Já havia ficado no hotel outras vezes e sabia exatamente o que esperar. A localização é ótima para quem vai ao Convention Center, e o custo é ok se comparado a outros hotéis da área.

No meio da estadia, um alarme disparou logo pela manhã. Além de ele ser muito alto (a ponto de me deixar temporariamente surdo), ninguém da equipe nos explicou o que havia ocorrido quando fomos liberados para voltar ao quarto.

Pool and hot tub were great. Location is very good. Breakfast was OK. Had to be down there by 10am or out of luck. No lunch. Dinner was good.

Room didn't have a dresser or any drawers to put your clothes in...what's up with that? Only a very small closet. Bed was very uncomfortable. Woke up each morning with a back ache.

Very helpful and friendly staff, able to answer any queries and solve any problem. Varied breakfast menu and pool open until late with towels provided and a hot tub with a very nice high water temperature.

For some reason the hotel cancelled my booking after my stay and that made me lose all my CC points. Will be investigating this with my bank and Booking.com.

Location wise it was located close to the area that we were having a night out

The room itself was not good . The doors didn’t shut properly so closing and opening would be an effort that would wake others in the room . The Ac had a moldy smell coming out of it . I really think for the amount paid it is not worth.

The breakfast situation. Now when you book this say through booking .com it says breakfast included. When you arrive though you're told breakfast only is for 2 of the 4 people. We argued the case stating that when we booked the hotel it said breakfast included. There was no limit on numbers. So we argued it and eventually they gave in. We said the breakfast included does not state anywhere that its for 2 people only.

The location was great. The staff were friendly, Ada was really nice when we checked in and then every time we saw here afterwards. Pool was nicely shaded and had a hot tub too. Large, spacious room.

I enjoyed about location and parking.

I didn’t like that hotel didn’t see that I had Breakfast included and I had to prove them that. And after check out - they charged me anyway for the breakfast which was included

Extremely helpful front desk and friendly staff! For personal reasons, I was afraid that I needed a specific type of screwdriver that I did not have, and I asked the front desk if it is possible for me to borrow one, to which Aury (I'm extremely sorry if I did not spell your name correctly) responded that she could send the engineer to help me right away (I arrived on weekend). I later found out that I did not need the screwdriver at all, but the immediate help was so relieving and kind, especially after a long, tiring trip :)) I genuinely appreciate everyone working at the property and wish you all the best. Yummy food within walking distance!

Spacious room. Great location near restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice lobby seating and bar area.

Pool area is a bit dated. However, I still used the pool as it was very hot in Pasadena!

Metro駅から徒歩５分でUnion Stationまで20分ほどなので意外に便利でした。 LosAngels市内に宿泊しようか迷いましたが、FIFA World Cupの開催日に当たっていて、宿泊料が４倍に跳ね上がっているのが許せなくて、郊外だけれど 安全安心な街と評価の高いPasadenaに滞在しました。

こちらに移動する前に滞在していたのが、HoustonのResidence Inn Marriottだったので、そちらに比べると収納（ドロワー）が全然無くて、スーツケースに入れっぱなしにしました。

Bardzo mały pokój.Po rozłożeniu sofy dla dziecka praktycznie nie było przejścia w pokoju. Każdego dnia obsługa sprzątająca pozostawiała niewystarczającą liczbę ręczników, na mniejszą ilość osób, pomimo wielokrotnego zgłaszania problemu.

The hotel is in a nice location with easy access to restaurants and shopping as well as the highway. The room was comfortable enough and Pasadena was a nice base to explore the greater LA area from.

Parking is very expensive and the parking spaces very narrow. Also, there is not too much cleaning going on in the garage, with bottles and plastic cups laying around. The pool in the hotel is also very small - definitely not good for swimming, just cooling down and easily taken over by a medium sized group of kids.

I enjoyed the location. I like my ADA room.

Our bed was quite loud when getting in and out.

Väldigt bra mat på hotellet. Att spendera kvällen i baren men dryck och mat var väldigt trevligt. Speciellt då restauranger i närheten inte har öppet så länge. Personal i bar och kök gjorde ett väldigt bra jobb med allting.

Tyckte det var lite speciellt med hisen. Larmade väldigt högt när den närmade våningarna vilket oroade mig första gångerna då man inte visste om det.

The front desk service during my stay felt inconsistent. One employee was very helpful and willing to assist me with my parking concern, while another employee later gave a different response and would not accommodate the same request. The mixed communication was confusing and affected my overall experience.

When I checked in, nothing was mentioned about deposits or additional charges. The first night my card was charged for almost double the amount reserved. Then it was reversed causing a fraud flag on my credit card. I checked out and the balance was settled but after an hour the hotel contacted me saying there was an outstanding balance. The staff were rude and made out as if I had tired to leave wi the out paying

I like the Courtyard in Pasadena better than the Hotel Dena, but it's not as nice as the Residence Inn across the street. Courtyard Pros: I spoke to a few different people at the front desk and they were all great except for one. My room was a nice size and had a couch, ottoman, and coffee table. They have a helpful area for cars to easily pull in to drop you off or pick you up. Like the name implies, they have a nice courtyard with a pool, hot tub, and lounge seating. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's easy to walk to everything in Old Town Pasadena and it's close to the highway if you want to visit somewhere else. Cons: You can easily hear people talking in the hallways and adjacent rooms. There seems to be no soundproofing. While there is a closet, there aren't any drawers to put anything away. The layout of the bathroom is odd. There's lots of space around the toilet, but the sink area is too small. There's too little counter space and no magnifying mirror. There is a walk-in shower, but no tub.

