarto ser melhor. Além disso a reserva falava que dava direito a café da manhã. Mas quando chegamos lá só tivemos direito aos vouchers referentes a 3 dias de café da manhã.

Over all good , better have little refrigerator , hot water and micro oven .

The location was perfect. The one room had a King bed which was really big. 2m on 2m. The other room had 2 doubles of 1.2m each.

We stay in family room but except that we had 3 beds all the rest was poor. Bathroom extremely small, even with one person was difficult to turn around. Toilet was in the bathroom which was in de room behind, so if you want to go to it you need to enter every time the other room. The one room with the 2 beds was directly one the door no hallway at any kind so you was enjoying the noice of the main hall. The rooms ware also pretty noicey from the vwntilation of the next building.

El cuarto de baño se queda demasiado justo y el desayuno o era en una cafetería del hotel (muy básico) o fuera del hotel en una cafetería próxima o en el restaurante con un suplemento de 6 dólares.

The location is absolutely perfect! Great and easy access to all of the theatre’s, easy access to the subway, and walking distance to some great food places/ restaurants. The cleaning staff were lovely and super friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There were staff 24/7 manning the lifts, so you always felt safe. The gym was a nice little bonus. The grab and go brekky was convenient on the days you wanted to head straight out.

The room was a bit more “worn” than what was displayed in the online pictures. The air-conditioning unit wouldn’t turn off and was extremely noisy (essentially white noise for sleeping…)

The location was convenient to all the activities that we wanted to do. Easy access to Times Square and the subway system. Walking distance to many of the NYC attractions that are a must see while in the city. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and bright and offers many amenities. The hotel also offers valet parking or a parking garage that is located right down the street.

The bathroom was very small. No storage to place things. There were not enough outlets for everything we needed to plug in.

Location, cleanliness, service—everything was fine. We chose the hotel based on a recommendation from friends, so it met our expectations. I recommend this to anyone who wants to see a lot and be right in the heart of Times Square—everything is within walking distance, the store is about 7 minutes away, and there are cafes and restaurants.

The air conditioner is very loud, but we decided not to use it - so was fine. Sometimes it’s hard to find your key card to show security at the elevator entrance if you’ve only gone out for breakfast and returned within 40 minutes. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the room doesn't come standard with a refrigerator, where you could, for example, store fruit or drinks

L'albergo è praticamente a Times Square, lo posizone merita un 10, le camere sono piccole ma con tutti i confort ed i bagni sono nuovi, noi avevamo una doppia per due prsone che era piccolina e una quadrupla che invece era molto spaziosa. Unico neo che i condizionatori accesi sono molto rumorosi di notte devono essere spenti, ma in camera la temperatura era cmq ottimale.

Don't take the breakfast included option as it is not worth paying that amount for the breakfast that is offerred. The Hotel should give attention to the breakfasts that are served for what is charged.

המיקום על הטיימס סקוואר היה לנו ממש נוח גם בערב כשיצאנו למחזות זמר וגם במהלך היום שיצאנו להסתובב ארוחת בוקר הביאו לנו תלושים עם אופציות לשני מקומות (היה או אופציה של לקחת חינם ובפועל היה אפשר לשבת שם או אופציה של לשבת בצורת מסעדה אמיתית ולהוסיף כסף - מניחה שבאופצי. הזאת גם הייתה יותר בחירה) ניסינו את שני המקומות ושניהם היו טעימים הגענו מוקדם אז השארנו את המזוודות בשמירת חפצים - עלה דולר למזוודה

שמירת חפצים עולה כסף החדר היה מוכן לפני הזמן ורצו 50 דולר כדי לקבל את החדר שעה לפני הזמן תיאמנו מונית דרך המלון ונתנו לנו סכום שהופתענו שיותר זול מאובר אבל אז המונית אמרה פתאום בסוף הנסיעה שזה לא כולל אגרות כבישים ולא אמרו לנו כלום על זה במלון והנסיעה יצאה יקרה

Small but comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Both sit-down and grab-and-go breakfasts were very good. Perfect location for dinner and a show. Enjoyed the free walking tour at a sister hotel. We had previously done the Saturday tour from the Edison on a prior visit and it was great also.

Could use a chair or two. Asked for help on shows, walking locations, tours from the concierge. She just gave us some pre-printed lists and didn’t seem to know much about the subjects. The show booking interface wasn’t working so she couldn’t help with booking a show.

