The Iroquois Times Square, a Small Luxury Hotel

La localisation est clairement l'atout majeur de l'hôtel! Proche de time square et de la gare centrale et donc de toutes les commodités, les déplacements vers les lieux d'intérêt sont vraiment facilités. Le personnel est très attentif, aux petits soins. Nous pouvons demander des petites bouteilles d'eau pour la journée. Il y a également un distributeur d'eau citronnée dans l'entrée de l'hôtel. C'est agréable lorsque nous rentrons d'une journée de marche. La chambre familiale est petite mais très confortable et assez spacieuse pour un court séjour. La literie est vraiment qualitative. Un point extrêmement important: le calme! Les chambres sont vraiment bien insonorisées. Le ménage est effectué chaque jour. Nous avions sélectionné le petit déjeuner. Nous pensions qu'il était présenté sous forme de buffet mais il s'agit en réalité d'un service à table. Nous avons préféré opter les jours suivants pour le petit déjeuner à emporter ( le café est en plus à disposition dans le hall de l'hôtel ) et avons pu profiter de ce service dans la chambre. En un mot je recommande!

Une petite déception mais vraiment rapidement chassée par tous les points positif de l'hôtel: le petit déjeuner. Nous nous attendions à un buffet. En réalité le service se fait à table. Il y a 4 choix possibles dans la carte compris dans notre ticket petit déjeuner. Le reste de la carte occasionne des suppléments.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iroquois Times Square Hotel. The staff was welcoming and consistently helpful. The room was large for New York City and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room had good lighting. The location was perfect for our needs and we were able to walk everywhere we had planned to go. One day during our stay was rainy and the hotel provided umbrellas. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to make selections from a menu. We would definitely choose to stay at the Iroquois Times Square again.

O hotel é muito confortável e muito bem localizado. Tem serviço de limpeza de quartos todos os dias o que é raro hoje em dia nos EUA, como em NY os quartos são muito pequenos faz diferença. O café da manhã mudou para a la carte , sem a gorjeta inclusa e tem apenas 4 opções inclusas. Mas são bem gostosas e completas, incluindo ovos com batatas e torrada, omelete com queijo ricota, croissant ou iogurte com frutas e granola. O hotel também oferece um happy hour alguns dias da semana para os hospédes. As camas e roupas de cama são de ótima qualidade.

Senti falta do cold brew do passado e o café gelado oferecido é péssimo. Em geral o café do café da manhã não é dos melhores. Fora isso tudo perfeito

מיקום מעולה במרכז. נחמד מאוד שיש בקבלה שתיה קרה וחמה לצד פירות. ארוחת בוקר הייתה טעימה, אם כי לא מאוד גדולה, ובנוסף היינו שמחים אם היו מוגשים ירקות ללא צורך לבקש אותם במיוחד. רוצים לציין במיוחד את המלצר המקסים -ARMAL DA TOSCANO- שהיה מאוד שירותי, אדיב ונענה לכל בקשותינו ושאלותינו בסבלנות ובנועם. גם כשהייתה תקלה במזגן- הצוות הטכני עשה ככל שביכולתו כדי לפתור את התקלה במהירות.

The hotel's location is perfect. Just off the Times Square fray, there is easy access to theaters, restaurants, the subway, Penn Station, and Port Authority. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast with add-on options was very nice.

The breakfast included was very good, besides the coffee which was luke warm and the half and half tasted off. The bathroom was small but very nice.

The room was very small, dark and looked tired, even on a high floor.

Este un hotel de 3 stele+. Personalul de la micul dejun adauga in plus produse la nota de plata. Portarul inutil si escroc, ne-a chemat un taxi galben care a refuzat sa porneasca aparatul, explicatia lui a fost ca trebuie sa platim dublu cursa deoarece a fost chemat de angajatul hotelului. Oribil pentru un hotel de 5 stele.

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente. Chambre petite mais correcte.

