My balcony was tiny and I should’ve been told it looked into the parking lot. No choice in pillows, too big and fluffy. Got a sore neck. No movies to watch on the tv. Took a while to figure out how to use the remote.

The rooms were huge and it's nice that there was direct access to the green space in the back. It helped getting the puppy out and also accessing the pool area. Staff were polite and smiling. Two hot tubs are outside were ok but these are very small for such a huge property with very many guests on a peak season. The guests come in huge groups (sports teams, families, tourists alike, etc.) Imagine the wait to habe your turn, or the number of people actually in it. The location was nice, it was accessible and nearby some stores or shops if you need some stuff the last minute.. However for a family or guests who wants to relax, I recommend considering other properties that are comparable to this one. In our opinion and experience, the value of what we paid for three nights wasn't reciprocated really well.

The pet-friendly rooms are not bookable thru Booking.com , all it says is that they are pet-friendly. You have to ensure that you call the hotel after booking (or even prior) to make sure there is still a pet-friendly room available. We stayed for three nights during a long weekend. Another surpise we found out was that all rooms located on the first floor (pet-friendly ones) do not have a microwave on them at all. This is the first (and hopefully only) hotel that we have ever been to that does not have a microwave in a room. Wheb we discovered and asked, we were told that only suites do have the microwave. So if you want something warmed up, you have to bring it to the front desk every time.. Although they said that it's not an inconvenience for them (staff), it's still and inconvenience for guests to do so each time. The staff also have to heat it downstairs in the staff area/kitchen so that takes time. It's a little concerning too since someone else is handling your food. So be prepared for that. We have children and a pet and have dietary needs so this was a disappointment for us. Other issue we encountered during our second night was that the A/C stopped working. Kids especially couldn't sleep as it was warm. The staff brought an electric fan which eventually helped. Housekeeping left dirty face towels on the bathroom counter. They replenished the other towels but perhaps just forgotten the dirty ones. Those ones looked like they were small rags that were used to clean the surface though— not exactly the face towels that we actually used. The floor does not get cleaned as well. We still see debris and dust. Lastly– the indoor swimming pool needs to be cleaned and maintained properly. First time we used it and the water is obviously icky (should I say salty? yuck.) We didn't stay as much as we intended to so kids were a bit upset.

The bed sheets had black stains on them. The breakfast was very basic and the quality was not good at all. There were not enough tables inside for the number of guests, so we had to sit outside. The patio and the tables were very dirty, and there was a dead bird next to our table. The swimming pool and hot tub water were cloudy and dirty. There was only one staff member cleaning the breakfast area, so the tables were rarely cleaned, even after guests had left. Overall, the breakfast quality was very poor and very minimal.

We were attending a wedding and we booked months in advance . When arriving in Kelowna from Calgary, Alberta things at the check-in were not going as planned . We were tired exhausted and stressed but the staff were wonderful and I thought trying their best to help us . Finally we got things worked out and they told me that I was a valued Best Western member and they would give us an upgrade . We thought wonderful took our luggage up the lift and my daughter took the stairs with the dogs as the lift was too small. The next morning everything changed again the staff were mad that we were in a non pet-friendly room and that we were trying to hide the dogs and that they were going to charge us all these extra fees. Not only that but they had no available rooms for us . So here we were in peak season trying to attend a wedding , left looking for a place to stay for night with 2 dogs . Huge thanks goes out to the people at the Super 8 who were so helpful and understanding and they had a microwave in the room , ours didn't . These things can make all the difference to a customer . Thanks Super 8 for your help during a crisis!

Whenever we visit Kelowna, this is our go‑to place to stay. The rooms are always clean and generously sized, and the included breakfast buffet features an good selection of both hot and cold items. Free parking and a convenient location near restaurants and shopping make it even better.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, attentive staff, smart TV in room, room needs updating, carpet was not clean nor was the couch, drapes dragged on floor needed hemming and had water marks on them, great bed and linen, elevators were quick.

