Very convenient, modern, clean hotel

The breakfast let this hotel down, particularly disposable cutlery, cups and plates. Food was adequate.

This was quite an expensive hotel which cost us $489 for one night so we were expecting something fairly nice . Room was quite nice and large and clean which was a bonus . The top sheet on the bed was creased , looked like it had been slept in . There is no bar in this hotel which maybe we should have realised but as we have never stayed in a hotel without a bar we naturally assumed it would have one . Breakfast was included which was a plus but it was plastic knives and forks and paper plates , made it feel very camp like . The waffle bar looked like a good idea as I could see that was popular especially with children . Reception was ok , did their job , no special service . Not a lot would make me want to return . At these prices I think there should be a few nice perks .

Sehr großzügiger Raum. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Automatische Rollos zum abdunkeln. Ausnahmsweise mal eine Handdusche. Großes Frühstücksangebot mit Waffeleisen.

Körperseife statt Duschbad. Und… ausschließlich Einweggeschirr und -besteck beim Frühstück. Als würde es nicht reichen, dass Butter, Marmelade etc. in Einzelportionen verpackt ist. Die Zeiten sollten doch vorbei sein. War jedenfalls bisher das einzige Hotel auf unserer Rundreise, dass noch nicht umgestellt hatte.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was good but very limited options. Location was good. Has a pool and gym.

Bathroom has one of those sliding pocket doors that do not lock. Although minor, its a huge pet peeve when you have kids who rip the doors open on you.

Breakfast was pretty poor. Everything was beige and tasteless. Airco in the room was so loud (like in most hotels in North America!) Staff were ok. No personality… just pleasant and robotic as expected

Nous étions à quelques minutes d’un beau sentier de marche pour mon chien. Le lit était très confortable. Je n’ai entendu personne dans les autres chambres et les lieux étaient impeccables. La piscine était chauffé, les gaufres au déjeuner étaient bonnes.

Les fruits au déjeuner n’étaient pas mûrs. Ça serait bien d’offrir des ustensiles réutilisables (pas en plastique).

We stayed for 3 nights, house keeping came 1 time during our stay. We left the room for most of the mornings each day hoping they would check in with our room but they didn’t.

Clean, good location, comfortable beds.

During our stay, my wife woke up around 1:00 a.m. with approximately 50 insect bites after sleeping in the hotel bed. The hotel moved us to another room and took the original room out of service for inspection. They later advised they believed the bites were more likely caused by sand fleas from the beach rather than anything in the hotel. However, no definitive cause was confirmed, and no goodwill compensation was offered. Sent help request to the Hilton customer service, hope they will look into this.

There were too few choices in breakfast and the taste could be better.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed it. The only downside was the breakfast waffle station. One staff member was making everyone’s waffles, which created a long queue. By the time it was my turn, the rest of my breakfast was cold. I’ve stayed at several Hilton properties, and this is the first time I’ve seen this. I think guests should be able to make their own waffles, as it would avoid unnecessary queues and let everyone go at their own pace. Unfortunately, I also found the staff member at the waffle station to be quite rude. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

the room was spacious and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facility was clean.

The breakfast was the one thing we found lacking. The coffee was bitter. The seating was crowded and the waffles did not cook long enough.

Fast and easy check-in, rooms are clean.

Would be nice to advertise about the pet fees when booking and we mentionned we were bringing our dog with us.

We stayed 5 nights. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff is very responsive. The staff stays in touch by text. If you need something, they jump on it. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from downtown.

Front desk lady pretty crabby other than that first impressions not great were told get in room early when we arrived flat no come back later and walked away . Breakfast is horrible so,e kind of wierd meat with ice cold pre cooked eggs coffee was good I guess , room was good loud lots of people busy hockey tournaments make it a loud place .

We had a very pleasant four weeknight stay. This hotel is clean, well run in the Hampton Inn style. The room was well appointed with all necessary fittings other than, surprisingly, a bedside clock. Many electrical outlets provided additional USB A charging outlets. Complimentary wifi was good. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding. Breakfast buffet was good, offering a good variety of hot and cold foods. All staff, front desk, dining area, housekeeping, maintenance, were really friendly and accommodating. This visit earned our repeat business.

Really comfy room and amazing breakfast

The toilet did not flush well and required multiple flushes but this was not a big deal.

We got nice room with two comfortable queen beds. It was really clean room. We spent only one night an we went to the restaurant to eat crab. We went to see museum and farm of Ann Green Gable. It was nice one day at P.E.I. We want to back next year to see more. After one night we drive to Nova Scotia. Thank you very much for nice service.

Breakfast. I can’t believe they serve breakfast with plastic utensils, the kind you can buy from Dollarama. It’s such a cheap approach for a $200 room price tag per night. No way.

Top notch Hilton branded hotel. We had a king suite with sofa with walk-in shower. Wood floors! Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Daily maid service with the softest towels. Bathroom is large and could use an extra safety bar in shower. It's nice that toilet is comfort height (a little taller than standard). There wasn't an in-room safe. The free breakfast was very adequate and delicious with the usual hot and cold items, plenty of seating and coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. The public areas are also very clean and maintained and there is plenty of staff tending to the hotel and morning breakfast room. Plenty of free parking including accessible (bring your pass to display!) and baggage trollies should you need them. Only 10 minutes from YYG Airport. Would definitely stay here again. Perhaps rate a 2 star because they don't have a restaurant on site? I would say at minimum 3/5 star.

The hotel building is nice and clean.

People partied in the hall immediately outside our door late into the night- lots of loud talking. Early the next morning, children were running, shouting and playing in the hall outside our door starting at 700AM the next morning. So, we didn't get much sleep and assume it was parents late at night hanging out in the hallway, and their children early the next morning as it was 1030AM before they left. We tried to sleep in, but no luck and missed the breakfast. The situation was not dealt with by the hotel. We were told that the manager sent out emails...

The breakfast is ok. The meat looks low quality and the oatmeal taste like paste! But other than that it’s good and clean.

The room was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good with a good variety and it was hot and fresh.

internet, to connect to the hotel's internet you have to enter too much personal data. and the air conditioner, too much noisy, kept me awake, first blowing cold, interrupting my sleep, then warm, but too much noise

The location is convenient for where we were needing, the room was big and spacious, the included breakfast was pretty great, and the facilities are decently maintained..

It is a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot as it comes off of a main road where there’s a median so it requires a bit of planning. The mattresses were unfortunately super uncomfortable and seemed like they needed replacing. They also seem to have a bit of problem with Asian lady beetles, we caught several in our room during the stay.

Loved how comfortable the bed was.

Wasn’t crazy about the kids yelling in the hallway so early in the morning.