Cet hôtel n'est pas du tout au standing d'un 5* comme cela était annoncé, même si cela était prévisible vu le prix. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel est encore classé dans cette catégorie ?... Entrée principale bloquée pour travaux (tous passage par une porte de service), pas de Wi-Fi pendant tout le séjour (en panne pendant 2 jours), parties communes usées jusqu'à la corde et mal entretenues, Petit déjeuner soi-disant compris, mais il s'agit en fait d'un voucher d'une valeur de 15 USD soit même pas la moitié du prix d'un petit déjeuner en restant raisonnable.

とても満足な滞在になりました。まずは、何といっても立地が最高です。タイムズスクエアやブロードウェイの劇場街、グランドセントラル駅、ロックフェラーセンター、5番街などの主要観光スポットは徒歩圏内です。しかも、賑やかなタイムズスクエアの徒歩圏内にありながら、一歩館内に入ると喧騒を感じさせないエレガントで落ち着いた、静かな空間が広がっています。伝統的なヨーロピアンスタイルのインテリアも魅力的です。 　部屋も広く清掃がしっかりできており、クラシックな雰囲気がいいです。無料Wi-Fiもしっかりつながり、ベッドメイキングや質の良い寝具も完璧です。シャワーやトイレも問題ありません。 　スタッフの対応も良く、飛行機の到着が遅れ入国審査にも時間がかかり、ホテル到着が深夜1時になったにもかかわらず、フロントには人がいて、丁寧に対応と説明をしてくれました。警備員もいて安心でした。ロビーにコーヒーやソフトドリンク（レモン水）があるのも助かりました。ペットボトルの水をもらえることもありがたかったです。 　レストランやバーも上質で、バウチャーで選べる朝食の種類は少なかったですが、とてもおいしかったです。私がチップやマナーの方法が分からなかったためスタッフを困らせたかもしれませんが、丁寧に対応してくれました。 　最終日は12時までのチェックアウトということでゆっくりできました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預けることができ、タイムズスクエアやブライアントパークで楽しむことができました。チェックアウト後も、フィットネスセンターのシャワーを借りることができるそうです。 　5泊しました。とても素晴らしい滞在になり、感謝しています。

Perfect location, accessible to everything, literally a 6-8 minute walk to grand central which can’t be beat.

Staff are polite but perhaps not the best problem solvers. Three issues that came up for me: 1) staff attempting to be helpful checked me into the first available room, when I walked into the room and closed the door, I (and the bellman) could clearly hear people coming off the elevator. I’m a very light sleeper so asked for a room not near the elevator. They told me I’d have to wait, which I was completely fine with. Waited almost two hours, actually went down to the gym bathroom to freshen up and in the interim got assigned a new room. This room was also right next to the elevator! By this time, I was exhausted so gave up. 2) I left my laundry in a central place with the laundry fork filled out and signed. On table side. It was not picked up the first night. The second night, they took it downstairs (apparently to the front desk) but they didn’t have it cleaned. Apparently, for this facility, you’re supposed to take your own laundry down to the front desk? This is something I’ve never heard of or experienced in any hotel anywhere (I’ve stayed in many, all classes/ tiers). This could be fixed by a simple note to guests at check-in or on the laundry form, and/ or I wish they would have texted me at the very nice text message they send you at welcome for communications. Again, just seems more like a lack of problem solving capacity to me. I had one other similarly amateurish seeming event with staff but for the sake of space won’t belabor that. Either way, the convenience, cleanliness, safety and general politeness of the staff still make the place worthwhile. For the location, I’d definitely stay again.