Decent hotel to stay for a couple nights. It's well located in downtown Kelowna and makes for an easy departure (without crossing that insanely busy bridge) for the remainder of our road trip home. Rooms are average but could use updating. The complex has a bit of an odd layout with some motel style buildings and then a tower. Plenty of free parking which was nice. Breakfast in the sunlit atrium was lovely. Never crowded like some hotels can get. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a water station after breakfast hours closed. Kids did not attempt the pool as we had read reviews about it's cleanliness although we did see staff cleaning it.

The rooms were very clean, and we loved the outdoor hot pools. One of them was very dirty the second night we went to use it.

Best western plus was amazing about 15 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive from downtown and the lakes and beach. Also around the hotel you have a big shopping Center and national creek so it is in a prime location for all your needs. Also has bus routes every 15 mins and local cabs. The staff was all amazing really welcoming and helpful and gave good tips what to do. We stayed twice here for our trip and both times was great. We had a little issue with a reference number and was able to short it in minutes. The room we booked came with breakfast. What is a buffet hot and cold food and was different each day so have nice mix all that was tasty. We had a court yard room that was amazing came with double beds nice bath/shower and wash area for all needs and came with shampoos and shower gels. We had a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the grounds that was nice for an evening relax after the day exploring. For foods in the evening there was a pub next door what was also amazing so see that for a review also. The room was quiet and didn't hear anything while staying and whole area was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again with good value for money.

Great central location with lots of parking. Rooms are quiet and updated. We had a 2nd floor room looking out on the pool and courtyard which had a nice little sundeck to sit out on and relax. The breakfast was decent with lots of options and the staff kept things stocked up. My only real "complaint" was there were plates etc left in the hallways by guests for over a day that were not picked up by staff.

The hotel is well located for restaurants and other shopping needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although none of the rooms have comfort height toilets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Initially we were given room 824 but after a few hours, we requested to be moved due to noise from the highway/main road. We were moved to 325 which overlooked the hotel's green space & the room was much quieter although we couldn't use the heat/control system because it was as loud as a freight train. The staff at this hotel are excellent. We appreciated that the hotel also has guest laundry machines. We did not use the spa, fitness centre or pool.

During my daughter's four years of university, I stayed at this hotel a couple of times each year. Out of eight visits, this is the only one where I have to say I didn't enjoy the experience. The shower in the room above or next to ours made a terrible noise, and I think the same happened when we showered. Besides this noise, there was something else in the neighbouring rooms that sounded like a jackhammer on the floor. The neighbours arrived late, and this occurred repeatedly, but I don't know if it was their fault or an issue with the water pipes.

We stayed at Bestwestern Plus Kelowna Hotel & Suites. It is a large hotel, much larger than the typical Bestwestern in most towns. We were happy we were assigned a non-tower room as we heard some room in the tower had mold issues. There was free coffee and hot/cold water at all times near the lobby. Check in staff were friendly and helpful with food suggestions nearby. We dined at Joey and Cactus Club Café (both were great) within 10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was larger than average in size, nicely furnished, with a clean, modern look, and came with a fridge, coffeemaker and 2 comfortable Queen beds. The washbasin was outside of the large bathroom. Free complementary hot and cold breakfast was served from 7am to 10am. Breakfast included bread, choice of 3 cereals with milk, cut fruits (cantaloups, honeydews and pineapples), sausage and hardboiled eggs, cooked oats (with cranberry and granola toppings), and make your own waffles. There’s a EV charging station beside and behind the hotel. The only complaint was I was awakened at 7am but loud sounds and vibrations from either the heater or air-conditioner running above my unit, It lasted for over 15 mins and went away for a few minutes before returning again for another 15 mins and kept me awake.

Spent the night before in a terrible motel, decided the rest of my trip I would at least feel safe to sleep so picked this hotel which trip advisor rated as one of the best in Kelowna. I don’t disagree! The free breakfast was a great touch, the room clean, fresh smelling, well maintained and quiet. The bed comfortable and very clean. Will return here every time I’m in Kelowna and will favour best western in other cities too.