My recent stay highlighted a notable inconsistency in service culture within the organization. checked in on the 14 April 2026 for 1 night. Due to the presence of multiple properties under the same brand across Los Angeles, I inadvertently arrived at the wrong hotel. Jennie at the front desk managed the situation with a level of professionalism that reflects strong service instincts — she took ownership, coordinated directly with the other property, and resolved the booking efficiently. Her ability to act decisively and assume responsibility was commendable. The 2 stars were for Jeannie. However, a subsequent interaction raised concerns regarding service alignment at the management level. When I sought assistance to reconfirm cancellation details for Agoda, I was attended by Abigel, who introduced herself as the Operations Director. The support provided was limited to a contact number and reference to policy, without further facilitation or follow-through. While both responses may fall within procedural boundaries, the difference in service mindset was evident. One demonstrated ownership and guest advocacy; the other remained transactional. Consistency in service culture is critical, particularly at leadership level, where it sets the tone for the entire operation. Aligning managerial engagement with the initiative demonstrated by front-line staff would strengthen both guest confidence and brand integrity.

The entire stay went well, from the front desk service, maid service and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was large and comfortable, and the coffee was great.

My only complaint is how expensive the parking fee is at $40.00 per day. It is through a third party, and far higher than it needs to be, as other public parking lots in Pasadena are far lower.

I booked a King Room with a sofabed and the room did not have a sofabed. Apparently it was an ADA room so the sofabed was removed. The facility could not offer another room or a roll-a-way bed. One of my guest needed to sleep on the ground, Management offered a free breakfast but the breakfast was terrible.

Location is great

The rooms were outdated, you could see walls in the bathroom were super dirty and bathtub was old. The sink smelled in the bathroom smelled like faucet. The bed lines were smaller than the bed and kept coming out. The mattress was not comfortable at all. There was no way to regulate the temperature in the room.

Paying $40 for parking per day was expensive and I was disappointed they did not serve breakfast. Every Marriott I have ever stayed at breakfast was included. This hotel had a restaurant and it was à la cart. My food came out cold from the kitchen as well 😞

I've chosen to include breakfast, imagining a typical setup with cheap food, but oh my god, this place made a restaurant quality of breakfast hot meals. I'm so glad that I gave it a shot!

When we arrived, I expected more welcoming from a front desk staff, but he didn't say much with no explanation of my stay and just handed card keys. Not a great feeling.

Was told at booking that parking was Van accessible and at checkin that was not the case and was charged $70 per night which was not part of the plan. I had other options; took a long time for water to get hot

Lamps and electrical outlets did not work. Sheet has a big stain.

Very easy: check-in/out, parking access (you can park on the same level as your room), Internet access (no password, good speed). People on reception were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast (very limited and expensive), carpet in the room leaves dirty stains on bare feet. No tea in the room.

Nice location, regular hotel. Only bad thing is you have to pay for breakfast AND parking per day, or you have to park on the street. If you’re paying that much for a hotel room those should be included.

Great location in Old Pasadena. Courtyard pool and pleasant small garden. Large lobby lounge and cafe. Decor is plain and the building shows its age, but who stays indoors in Pasadena?

The hotel was very nice, the only thing that was not very nice was the staff. I don't know, I didn't find them so friendly, asking for breakfast, wich was included, was like asking a favor. That was the only thing that could get better.

i wasn’t charged parking when i initially checked in nor was i asked to put a card for incidentals. It wasn’t until after I had already checked out the following day that I got a call from the front desk asking if I can provide a card on file because they didn’t have a card on file for incidentals and a parking fee. Again let me point out we had left already and upon check in the man helping me out didn’t ask for a card. I didn’t feel comfortable giving my card information over the phone either

We came for the Rose Bowl - it was awesome - perfect location - for the parade, the game. Customer service from the front desk, to the manager, to the cleaning staff and rooms and cleanliness - great atmosphere and value. Would highly recommend for visit to Pasadena. It's in a perfect location and easy hotel. Good for family, friends, or solo.

Rooms not being ready on time and no continental breakfast. Although it’s not a deal breaker. They do have a cafe and coffee bar.

Location is excellent, convenient parking, and clean, basic rooms were all very good. We had stayed before and chose to stay again because of the location.

The room has no storage besides the closet. There is no dresser and no drawers anywhere which means clothes have to be hung in the closet or kept in suitcases. This works for a few days, but is inconvenient for longer trips where you'd like to unpack.

The parking is the equivalent of a city block away from the room. There is no place to put toiletries. There’s a blue light in the smoke detector on the ceiling that blinks on and off all night long, the bed had dips. No clock.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! My room was filled with cockroaches! Management was too busy doing wine tastings in the lobby to deal with me apparently, decided to check out and stay at the residence inn, at least they have clean rooms and super nice staff who actually wanna help there guests and don’t sigh in your face….
