L'hotel était très bien place, en plein Times Square ce qui facilitait les deplacements. Le personnel a ete très acceuillant et serviable. Un metion speciale pour Gania qui a été d'une gentillesse incroyable avec notre famille. La chambre était spacieuse et on nous a mis bcp de chose à disposition pour notre bebe . nous avons apprécié le service de qualité.

Le manque de variété au petit déjeuner a été le seul point negtaif de notre sejour. Il y avait très peu d'option.

The property was in a prime location, the service and staff was next to none and everything was so clean. Also have to mention Lisette who ensured we had anything we needed and literally was the kindest soul, anyone’s day will be left improved after meeting Lisette, what a wonderful person.

Ottima posizione per chi deve stare a Midtown, staff e servizio impeccabili. Ottima colazione continentale. Molto bello anche il rooftop, che però chiude alle 23.

Me encantó mi habitación, especialmente el impecable nivel de limpieza y prolijidad. Además, se percibe un genuino compromiso del personal con el bienestar y la comodidad de los huéspedes. Quiero reconocer especialmente a dos personas que hicieron que mi estadía fuera memorable. Primero, Luz, quien transformó el proceso de check-in en una experiencia muy agradable. Aunque no fue posible acceder a un early check-in, su amabilidad, empatía y disposición nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. También quisiera destacar a Christian, del restaurante, quien realmente me hizo sentir como una huésped VIP. Su atención al cliente es excepcional, con un enfoque en los detalles que marca una gran diferencia. Además, pude notar que no era solo conmigo: varios huéspedes se detenían a despedirse y agradecerle antes de partir, lo que refleja claramente la huella positiva que deja en cada interacción. Al final, lo mejor de este hotel son las personas. Las instalaciones son excelentes, pero son colaboradores como Luz y Christian quienes convierten una buena estadía en una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Felicitaciones al equipo de The Knickerbocker Hotel!

המיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה סביר לסנטרל פארק מצד אחד, ולסוהו ולווסט ווילג' מצד שני. מבנה המלון עצמו יפה ומרשים מבחוץ, אך מעט ישן מבפנים. המעליות קצת איטיות והשטיחים בקומות החדשים מיושנים. ארוחת הבוקר (שילמתי מראש) די עשירה וכוללת בופה מלא בכל טוב.

לא היה משהו יוצא דופן שלא אהבתי, כמו שציינתי קודם אולי בבוא הזמן הקומות והמעליות ישופצו אבל זה באמת בטל בשישים ביחס לשאר הנתונים של המלון.

Hotel in piena Times square, quindi super rumoroso a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Con grande stupore abbiamo trovato frigo completamente vuoto, in pratica non forniscono nulla nemmeno l’acqua. Sporco, il bagno e gli specchi avevano ancora manate di altri . Disordine nella hall , stanza poco illuminata.

Tutto non mi è piaciuto, non lo consiglio.

A colazione non c’erano opzioni senza glutine infatti siamo dovuti andare a fare colazione fuori nonostante avessimo la colazione inclusa

L'aria condizionata nelle aree comuni (ristorante, zona colazione e hall) era davvero eccessiva. Infatti io e mio figlio ci siamo ammalati. Consiglio di tenerla molto più bassa.

Great location- so close to all the theaters. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job and sometimes came by twice a day.

Some parts of the room were slightly broken or old. For example, drawers were off sliders and had broken bits.

Comfortable bed. It was our last time in Knickbocker.

The air-conditioning unit is positioned directly above the bed, blowing cold air onto the guest. The bathroom window has no blackout shade, so the room is flooded with natural light as soon as the sun rises, making it difficult to sleep in or rest during the day. Housekeeping is also overly intrusive, with staff knocking on the door at least four times a day, which repeatedly interrupts guests who want to sleep later or rest outside normal nighttime hours. Breakfast is extremely expensive, at over $54 per person.

My stay at The Knickerbocker in Times Square was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the perfect blend of historic elegance and modern luxury—a true sanctuary in the heart of the city's most vibrant neighborhood. The absolute highlight of my experience was the service. I have to give a massive shout-out to the bar and restaurant staff; they were truly phenomenal. Their attention to detail, warm personalities, and genuine hospitality made every morning coffee and evening wine feel like a special occasion. It is rare to find a team that is so professional yet so welcoming, and they really elevated my entire trip. If you are looking for a sophisticated base in New York City with world-class service, look no further. I cannot wait to return.

I had to leave!!! I stayed in Room 713, the blinds could be a little better to block out the flashing lights from the screen opposite.

La amabilidad, buen trato y calidez del personal del desayuno, en especial de Gania y Houcing, quienes estuvieron siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades y se anticiparon a ellas. La ubicación insuperable del Hotel en times square y la comodidad y limpieza de las habitaciones.

El cobro extra por 600 USD que no fue informado en Booking y que tuvimos que pagar adicional por el uso del gimnasio a pesar de que no lo utilizamos, la falta de amabilidad del algunos de los miembros de la recepción y la ubicación de la habitación en un piso bajo e interior sin vista y oscuro, a pesar de que el Hotel cuenta con muchas habitaciones en pisos altos y con buenas vistas, la falta de variedad del desayuno incluido que durante los 7 días siempre fue el mismo.

It couldn’t be in a more central location. At the same time, the moment you step into the hotel, you feel like you’ve entered a completely different world. All the staff are extremely helpful.