The "full" breakfast was a complete joke. I am a vegetarian, also cannot eggs. There were no potatoes, vegan/turkey sausage, or bagels offered. When I asked the front desk, they assured me that they would talk to management. But I never heard back. The fruit that was offered was rather lame. All there was available were eggs, meat, and a HUGE selection of carbohydrates.

Super pet friendly, staff was so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Second time staying here and it feels like home away from home.

There was a mouse in my room. I was then moved into another room in which the bed had stains and hair all over it. Disgusting. The staff were not accommodating and when I had mentioned I left some items in the initial room with critters, the staff told me to go back to the room and get it (even though they had shut that room down). There was one front desk staff (Ryan I believe) who was nice & helpful. None of the gym equipment works. The breakfast is powered eggs and terrible quality.

Everyone working was so sweet and helpful. It was a last minute booking and we needed a place to go instantly and they made it happen, they let us check in at 3am because a room was available.

The room itself was so spacious and comfy, though I wish they had smart tv’s so we don’t have to rely on cable and could use Netflix or something but honestly it’s not a dealbreaker.

There were youth soccer teams staying there - they would be in the hall and were loud until 11 pm and on our last night they ran up the hall after 11 pm playing Nicky nine doors. The hotel should have told us about the multiple teams staying there well in advance so we could have changed hotels. Also, we didn’t find out until a week before arriving that the hot tubs would be closed due to maintenance.

Always appreciate our time at the Best Western Kelowna. Ran into a couple glitches, as can happen in life. What I really appreciated was the response from one of the front desk attendants as well as the Manager who seriously listened to the concerns and took immediate steps to work with us on the issues. Instead of coming away with a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth, came away feeling validated and appreciated as a customer 😊

The location is very convenient. Rooms are very nice and clean and beds are very comfortable. Front desk staffs are very friendly and making us feel staying at home. The price for staying in Christmas season is very reasonable.

I stay here often for business. It’s clean, quiet, has everything I need and is centrally located. The staff is always very helpful!

Great place to stay. The restaurant/pub is amazing. Great food, good prices and servers like Christa made us feel like we had been there many times before. So good we now stay here because of the pub (and we normally aren't pub people). The beef dip is 11/10. Ryan at the front desk was very helpful and a bundle of knowledge. Good prices. This is our go to stay in Kelowna now.

BW+ is reliably clean and comfortable plus the breakfast was a touch above the rest. My room had been redone recently with a new roll in shower and handheld shower head. Only neg is hallway carpet is due for a refresh. Staff were super helpful.

It was my and my husband 20 yesr wedding anniversary, and we had booked a lovely king room with a jeta tube. When we arrived, they told us that room was not available and they had put us in a nother room. We went and looked at it to find out it was not in the tower with views of the city but a ground level room with a view of the pool. Where there were many kids' rooms and screaming. Not only that, the room was tiny with only a double bed. My husband and I looked at each other and said no, we were not staying here. Went back to the front desk to ask for a better room, and they said that was all they. So we asked them to refund our money and we would not be staying there. Very, very un happy. Will never stay at the best western again.

Fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived! The property is super dog friendly which made the stay stress free! Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfy! They hotel has great amenities such as bbq facilities and a complimentary breakfast with lots of options! Highly recommend anyone traveling through Kelowna, whether you're with family, a pet, or just looking for a relaxing, clean, welcoming place to stay. They also offer free parking!

We brought our two dogs and the patio that led to fenced yard was perfect for dogs. The chargers for electric vehicles was abundant and easy to use. It clean and felt cozy in rooms.

We hadn't intended to stay in Kelowna but car trouble forced us to spend a night while we waited for repairs. After being turned away by two completely sold out chain hotels in the area, the Best Western Plus Kelowna was able to accommodate us. We weren't expecting much so were really pleased to find a huge, clean room with comfortable beds, nice towels and toiletries and not one dysfunctional tap, lamp, socket, shower curtain etc. The last minute price was reasonable and the included breakfast was surprisingly good with real food and lots of choice. We especially liked our balcony overlooking the garden which was the respite we needed at the end of a challenging day.

Back up for business and stayed here again. Same great service and great breakfast in the morning. Was only in for a night and like this place for how walkable it is and all the places around it to eat or shop.
