De kamers waren ruim en de bedden waren prima. De incheck verliep snel, maar de uitleg over bv de borg was matig. Hoewel een kleine 3 kwartier verwijderd van de Niagara watervallen een prima locatie voor een bezoek aan die watervallen.

De deur klemde waardoor ik die hard moest dichttrekken. Niet zo fijn voor mijn buren.

We arrived after a concert with a confirmed, paid booking from Booking. com. We were refused entry, said there was no record because we arrived after midnight. Two young women, and the desk staff was rude and refused to even help or anything, telling us we would just have to get our money back from booking.com. I will NEVER stay here and neither will anyone who was with us.

Close to Eastgate Mall.

For the price we had the cheapest pillows ever made so we didn’t sleep which took us 8 hours instead of 5.5 not impressed

Gut vom Highway zu erreichen und direkt neben an ein Walmart Supercentre. Frühstück umsonst nach dem Stromausfall

Wir hatten vielleicht Pech, aber es gab für ca. 9 Std. einen Stromausfall. Und selbst danach war das Internet noch nicht wiederhergestellt. Man würde erwarten, dass für ein Holiday Inn vom Management alles mögliche in Bewegung gesetzt wird. Die Mitarbeiter haben bestimmt aber ihr bestes getan.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating to any questions or needs I had. The location is right by the highway and there is a GO train and bus station across the road. I would definitely stay here again.

The a/c was a bit hard to manage although you could adjust the temp yourself. It would either be the too-cold A/C or the heater or the OFF position which resulted in a stuffy room on hot days. But overall not a problem.

Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Wallmart und einige Restaurants. Nehmt das Frühstück inklusive, es ist ala Cart und sehr gut, kein Plastik-Besteck. Pool (etwas klein) und Gym sind enthalten und gut.

I was there three nights. Each day I told the cleaner (written note) and the front desk that the coffee maker was broken. "I'll take care of that." but it was never replaced

The hotel is in a lively and convenient area, making it a good location for a short business trip. The hotel and common areas were clean and well maintained. The room was small and the amenities were basic, but adequate for a short stay.

Room preparation and upkeep were lacking. When I arrived, my room door had been left open, which was concerning. The garbage bins had no liners, the body wash bottle was completely empty, and the room refrigerator was not working. These are basic things that should have been checked before a guest is given the room. For approximately USD $134 for the night, I expected better attention to these details.

We celebrated our 18 Wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond. Congratulated us at check in and there was a sweet note /card with couple of coupons on the bed waiting for us. The room was perfect , clean smelled good and quiet. The breakfast included was 10/10 . The front desk was so friendly and always available. It’s not near downtown but it’s close to parks and falls.

Fridge door broken, floor uneven, missing paint,

No breakfast included but was told that it was. Pool was down for a period of time in the evening and not running until the next morning. Staff were pleasant but uninvolved and not really accommodating.

More attention to older people. Notice the handicap and perhaps give us access to an accessibility room--bathroom was hard to navigate as a result, also room was down from the elevator which made the walking harder.

We drove in on a +40 day without AC, on a holiday and were hot and exhausted. Great location off the QEW, across from GO station, near the lake, ample free parking. Everything on arrival was perfect, welcoming, clean and comfortable. Incredible staff all around, special acknowledgement to Laura who made our breakfast an enjoyable event on its own and possibly the best hotel breakfast experience I’ve had. She’s a gem.

Very nice and clean hotel , location is amazing with some entrance confusion from main street. Very friendly staff with super bartender Simo. The young guy is amazing and very friendly.

One thing I really liked about the hotel was the exceptional service provided by Manveer at the front desk. She was genuinely helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. Her warm and professional attitude made me feel welcome and added to the overall positive experience. Thank you, Manveer, for your outstanding hospitality!

As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the hotel could consider installing an ATM on-site. Having convenient access to cash within the property would be a valuable addition for guests, especially for those who may need cash for transportation, tips, laundry, or other unexpected expenses. Overall, this small enhancement could make the guest experience even more convenient and enjoyable.

It was a nice surprise to have a bar in the hotel available for a quiet drink. Very clean building with wonderful staff.