1. הזמנתי 3 חדרים. ציינתי בפניה שחייבים להיות סמוכים כי אנחנו עם ילדים קטנים וסבים בני 80..כמו כן פניתי עוד פעמיים לפני הגעתינו עם הבקשה, ובכל זאת חדר אחד היה בקומה 7 והאחרים ב5. 2. נאלצתי להחליף לחדר בקןמה 5 בחצי מהגודל שהזמנתי, ועדיין חשבו שיש לחייב אותי לפי הגדול. 3. אחד מהחדרים שהזמנתי היה פרימיום עם קינג סייז בד, קיבלנו בקושי מיטה וחצי. כשהפנתי את תשומת לבם הסכימו לחייב לפי החדר שקיבלתי ושום פיצוי. 4. ביקשתי עריסה לצינוק-קיבלתי עריסה קשה , בלי מזרון ובלי מצעים. 5. ארוחת בוקר דלה, ועל תוספת של פרוסת לחם אחת מבקשים 4 דולר! 5. מחיר של מלון יוקרה, ובפועל מלון ציקמוק 6. מיטה נפתחת בסלון של הסוויטה היתה בלתי ניתנת לשינה.

Como ejemplo, citamos a Armal, el cual, a pesar de no dominar nuestra lengua, el español, fue capaz, de transmitirnos información de forma precisa. Breakfast, receptionist on check in, close proximity to to areas of interest, cleanliness

I chose to stay at this hotel for one night to do business in a nearby center the following day, but the ‘quiet’ room given to me was located right by the elevator which intermittently woke me up. All the lights in the room were not operational. And lastly the receptionist on check out was shrewd slipping out of her mouth ‘Do you know how hotels work?’ when discussing a late check out fee (although requests were previously stated). The interaction left much to be desired with a need for better verbal and online communication in regards to expectatant fees and accommodations.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, centrally located, and easy to walk to attractions and the subway. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Four breakfast items were included each day of our stay.

I wish the bar was open early. Everything else was spot on. Staff fulfilled our request for a mini fridge and a steamer, no problems at all.

The location is excellent, the hotel is exceptionally clean and we received a very thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. The included breakfast was excellent with wonderful, friendly staff. One member of the restaurant staff in particular, Meghan, was extremely friendly and kind which made our stay that extra bit special. Thank you.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het hotel ligt op een perfecte locatie. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in het restaurant van da Toscano. Armal was onze ober en was ontzettend vriendelijk en had alles goed onder controle. Helaas was Armal 2 dagen afwezig en toen vonden wij de service niet goed.

We had a lovely six-night stay at the Iroquois as a family of four. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and we all slept really well. Daily housekeeping was great and the included breakfast was tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive — they even brought our sons a complimentary slice of cheesecake one morning, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, close to Times Square, Fifth Avenue and several subway stations. They also stored our luggage after check-out and arranged a taxi to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Iroquois to anyone visiting New York.

What a great experience at the Iroquois! I went there as part of a travel group, and then booked a few additional nights there. All of the staff members with whom I interacted…front desk people, restaurant employees, housekeeping staff, and managers…were wonderful; professional, helpful, and kind. And the location can’t be beat, whether walking to Broadway theaters, north towards Central Park, or to subway access at Times Square and subway and train access at Grand Central Station, it’s all an easy walk. I hope to stay there again.

I had the pleasure of spending 10 nights at the Iroquois New York Times Square. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome, and any questions I had were always answered kindly and competently. Jean-Paul and Anthony, in particular, always had a smile on their faces and were incredibly helpful. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and very pleasant. The breakfast included in the room rate is delicious, but it might not be enough for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the Iroquois is a wonderful oasis of calm in bustling New York. The location between 5th and 6th Avenues is perfect for a visit. Numerous subway stations and the wonderful Bryant Park are just around the corner. Two minor criticisms: It's a shame there's no coffee machine in the room and that complimentary bottled water isn't included in the room rate. Finally, a big thank you again to the entire team.

The complimentary breakfast was great. Excellent location, did not need to use public transportation at all. The room was very comfortable for the price.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Iroquois Hotel NYC, and a huge part of what made it special was the incredible hospitality from the team. A special shoutout to Paulisha, who was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. We had arrived quite early, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us by getting our room ready immediately — such a thoughtful gesture after travelling. She was so warm, bubbly, and cheerful that we instantly felt at home. Her energy really set the tone for our entire stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Anthony at checkout, who was equally professional, warm, and courteous. It was lovely to end our stay on such a positive note. It’s the people who can turn a good hotel stay into a truly memorable one, and Paulisha and Anthony did exactly that for us. ❤️ Thank you to the entire Iroquois team for making our NYC trip even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely love to stay here again!

