Room was good and as expected as we had stayed there a number of times. The breakfast was excellent and the FOH staff on breakfast were absolutely lovely and really helpful and we had a number of people including children in our party – very accommodating.

The bathroom door did not close properly and the bathroom needed a bit of a refurb. The swimming pool was tired and the pool area wasn't very clean, again in need of a refurb.

The Crowne Plaza is in a perfect location right next to the cruise and ferry ports. The £20 per night parking was well worth it and it’s easy to find from any of the motorways. That said it’s not far from the railway stations & heart of Liverpool where there are is so much on offer. The property itself has first class decor, dining and comfortable bar areas. The pool and spa are great if you fancy a relax before heading out into town. Bedrooms are well appointed very quiet , the tea and coffee was accompanied with biscuits a chocolate each and a can of water. Toiletry products we’re very nice and towels / linen very good quality. Breakfast was first class, coffee was brought to the table, and there was everything you could possibly want available. All of the staff were very welcoming , helpful and polite … We stayed here for two nights and would definitely stay here again .

The hotel was located within walking distance of the station, centre of town and the riverside. The entrance was bright and welcoming with beautiful, comfortable and relaxing seating areas to have a drink or food in. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any questions.

I loved the overall vibe of the Hotel, we had a family room and it was spacious and the beds was very comfy. I adored your concierge on the door he was a lovely man, who made my little boys day. Breakfast was amazing!!

The entrance to the hotel could have larger revolving doors and a large notice informing guest that the door to the left of the revolving door was sometimes locked. If we had seen that we could have used that and my wife would not have been injured as the person in the segment behind in the revolving door pushed the separating window. An automatic door would have been even better for disabled guests and people walking with two sticks and luggage!

Girls felt really special and that they where heard when ordering their food and drinks. They where listened to. Which we found amazing. Super Lage! Das Parken war ein wenig teuer, aber dafür sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

stunning hotel our room was immaculate Bed was comfortable.. shower and bath both available which was lovely too which I always find good when you can get a decent shower with good water pressure and good temperature.. everything on site if needed bar restaurant and room service is available also made use of the swimming pool ❤️

The central location and easy parking.

The pool area seemed quite dirty so I didn’t go for a swim as planned. No car charging points but was told where there were some locally.

We were disappointed with our room and several things were wrong in the room. No kettle, electrics blew when we were given one. Couldn’t have a shower because the plug was stuck in Bath and lever wouldn’t lift. Slide door handle very wobbly on inside . Staff were accommodating but no room to move us too !!!

Great Location - rooms were great, hotel is beautiful, lovely lobby and bar and eating areas. Pool for the kids which is always a bonus. Staff were lovely.

We wanted to eat in the bar on the Sunday night (after a late Liverpool game so was very busy) service was not great in here - food ordered was out of stock and the order was messed up quite a bit. Waited a long time for food and drink - but appreciate it was really busy.

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, kein Duschkopf in der Badewanne, den man abnehmen kann, Teppichboden wellt sich, Klimaanlage nicht richtig einstellbar, nur ein Drehschalter, den man in der Temperatur verändern kann, Lüftung etc. kann nicht eingestellt werden. Keine Kaffeemaschiene auf dem Zimmer. Daher Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht gut. Viel zu teuer!!! Beim Abendessen wird einfach eine Gebühr aufgeschlagen , ohne dass das Personal erklären kann, wofür der Aufschlag ist. Außer mit der Lage, kann das Hotel mit nichts punkten.

It was close to all the amenities without being right on top of them keeping it calm and peaceful. Every staff member were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Room was nice with a lovely view, meals were delicious, we had a lovely time.

There is not one thing I disliked, we will definitely be back.

Everything felt modern and well looked after, which made the whole experience even better. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza to others. Food and staff. We were refunded some money due to the issues stated .

Air con was not working and it was extremely hot. We had a celebratory bottle of prosseco and chocolates in the room but the ice had melted and chocolates were starting to melt so we had to wait till we got home to fridge both items.

I wanted to book 3 nights B& B but when I checked I’d book Dinner in error & couldn’t change it I thought while there I could explain but had to pay it I only had one dinner out of 3 but the family I had met with weren’t having dinner in hotel & I needed to be with them my husband had recently passed away & I need their company

The location, breakfast and spa facilities were great. Although I didnt use the spa it was great to have the option.

We stayed for a wedding and the room was very small with basics and didnt have a fridge. The price for the room was extortionate and I would not be looking to return based on that.