Location is a little confusing to find in amongst the rows of commercial offices. View from rooms on the back of hotel not very appealing.

I enjoyed the location, a bit quieter and quick access to the highway and the east gate mall. I enjoyed the shower and pool, also the bed was really comfy.

The key to my room did not work and I was hoping for a little more compassion and support from the front desk.

A rowdy neighbor singing, laughing and yelling on the phone from 3am to 5am. Not the hotel's fault, but still, the sound isolation could be better.

La porte de la première chambre qu’on m’a attribuée était impossible à ouvrir. J’etais et ai perdu du temps pour un hebergement paye en ligne. Le personnel ne savait pas que le petit dejeuner était comprise. J ai quitte l hotel le 4 Mai 2026 et suis parti a Visitor Inn qui m a acceuilli a bras ouvert chaleureusement a un prix qui defie toute concurrence. vraiment decu

The staff are friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast in the week was delicious and a good choice.

The buffet breakfast at the weekend was disappointing. Expensive for lukewarm eggs and bacon, self service coffee and tea and bread in a packet where everyone has to put their hand in, very unhygienic. If it had not been included in my package I would not have eaten there at the weekend.

Close to all amenities. Clean. Friendly staff. They were very helpful.

Overpowering smell when you walked in. Smelled too much like a freshening spray, I am sensitive to too much sprays, thankfully this time our room did not have the smell but the lobby did.

Tv in room must have a back light broken it was very dark trying to watch anything. The door latch stuck and was tough to get in and out of the room. The one duvet blanket was dirty.

I really liked the bar/lounge area. The rooms were very clean and a good size.

The location of the property was great; however, the entrance was very confusing and not directly on the property. Better signage would be helpful.

Falling into disrepair. Roads in were very potholed. Industrial area but across busy street from a restaurant and some shopping. Check in experience was poor. Buffet very disappointing—don’t buy a breakfast on the weekend- and leave lots of time during the week.

The breakfast was good when it was available. I did pay for the breakfast for both me and my companion up front. There were a couple of days where breakfast wasn't available for reasons beyond the hotel's control but they were very good about reimbursing me for those two breakfasts. They admitted that there was an emergency with the server so they had to do things a little bit different but I felt very taken care of when it came to them crediting my stay 🙂🙂🙂

It was a little bit noisy because there was a hockey team staying there and also a party that was right next door to us. I was given a credit for those loud evenings because I had to make two different complaints. I was also offered a hotel room change if I wanted but chose to respectfully decline. Handled very well by the manager.

The bathroom sink was dirty when we arrived. I had to clean it. The room need a refresh. The hot breakfast that was promised when I booked my reservation was not provided. We were offered a continental breakfast instead.

Location was great for day trips to Niagara Falls, Niagara by the Lake and toronto.

Two days our room was not cleaned with no prior warning. First time I went to reception, the girl looked like I was interupting her doing whatever. Second day Rebecca was on reception, told me she would sort the problem out and said go back to your room and leave it with me. She brought 2 full sets of towels, body wash as the one in the shower was empty, AND vouchers for my wife and I to receive complimentary breakfasts. Rebecca, I thank you again.

Restaurant was great

I think the front desk staff are lazy really don’t care about their job the less we ask questions or bother them the happier they are. I think they need to find better stuff. It makes a great experience.

The restaurant was great from the appetizer to the meal. Server was upbeat and very personable.

The fridge in our room did not work, even though it was plugged in. I let the person at the front desk know and he offered to get us a new fridge, I told him not to worry about it as we were leaving first thing in the morning. Washroom was great, but I thought they maybe could have used another hook, in which to hang one's wet towel.

The shower is full of mould. Carpet worn and peeling.

On check out, there was no coffee, at all!! The a/c system was very strong and we could not control the fan speed. Placed the chair in front of the outlet which worked out.

Did not have breakfast I the hotel during my week's stay. I made a request for a lake facing room, and was given one. Appreciated the friendly and professional engagement with all staff (desk, people who cleaned rooms & the common area. I had a special need and it was taken care of within a half hour. Excellent service.