Some of the staff were very nice, especially the door men who I thought really provided a warm greeting and assisted us when moving rooms. The location can't get much better, it is in the heart of Manhattan near a lot of the tourist attractions and available to transport in every direction.

We were in New York during August, which as hot and humid, so AC was essential. Our room's AC broke while we were out one day and when we came back the room was unbearable. We called for assistance and the first fix attempt was to just reset it by turning it on and off (which I had already done). We were told to wait an hour and see if it was fixed, it did not change temperature at all and was still extremely uncomfortable to try and sleep in. We called again and they sent someone up to change the filter. This was obviously not the issue as the filter had been changed only a few days before according to the date on the filter. We were again told to wait an hour even though this was not going to fix the issue. This did not work, so we were told we had 2 options - move to a room with 2 beds but smaller beds or get a portable AC. As we had a queen for myself and my partner, we wanted to keep this room and get the portable AC instead of 2 double beds as it was less convenient and comfortable for us. Shortly after I told them I wanted this option I had one of the receptionists come up with the engineer and he was asking me why I rejected his advice to change rooms. I told him I thought we were given a portable AC option and they then said there was no portable AC option even though they had given me this as an option. I was already annoyed that they seemed to lie to me about an option and act like I made it up, so then they told me we'd have to change rooms, as it was unbearably warm in our room. I went down to the desk and expressed my annoyance with the situation, and the other desk receptionist had the audacity to tell me this was more like a room upgrade because it had 2 beds even though it was 2 smaller beds than the 1 bed we had (did not want to sleep in separate beds). I would also like to note this was 11 pm, we had already been out from early in the morning, and just wanted to sleep.

The hotel is lovely - small, quiet, and well decorated. The staff were phenomenal - all of them were so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the special welcome they gave us when we arrived for our honeymoon trip! The breakfast was great too with hot food and efficient service. Wine hour Tuesday-Thursday was a great surprise and a really nice way to start the evening! The location is excellent - central enough to be walkable from lots of major attractions but tucked away so it’s not super loud.

The only very minor thing was the water pressure in the bathroom, but we were on floor 7 so it’s to be expected that it won’t be the strongest!

Breakfast had really bad service, options and space for the money you pay

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Iroquois in Manhattan with SLH when travelling home from a recent trip abroad. I'm going out of my way to make this review because everything from the booking process to our time onsite was a truly luxe experience. Worth writing home about! Location: Not only is it an fantastic location for a tourism visit with lots within an easy walking distance or subway ride (Empire State building, Bryant Park, Hamlet the Cat @ Algonquin, Times Square, Broadway, Penn & Grand Central Stations, Port Authority, and even more by train), but it's also excellent for business trips to offices in Murray Hill or any other midtown office area. Really, you could walk from the hotel to most popular midtown-Manhattan sites within 5 to 10 minutes with little to no inclines to deal with, roughly a quarter mile or so depending on your destination. Onsite: We were warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped inside & the Iroquois immediately made the list as one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at in the city!! Despite arriving quite late in the evening, the front office team was eager and ready to get us settled, making sure to mention our SLH booking and thank us for joining them with a delicious comp breakfast the following morning. On the day of departure, your incredible bellman even suggested a great coffee shop to take my mid-day call in and took care of my bags in the interim (I didn't even have to ask, he just saw me and knew lol). The room was clean, comfortable & beautiful- very NYC-chic. My friend was enamored with the fire escape/balcony moment 🙂 We also adored the classic aesthetic and vibe of the hotel, especially the historic elements. You get the feeling that many iconic figures have walked these halls! In summary: The real standout to us is the incredible team behind the magic. Iroquois' staff all went above the beyond, from the housekeepers chatting to us about where our families are from, to the mind-reading bell team, dedicated front office team, and phenomenal restaurant staff... Each person we spoke to took minutes out of their day to connect with us and truly made our stay special. THANK YOU! ❤️

Good location to go to the theater, my main priority. Room was nicely appointed, but small - even the king size. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good, but limited options.

