Car park has limited parking. We arrived at 9 and there were no spaces left so had to park up the road in the premiere inn designated space then walk 5 mins down the road. Also at a cost of £15 did not think this was very secure overnight parking.

As an Australian I miss not having a fridge to put water or drinks in, especially in summer. Pepperoni pizza , medium plate size, cut into quarters with 3 pieces of pepperoni on each quarter!!! And expensive. Paid extra for full coverage and this one was much better!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Very close to Gatwick - a few minutes on local buses from South Terminal (4, 5, 100 Southbound). Extremely clean and quiet rooms/sleeping area, but a lively bar and restaurant downstairs. Helpful professional staff. Lots of design features, pictures on walls etc.

Far from Downtown Crawley. No guarded room for luggage if you cant check-in on arrival. Storage possible in public space near bar, not sure if staff is interested to care about.

I also went through Booking.com who contacted the hotel direct, but no-one from the reception at the hotel advised us the issue had been resolved. Consequently I spent around 5 hours in total trying to resolve the issue!

Not much immediately around the hotel but a bus is close outside to bring you to an area with more options. Has laundry service options but also has a handy washer/dryer you can do your own laundry in (for a small fee).

At check-in, the desk clerk could not find our reservations. Luckily I had printouts with the reservation numbers. Also, we know we were early and were told our rooms weren’t ready. Yet, some guests paid an extra 20 pounds for early check-in so the rooms were indeed ready. By 2pm we were all checked in with some paying the early check-in fee and others not. We had 5 rooms for our group.

Il servizio navetta non è gratuito, il percorso dall’hotel all’aeroporto in navetta è di 30 minuti perché copre più alberghi. Meglio per chi viaggia con la propria auto, altrimenti conviene scegliere una struttura davvero vicina all’aeroporto e ben collegata.

The restaurant served good food, although the service was a little slow. The room had good amenities and comfortable and clean beds.
The service was a bit slow at the bar and restaurant, and there weren't any alternative places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Chambre très bruyante, bruits de route etde voiture incessants, impossibilité d’aérer la chambre en ouvrant la fenêtre, elle est condamnée par sécurité. nous n’avons pratiquement pas dormi de la nuit, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel malgré l’accueil agréable du personnel.
Doubler les vitrages et faire en sorte qu’on puisse aérer un minimum cette chambre qui est très poussiéreuse.

Extremely well looked after by Neil Barlow, their Deputy General Manager, who was most courteous and efficient, and who demonstrated great commercial acumen in suggesting we make contact with the hotel regarding price-match on accommodation when next staying in the area. This we will certainly do, particularly as the public areas here are very clean indeed.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2026This hotel is perfectly located right beside the airport, making it convenient for travellers. The room was clean and well kept, and the overall atmosphere of the place is warm and pleasant. We had a nice relaxing time here in the evening. It offers great value for an overnight stay near the airport. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable transit hotel.