I believe the exterior of the hotel has recently been renovated. In the coming years, the rooms will probably need some renovation as well.

Last minute charge of $75 per night for using sofa bed. When requested to use it was not told of the extra cost associated with its use. I would like to point out that the sofa bed was left in the bed configuration all of my stay and was not converted back to a sofa during the day time.

Obwohl wir nach Checkin Zeit angereist sind war unser Zimmer leider nicht fertig. konnten erst circa 30-60 Minuten nach unserer Ankunft in das Zimmer.

My husband and I did not stay at the hotel, but we had an incredible anniversary dinner at Charlie Palmer IV in the hotel. We were immediately greeted warmly by Christian, who made us feel welcome and gave us a postcard to celebrate our anniversary. Then our waitress (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) came over with complementary champagne to celebrate the occasion. We felt so special! The dining experience was top notch. We enjoyed the pre-theatre dinner menu, which was a three course meal and such an amazing value. The steak frites were delicious! We both really enjoyed our cocktails as well. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary dinner!

This property checks all of the boxes in terms of luxury, history, comfort and service. “The Knick” is and always will be at the top of my list for properties to stay while visiting NYC. Convenient location, excellent food, wonderful & creative libations as well as a staff that is second to none in terms of hospitality and genuine service! Thank you and we will return next year!

Best location to explore uptown & downtown NY. Concierge lady (sorry didn’t get your name) was the best ever, thank you so much, it’s a pity we didn’t see you on our last day. Gania and the breakfast crew were also great. A quality hotel.

The hotel was really clean and rooms were comfy its positioned very well but most importantly the reason I'm writing this review is because I wanted to recognize Laura, she has something you can’t really teach. My wife and I approached the concierge desk after a long day, probably looking completely exhausted. Before we even said much, Laura smiled and simply asked, “Long day?” Somehow that immediately changed the tone of the conversation. She has a calm, reassuring presence that makes you feel welcome.

My daughter and I stopped by the hotel before meeting friends nearby. Laura greeted us with such warmth that we ended up asking her a few questions about the history of the hotel. What struck me wasn’t necessarily the information she gave us, but how present she was. She listened without interrupting, smiled often, and made us feel like we had her full attention. It’s a small thing, but people rarely make you feel that way anymore. We’ll have to come back!!!

Amazing stay at The Knickerbocker Hotel! Staff go above and beyond to make the stay so memorable. Gania’s service every morning at breakfast was truly amazing. She spent time getting to know us, knew our names and made each morning a pleasure. She is a real asset to the hotel. The staff checking in are fantastic also. The staff cleaning the rooms and doing the turn down service are lovely. A fantastic fantastic stay here.

Loved The Knickerbocker, our room was large enough for the 3 of us, the staff was great, the food and drinks were great (a bit over priced tho), and all went well - except - after making an inquiry on the delivery of a package from Amazon with the staff at the concierge desk and being told how it would work (fairly simple) it did not work at all. At check out, I asked for my package and it was nowhere to be found and was told a completely different story on how a delivery was handled, manager even suggested that Amazon just says they delivered when they haven't. Still no word on where my package is. I would not have made the order if I had been told differently by the concierge/reception desk. My only other issue, I requested an email of my statement at checkout and still have not received that (amount charged to my card seems higher than I figured it to be).

Incredibly convenient location. Friendly and efficient staff, particularly the lovely doormen, who go out of their way to look out for your safety. Perfectly clean and quiet rooms with the most comfortable beds.

My experience at this five-star hotel was simply impeccable. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable. The facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere conveyed a sense of order and calm. The location is unbeatable: just steps from Times Square and close to New York’s main attractions, with quick access to trains and transportation. The staff was attentive, professional, and always willing to help. All in all, a first-class stay that exceeded my expectations.

I visit NYC often for Broadway shows and the Knickerbocker has become my favorite hotel to stay. On this visit Tony greeted, served and took the absolute best care of my stay! The "21" rooms - if you know you know! They also have one of the best steakhouses on the planet as in Charlie Parmer! Also steps away from the Time Square clock and ball drop with a spectacular view from their iconic rooftop lounge! Then on the other side is the fabulous Bryant Park! In need of the perfect hotel stay in NYC - look no further than the Knickerbocker located on 42nd street between Time Sq and 6th Ave!

We had an amazing experience! Our family had never stayed in Times Square before, but it was outstanding. It is quiet enough, but in the middle of everything. Every morning we had excellent service provided to us by Gania at breakfast, she was so attentive and kind.

The best customer service I’ve experienced. Paola S. was so friendly and helpful. She made the experience better through giving us the best deal on the spot to upgrade our room. She was just very pleasant to work with.

We had a fantastic stay at The Knickerbocker during the FIFA World Cup. Arriving early in the morning, not only did the lady on the front desk make sure we could check in early, but she also kindly gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary drink on their fantastic roof top bar! All the staff were delightful and the room and facilities were spotless clean and were exactly what we needed for our short trip in the city

All the employees, from day one of our stay, were very nice to us. All the room attendants especially the one by the name, Afua, was so pleasant and nice to us, that we have decided, whenever we visit New York, we will stay at Knickerbocker Hotel. The hotel is in an incredible location and allows you to walk or catch through subway anywhere in the city. The rooms are large and modern, and the entire hotel is filled with helpful and polite staff.