El tamaño de la habitación y su comodidad para 3 personas es lamentable, siempre teniendo en cuenta q es un hotel de 5 estrellas y se paga por ello. El armario no es adecuado ni para el equipaje de una sola persona para una estancia de 7 noches, así que para 3...cómo ejemplo, el mini bar hacía también las veces de mesilla.Tuvimos q tener la ropa distribuída por la habitación o dentro de la maleta. Estuvimos además 3 días sin Wifi. El desayuno, puede estar bien para un fin de semana, pero no para 7 ú 8 días. Sólo 4 opciones a elegir, en España hay hoteles de 3 estrellas con desayunos mejores. Un 5 estrellas debería tener un buffet más variado y amplio, por otra parte, el espacio para los desayunos era insuficiente, aún reservando, la mayoría de días había q esperar por estar todo ocupado.

Sicuramente la posizione è uno dei lati positivi, situato sulla 44st tra la 5 e la 6 avenue è praticamente in piena Manatthan e ti permette di raggiungere tantissimi posti con due passi. Bella la struttura, pulita e la nostra stanza era anche spaziosa (parliamo di una quadrupla). Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

Anche se per problemi esterni alla struttura, la wifi non ha funzionato per alcuni giorni.

La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca de times square,

La habitación es muy pequeña, pedimos otra, pero son todas iguales, salvo las suites.El baño igual muy pequeño,no cabíamos los dos a la vez.El desayuno solo son 3 platos a elegir 1 de ellos,no es buffet.

Como mucho un tres estrellas en España. Habitación enana. Vistas a una escalera de incendios. Desayuno pocas cosas y estando incluido te cobraban si no tomabas exactamente unos platos…

L' hotel è in ottima posizione, centralissima ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla. Le quattro scelte per la colazione per noi erano ottime, tutto buono, servizio molto gentile.

La camera quadrupla è piccola ma lo sapevamo e ci siamo adattati

Great place to stay in mid Town. Central to everything but a lovely quieter street. Good facilities and staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Breakfast was very busy. The staff took orders for the eggs, they did a good job with getting everything right. They were quick to not charge if things were not timely. The breakfast/dining room is small and crowded.

The breakfast area is crowded - almost rubbing elbows with the next table.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The location was great and very convenient. The restaurant staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made for a very pleasant experience.

We checked in late at night, and unfortunately, the room wasn’t set up properly for our arrival. We had booked a room for four people, but only the main bed was prepared. It ended up taking more than an hour for everything else to be set up, which was especially frustrating as the kids were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. The situation was made even more uncomfortable when the staff member who brought the bedding seemed to suggest that we had taken a duvet from the room, which felt quite strange and unnecessary. Overall, it was not the kind of check-in experience we would expect from a hotel of this standard. That being said, aside from the issues on our first night, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed the hotel.

My family and I loved staying her. Staff were very accomodating. Included breakfast options were brief, but all 4 choices were delicious.

Habitación muy oscura y antigua. Para apagar la luz te tienes que levantar de la cama, no hay forma de tener una luz pequeña encendida si no están todas encendidas. La cama bien. El baño muy estrecho. El desayuno regular. Largas esperas para que te sirvan... Si pides el desayuno americano un día te lo ponen con mantequilla y mermelada. Al día siguiente no lo sirven, lo pides y te lo añaden a la cuenta después de malas caras... No encaja en la descripción de "luxury"

Hotel was very quiet, especially surprising so close to Times Square hustle and bustle. The suite had lots of space and calm classic vibe. The location was great, within walking distance of many sites and easy subway access.