Location was excellent, absolutely loved the grab and go food from Carve, maids came every day which I wasn't expecting!

Shower was a little bit basic and water pressure wasn't the best, but did the job! Wifi was a bit hit or miss on my floor.

The air conditioning was quite noisy. My husband slept through it but unfortunately it woke me up every now and again.

Bath Tub—beyond disgusting. Would not be surprised if there was black mold underneath the cracks. Needs to be fixed immediately. Everything else was terrific!

I liked the architecture and the feel of it.

It was difficult to get to and the valet parking go was a little confusing and chaotic when we pulled up. I really don’t appreciate that it’s been 20 business days and I haven’t received my deposit back. I have sent a message and called and left a message.

I just want to give a shoutout to Marisela at the front desk. We stopped in this morning to try to get some help for a friend who is staying at the Edison, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what we needed and immediately took care of it for us. After a frustrating experience the night before, her kindness and willingness to help meant more than she probably realized. She was warm, helpful and just genuinely nice to deal with. Thank you, Marisela! You made our morning and we really appreciated you.

La localisation, la vue de notre chambre donnait sur Times square. Les options de petit déjeuner Grab and go sont de bonnes qualités notamment chez Carve Café où nous y avons finalement déjeuner sur l’intégralité du séjour. L’hôtel est très grand, propre avec une option de parking moins chère avec celui d’en face. 55$ la journée au lieu de 75$ à l’hôtel (demander aux voituriers).

L’hôtel est affreusement bruyant le soir à cause d’un système de machineries/ventilation extérieure. Les équipements de nuit sont extrêmement bruyants. Aucun bruit part rapport à Times Sqare simplement la lumière des écrans qui pouvaient gêner mais rien de bien dramatique comparé aux équipements de l’hôtel. L’option Grab and go devrait être mentionnée dès la réservation car cela peut créer une former de déception de le découvrir une fois la réservation faite malgré les options qualitatives, il faut prend en compte le fait que l’on ne peut pas toujours s’asseoir gratuitement et facilement. La chambre est un peu petite, mini salle de bain mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

Rooms are very small. Not well arranged either. Mini bar and dresser in closet so not much room for items on hangers. Lobby bar was reserved for private group so not any seating for those not in group. Bed is comfortable but sheets had holes. Disappointing for the money spent on room.

Fehat was the highlight of our stay here, such incredible customer service, cares about the guests and truly loves what he does! The other staff at the hotel can learn a big lesson from him.

Wasn't sure what to expect after reading mixed reviews online but I went with my gut and stayed . So thankful we did Top notch staff . Rooms were very clean . Will definitely stay again

The Edison Hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of Times Square and within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, shops, and theatres. It was very convenient for getting around New York, with subway stations also close by. The hotel was comfortable, and the location made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. A very good choice if you want to stay in a central area of Manhattan.

A media cuadra de Times Square. El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía en NY e incluso más, dado que ni estabamos en la habitación. La musica en el ascensor y al entrar y salir del hotel, era hermoso escucharla.

It was clean, location was great if you want to be on Times Square. The grab and go breakfast was amazing - fantastic start to the day before you go clock up miles walking around this amazing city.

The Rum Bar. Entered once. Staff were rude and unhelpful - we left without ordering a drink (do not let that put you off the hotel though)

La posizione dell' hotel è ottima, adiacente a Times Square. La colazione al bar Carve all'angolo fra la 8th e la 47th è buonissima. Ogni giorno ti lasciano una bottiglia di acqua a persona e nell' hotel ci si può rifornire di acqua ai piani

Me and my family stayed for 5 nights at this hotel recently, and straight away they want money the mandatory service charge and when questioned I was told the wi -fi , water and leisure facilities, I have wi-fi the water was never re stocked up and I had no intention of using the leisure facilities ( the wi- fi is free on there web site ). The staff were not welcoming or friendly at all. Especially Christian I found this mans manner arrogant and aloof. One person who was a lovely bloke was MORDY on security very chatty and friendly and an asset to the hotel. The plus side on the hotel is the beds and showen m rs are good as is the location . FRIEDMANS RESTAURANT was nice with a twist the staff sing west end hit and serve your food GREAT LOCATION !

First time in New York and we had such a great a stay!! We really enjoyed the breakfast! And the staff was so welcoming and helpful!! Shout out to Fehat Begolli for helping us with our bags and giving us helpful suggestions for seeing the city!
