The area is not great. Rooms are very spacious. Parking is very tight and way too expensive. This isn’t downtown Toronto

The first night of our two night day had some issues but the staff went above and beyond in correcting them for the following night. That to me is a sign of excellence.

In all honesty, I left and booked another hotel. It smelled like decomp and was very icky. Carpets were gross and it did not feel safe.

Room conditions were not optimal but the staff addressed all concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

Lovely receptionist and convenient area to buy snacks and supplies. Breakfast was great and replenished often. We did not have trouble finding a table. Downtown London was a bit rough at night, but it felt safe inside the hotel. Rooms were well-sized. Everything was in good condition, albeit dated. I would stay there again!

Visited several times in the last few years and I always chose this property. Appreciate the spacious two bedroom suites with a full kitchen,location to downtown,and the hot breakfast which is included. Will keep coming back!

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I was disappointed though in the price as I was there with my grandsons ball team and they paid quite a bit less for the room than I did.

This hotel is disappointing. The street noise in the morning is loud, the blackout blinds don’t extend over a large section of the windows and the bed is very hard. I booked this for the “tempurpedic mattress” but the bed feels like a pullout mattress

The check in was great and friendly and the front desk gals remembered us which was very nice. The only thing I wasn’t to impressed with was there was a man facial hair in the bathroom sink. Makes me think

This hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was welcoming. We had a perfect stay and we recommand this hotel.

Really enjoyed the cozy feeling of the room. It was so convenient to have a kitchen, as well as a living room separate from the bedroom. The pillows were the MOST comfortable that my head has ever touched. The staff were very kind and resourceful (we were from out of town for a concert) They provided us with great care and greeted us with smiles. There were many breakfast options which was an added bonus! This location offers underground parking. The hotel was so quiet, you would almost think it was just you staying there. We had a fantastic experience and would love to stay at this hotel in the future!

The hotel room was fine. Bathroom a bit on the small size. An improvement to the room would be to have a FULL length mirror available and more lighting. In addition, the breakfast was rather disappointing! Very limited choices.

We’ve stayed here several times over the years for business and our stay has always been stellar. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, excellent service.

Hotel is overall good. Rooms are big but need some TLC. There is a smell in all rooms (I have stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 business visits). Smell is like cigarettes but I suspect it might be just old. Some renovations would serve this hotel well. Good service and good breakfast. Parking is extra but is underground, making it helpful in the winter. Well located.

Suite was very good; only comment was that the underground parking had limited clearance for a minivan with roof rack.

Stayed here after a London Knights game so we didnt have to drive home after. We brought our two dogs with us and were pleasantly surprised with goodie bags for them! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the underground parking. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom vanity appeared to be too large for the bathroom and was awkwardly placed in the corner behind the door. The breakfast was the best we've experienced! Would stay again!

Overall, it is a nice hotel. It is pretty clean and for the most part the staff is friendly. The breakfast is hardly edible. The workmanship of the building is overall shotty with doors not lining up, crooked outlets, etc. I did go to the front desk and ask for more creamer for my room and the girl was a bit rude, she acted like she didn't want to help me...luckily a manager was there and made the girl go get me some creamer. They charge approx. $20 USD to park in their underground parking structure per day, and there is really nowhere else to park so figure that into your travel expense.

Overall an excellent experience. The room was very spacious, more like an apartment than hotel room. It would be excellent for a travelling family who could make good use of a kitchen and spacious living area. Parking underground is great, a little tight, but wonderful to not have vehicles out in the snow and not have to drag luggage through the snow. The only challenge was other patrons smoking cigarettes and other things which did draft into my room. Also a dog barking, however, both challenges cannot be faulted by the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely suite, spacious, extremely clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. Central location. I didn’t know I had to pay for parking and outside the area didn’t seem safe for walking after dark.

Hotel was close to everything. Unfortunately the surrounding area has a lot of homeless people. We did not feel unsafe.

We really enjoy the “suite” style of accommodation. When we unexpectedly needed to host two of our young grandchildren with us for one night, the accommodations were perfect and the staff were very welcoming.

We stayed here for 1 night, our son had surgery and we are from out of town, and our room was amazing, we had the full kitchen and the 2 bedrooms, it made it very comfortable for all of us and for my son to rest and start his healing. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel staff made everything fast for check in so we could get him up to the room, they were very friendly and so accommodating, we appreciate what you guys did for us and especially making sure our son was comfortable. The suite size was very spacious. Comfortable and clean. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. The morning breakfast was good. Could improve on the turkey sausage round by grilling better. The cut up sausage was too dry. The refilling the scrambled egg more quickly as several occasions ran out. But overall the staff is good and meticulous in cleaning the tables. Everyone was good & thoughtful. This is our first time we stayed in your residence and had 2 other friends come as well they were happy as welll. We would come here again next time as we have 1st year students attending University here. Thank you

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There are few dining options nearby. The breakfast had some variety and was nutritious. The furnishings in my room were functional but not particularly attractive. My only complaint has to do with the AC unit. I stayed in a studio suite with a separate bedroom that had just enough space for a king bed and 2 night tables. The AC unit was built into the exterior wall near the window, and because of the small size of the room the AC unit was necessarily near the bed. When it came on, the fan was loud and poured cold air onto the bed, making sleep difficult (for me). Solution: earplugs and the supplied comforter.

We had an excellent stay at the Marriott Residence in London. We were in town for a concert. From the front desk to the cleaning staff we were very pleased. The free breakfast was very good.

We liked our stay there as it was clean and close to the Budweiser Gardens as we attended a concert there. We will definitely return.