Breakfast was very slow and chaotic, though the food was good. Bathroom was small and strangely laid out. Cost was too high.

Bien placé et relativement peu cher comparé à d’autres hôtels. Personnel aimable.

Le hall est sombre, le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon et faussement inclus (vous avez le choix entre 3 possibilités médiocres), les chambres sont petites et le sol ne semblait pas très propre.

Attention à la facturation, j'ai tout vérifié et j'ai bien fait, j'ai été facturé a tort de produits du mini bar !

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, exceptional location. There are some truly incomprehensible surcharges and fees, considering that a family will never be able to use the gym and others facilities etc.

The location is very central and excellent for visiting and experiencing what the city has to offer including the sites theatres, museums and bars. The air conditioning works well and the soundproofing too. Which was a good thing considering there was building works going on just outside the hotel and on the street when we were there.

Breakfast is on 07:00-11:00. One day I came down for breakfast at 10:55 and I was rebuked by a waitress who was disgruntled that I came down so close to end time. Now I had paid just short of $5000.00 for the 10 day experience of staying at that hotel and did not deserve to be spoken to the way she did to me. I came down before serving was over and that's all that should matter. The hotel has a gym and sauna. Which is one of the principle reasons I chose it. I do like to have a work out including cardio, followed by a sauna. You have to tell them in advance, to switch the sauna on. so that it's ready when needed. On three occasions I told them ahead of time. Only to discover it had not been turned on. On one such occasions, I had to ask them 3 times before they turned it on. I's either a cheap trick at trying to save money or incompetence. either, way i feel I have paid good money to not have this kind of experience. Also the gym is not up to much and I had to report a broken bike. The good thing is that they had it repaired in good time. The rooms are a bit too small for the price price asked but the bed was comfortable. Also there is mini-bar in each room but we daren't make use of it because it's so ridiculously overpriced. Like $5.00 for a can of coke and $35.00 for a small bottle of wine. I expect to more for use of mini-bar but their mark-up is just too much. There is no fridge in the room and no tea or coffee making facilities. This hotel is listed as a 5 Star Hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and this is Not a 5 star hotel. It would struggle to make 4 stars. It does have 5 star hotel prices however.

Jag har ingen aning om det var prisvärt generellt, men just för denna resa fungerade den i min plånbok

La pozione centrale e tranquilla. La pulizia della camera e del bagno. Letto comodo. Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Colazione, nonostante non molto varia, è risultata molto curata, costituita da ottimi prodotti freschi e di qualità, sia nella presentazione che nella sua preparazione. Unico suggerimento quello di ampliare le opzioni di scelta del tipo di colazione senza ricorrere a pagamenti extra.

Niente da segnalare.

La posizione centrale e tranquilla. Posizione strategica e ideale per poter visitare le principali attrazioni di New York. Inoltre è vicinissimo a diverse fermate della metropolitana. Ottima la pulizia e il comfort della camera, quella del bagno e la comodità del letto. Colazione curata e piatti gourmet con prodotti di ottima qualità e preparati con eleganza.

Unico suggerimento che mi sento di fare è quello di creare altre opzioni di scelta della colazione sempre rientranti nel pacchetto incluso.

Great location - close to Times Square but quiet. Cute boutique hotel with lovely art deco decor. Comfy bed. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The whole breakfast thing was unnecessarily difficult. We had to book and it was table service. But apparently restaurant not owned by hotel so to book you had to go downstairs or use an app - you couldn’t just ring reception. The restaurant staff were a mixed bag. But 2 days out of 3 they didn’t get our order quite right / missed something. When there are only 4 options on the menu (nice options mind you) plus a drink, it shouldn’t be that hard to get it right. Coffee was so weak it was undrinkable.

Como todos los alojamientos de NY, era un poco ajustado el espacio.

Great location in Midtown Manhattan close to theatre district and Bryant Park. Comfortable room, pleasant & helpful staff. I have zero complaints.
