Great amenities, and fantastic if travelling with children. Pack of jellies on the bed for our little boy was a lovely touch.

Our stay was so special. Tired, busy parents of young kids. We requested the quietest, coolest room available as a last minute, convenient get away for our anniversary. The room was wonderful, they left us a welcome pack with chocolate, popcorn and a drink and drinks voucher and a very lovely card wishing us a happy anniversary and pleasant stay away from the littlies. So thoughtful. Then we used our drinks voucher and had a lovely meal. The mango chicken salad was excellent, I chose the teriyaki salmon. They were out of quinoa, sadly and said they would serve with rice. This was a bit bland. I gave this feedback and they took this off the bill. They made our desert extra special by presenting it with a 'happy anniversary'. We really appreciated these special touches, so much so that we will definitely do this again as it's an easy spot for us. Thank you Team Hilton for putting the thought in, we have been amazed by your efforts and had a lovely break!

loved the welcome drinks on arrival, room was a great size and comfortable, and not too hot either. The breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed the swim in the pool as well.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel gyms were appreciated as was the pool which is why I booked. We forgot to bring a swim suit but the on site shop had a good selection which helped us out. Big car park which was convenient and easy to find a space. Perfect location for going to watch superbikes. Room was comfortable, quiet and spacious

They forgot about our food order in the evening, had to chase it up and in the end took about an hour for our dinner to arrive, although waitress who chased it up was lovely and we were offered a free drink which was appreciated. Fairly noisy heavy drinking crowd in the bar in the evening which made it bit less comfortable for me and my child to have a quiet dinner to ourselves

Well placed and easy to get to. Friendly and helpful team. Comfortable beds and great pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities. Good selection at breakfast.

Bathroom was a bit dated, sink tap got v hot and then stayed hot and couldn't get any cold. Had ants invading the table at breakfast. Had to pay for parking.

Location good, affordable price , room was comfortable and clean.

Public areas need maintenance and cleaning, amenities are old, swimming pool jaccouzi not working, ladies changing area toilet closed, showers were poorly maintained. Stains on chairs in the main bar.

Mike and Molly really made my stay above and beyond

We were in the area visiting family for ten nights and, without hesitation, booked this hotel as we have been before and know the facilities, food and staff are excellent. Mike on the bar made our last night as he was extremely kind to our boisterous boys when we ate there and found them activities and treats which went down extremely well with them! We will be back

We were very impressed with this hotel We had a meal and stayed a night before flying. Whilst away we decided to stay the night on our return. Our flight had to land in Venice for a medical emergency. We didn't arrive at the hotel until nearly 3am and the staff were very good, as was breakfast. I would particularly like to thank Bina who was extremely pleasant and helpful when we checked out.

Hotel is a bit of a home from home at the moment. It’s a nice hotel with lovely staff. I look forward to my cappuccinos in the morning especially if they are made by Suzy.

Location was great.

Room key mess up on arrival - receptionist not concentrating on us. We got the wrong room key (and it was miles away from reception). Think we were about to walk into someone else’s room. Ordered dinner in the bar. It was truly awful - unbelievably bad. Bar area was dirty, no-one clearing the tables. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Stayed for the Download Festival and it was a great option. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and the room most comfortable. Would definitely do this again

Cost of drinks at the bar!

Everything neat and clean and tidy staff was helping quick service. I rang midnight for a fan and they gave me in five minutes. Everything neat and clean provide water tea, coffee milk, sugar everything in the room bathroom is neat and clean. Room was so nice. Stuff was so helping reception was so good the communicate really well. I really enjoy my stay there. I normally come and I always choose to stay in Hilton always wherever wherever I am other in London or Leicester so basically everything is fine good 10 out of 10.

Regularly stay here on business and always receive excellent service from Rui at breakfast: he is a real asset to the hilton. Always helpful and friendly and provides attentive service throughout.

A wonderful hotel, but what impressed me the most was the staff, namely Alina, the girl who checked us in. She didn't just register us, she immediately solved a problem that arose due to my own carelessness when booking the room. Also, we were travelling with children, and she made sure an extra bed was added to our room and even left some treats for the kids on their beds. Right from the very first second, Alina turned our stay into a relaxing and pleasurable experience. We booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, and we were incredibly satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. The staff don't just do their job, they are genuinely invested in making sure you, as a guest, have a great time. My rating is 5.5 out of 5!

Great stay at the Hilton. Our server & now friend RUI was so kind & attentive & provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning. Only feedback would be a bit of maintenance needs to be done in bedrooms as the bathroom shower nob was faulty. Thank you

We chose this hotel as it was close to Slick City where we were going as a family. The process from booking to check out was fantastic. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We were celebrating my dad’s birthday and the staff went beyond to make sure his birthday trip was one to remember. I also have an autistic son and Hilton standards are high whichever location we visit which makes life easier. At breakfast Suzy was an absolute star ensuring our table was looked after, and finding alternatives for my son. I would recommend this hotel.

I hadn't stayed here for a couple of years so it was good to be back for a night before a flight the next day. All I can do is echo many of the previous comments. The staff here really do make the difference. A friendly check in, being asked about your day, hearing a goodbye as you leave, etc. This is often missing from other hotels, especially in the era of self check-in machines. Yes, the decor is somewhat dated, but that's fine. It's spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you would expect. I ate with a colleague at the restaurant in the evening, again the service was very good and the food was great! No hesitation in staying here again.

What a lovely stay at this cosy place! I loved the place, specially the wonderful breakfast. The special vegetarian omelette that Rui made was truly mouthwatering! I I’d love to stay again at this place for this yummy omelette again . Thanks so much Rui for your suggestion ❤️❤️

Good to have a pool but it could do with some updating and repairs to ceiling. Showering beige entering the pool should be mandatory as there were some unclean smelling males entering without showering Jacuzzi was lovely and hot.

Staff were really really great however some of the restaurant staff could do with some further training regards to not serving drinks handling the rim of the glasses
