Perfect

Nice room. Quiet. Free breakfast and parking was nice.

Washroom was small: cramped toilet, small shower.

Everything was great considering we were there a week collectively. Up until the last night a male staff member I believe is a manager. (30’s - Indian) He wasn’t there nor had we seen him our entire stay but he made myself and my family feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Immediately followed us around, made sure to see what we drove and whenever we went to the pool or my husband went for a cigarette, again followed. I understand staff doing their rounds but this was very excessive. To the point our son even mentioned it. At one point my parter said the manager was on our floor even though we never had any complaints. Being bias against guest just because of their appearance does align with yours and / or because of their skin colour is so egregious. No other staff member had any issues what so ever and were nothing but welcoming, helpful and overall lovely. Nor did we even see any other managers behave this way.

The bed and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept in any hotel

Pool was very nice. I got in at 7:30 am, the person cleaning it was not friendly or even courteous, left the skimmer blocking the handrails and vacuum running on the bottom for thirty minutes. I had to ask the security guard if it was safe to use the pool.

Stayed once before and liked it. None of bkft staff or cleaning people said hello or even looked one in the eye. The food was fair. You had to grab it fast and fight for a seat. My daughter and I could not eat in the same room!

I liked how it was close to the trains.

There were not many options for breakfast and no Water.no option for filling up a bottle also and couldnt sleep well at night as the AC keeps turning off and on again and it gets hot.It was annoying.

Easily accessible location, even by public transport. We stayed in a double room one night and a king consequent nights. The double room was so spacious, huge beds and a lot of space. The king was a bit tight. We enjoyed our stay, especially how easily accessible the hotel was. Breakfast was basic, almost monotonous, but was in plenty and you could eat as much as you want. Our best best part was the staff, specifically Irene. When we had to change rooms, she was a star, very accommodative and found a quick solution. At check out,she helped us book an appropriate taxi for our many bags. The breakfast staff were on standby to keep eveything flowing smoothy .  And lastly...the winning part was the comfortable beds. After an 18hr flight, we rested so comfortably.  The rooms were so clean.Overall,  this hotel was good value for money.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.. modern and close to where I needed to be. Breakfast was a good basic breakfast

The breakfast was great. Lots of options and minimal wait time when an item needed topping up. Location was ok, central middle spot for what we had planned for our trip. Easy location for quick access to hwy. Air conditioning worked great. Room temperature easy to adjust for comfort level and it responded. I hate going to a hotel and having it not cool down enough for the AC etc. Shampoo conditioner body wash hand lotion and hand soap all at the ready which was great.

I found the bathroom tight. Stand up shower toilet and sink but not a lot of wiggle room. Sitting at the toilet I felt scrunched in. Pool was a good size but cool temperature. It could have been heated warmer, im sure it had to have some sort of heater, and if it doesnt then perhaps they could consider one as I found it comparable to swimming at the beach for temperature.

Overall breakfast was good but toppings for the scrambled egg like cheese or diced tomato would have been great (they were dry and bland)

Maps to and of rogers stadium and parking or directions for public transit would have been helpful ...as well as fir other main attractions nearby..being as all or most of the hotel occupants were attending an event at the venue (and especially since the rates increased for that event)

Camere troppo piccole e colazione scadente, assolutamente non in linea con l’aspettativa degli Holiday Inn oppure di altri hotel da noi visitati in Canada di pari livello

The bed and pillows were so incredible that my partner who does not sleep well slept like a baby.

Very, very noisy A/C unit, disturbed our sleep. Constant light flashing above our heads from the smoke detector. Institutional flooring. No clock to speak of. On the whole the room was lacking in the simple comforts of staying in a hotel.

Real easy check in check out no issue with rooms!

There was no water, no extra towel, bathtub door was broken, staff were not friendly at all. Probably top 15 worst place to stay.

Nous avons apprécié la grande variété d’aliments offerts pour les petits déjeuners et c’était délicieux (surtout les broches!). La chambre était propre et le ménage quotidien (entre les nuitées) était bien fait, elle possédait aussi un plancher dur (pas de tapis). La douche possède des portes en verre, ce qui est beaucoup plus agréable que des rideaux qui collent sur nous pendant la douche.

La chambre était un peu petite pour une famille de 4 personnes, la salle de bain était minuscule et offrait peu de possibilité de rangement pour les effets personnels. L’odeur de la chambre était ordinaire (mélange d’humidité et de produit de blanchisserie). Le climatiseur bien qu’efficace pour refroidir la pièce était bruyant et vibrait assez fort.

L’accueil de l’établissement est très souriant et agréable, le déjeuner est varié et la salle à manger est grande et agréable

Un petit sourire et bonjour de la part du personnel de ménage serait bienvenu..

Very bad breakfast. No bacon was served. When asked about bacon, employee flatly said “no bacon”. Scrambled eggs tasted like rubber.

Breakfast was basic but well served. It has both hot and cold options. The room was comfortable; however, there was constant noise from the refrigerator and the air conditioning unit. One day, there was some work on the rooftop, and since we were on the top floor, there was a constant hammering sound for over an hour, around 10-11 am.

Clean, comfie beds and linens, helpful staff, and right off the highway, lots of options in the included breakfast, and very clean.

The area has a bad reputation but it’s our second stay at this hotel without incident. And it’s right next to a police station… How much safer could you be?

Nous avons trouvé la chambre extrêmement petite. Le déjeuner était correct sans plus Du chocolat chaud pourrait être inclus dans l'offre de breuvage.

The hotel is nice and the complimentary breakfast and parking were a great addition. Staff at the breakfast station and cleaning personnel were very kind and welcoming. Rooms are clean. Overall it was a good stay.

The rooms on the ground floor are not noise proof, I barely slept through the night due to people in the corridor and car noises. Customer service at the reception could use an improvement when it comes to attitude towards clients but not all of them....

The breakfast was very good. It was a shame there were no pancakes. Also, the location is a bit on the outskirts, so you definitely need a car to get around.

The only slight downside was that the view was of a parking lot.

A very clean hotel with a convenient swimming pool for the children to let off steam.
