La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. La posizione a due passi dal Tamigi e dalla Modern Tate

La zona colazione, con poco spazio tra i tavoli e nessuna tovaglia. Nessun prodotto fresco, brioche e muffin surgelati, nessuna torta o plumcake. Prodotti salati di bassa qualità. La struttura in generale è triste e un po' squallida, la camera è poco arredata, con comodini piccolissimi e stazioni di ricarica del telefono lentissime (non sono mai riuscita a completare una ricarica di notte). Bagno piccolo e doccia piccola con soffione troppo basso per un uomo di alta statura.

Stayed the previous weekend, spot on location for myself.

The only fault was the mattress it had a dip in it, ( bed nearest the bathroom wall) Although I slept, well, owing to attending a concert and a days travel, and it being 1 night. I didn't get given the chance to say anything on checkout.

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Ich konnte wichtige Orte fast ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber ich kann nicht sagen, dass es ein gutes Frühstück war. Aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer drang ein unangenehmer Geruch. Der Teppich muss dringend gereinigt werden.

За втори път посещаваме мястото. Най-голямото предимство, е че резервирате класически хотел в най-централната част на Лондон. Добро съотношение цена-качество. Хотелът е чист, любезен персонал, хубава закуска, стаите се почистват редовно. Специално внимание ще обърна на това, че има система за настаняване за закуска, каквато нямаше преди няколко години и всичко е наред и спокойно. Няма проблем при регистрация и напускане да се остави багажа за няколко часа, което е много удобно.

Изрично, още при резервацията поисках стая с две отделни легла, защото сме двама възрастни човека. На чек-ин ни обясниха, че ще ни дадат спалня и нямат стая с две отделни легла. Това, което успяха да ни дадат е допълнителна завивка, което беше малко неуважително, оставаше и обща да споделяме.

Check in is tricky prior to arrival as UK citizens are prompted to download either their passport or drivers license which is completely unnecessary

Staff was very accommodating about arranging our hop on hop off tour and about helping us with our electrical conversion issues. The staff also greatly assisted us with luggage storage.

Good breakfast that gives you a great start for the day. The room was cleaned and enough of space for bags and people. 10 min walk to Blackfriars or Waterloo stations is great. On my trip we went to Camden and Wembley and that was no problem when stations are so near.

Easy to find, good location near plenty of eateries. Close to two underground stations. Friendly and polite staff. Room was a good size, bathroom bright and clean and beds really comfortable. Breakfast plentiful.

Dated room with worn furniture. View from window was a building site. Only stayed one night so wasn't a huge problem.

Dichtbij waar ik moest zijn. Midden in het centrum van Londen. Kamer was relatief klein maar alles wat je nodig had en hygiënisch.

Niet zoveel keuze voor ontbijt, miste charcuterie bijvoorbeeld. Ook de verbinding met de underground was matig. Toch een eindje stappen tot het dichtstbijzijnde station.

Breakfast was lovely. The location was only fair for us, as it was just a little farther than I had anticipated. I just didn't do enough homework on the location, so the problem was really mine.

The location was perfect for our trip to The Globe. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and so smiley.

The facility was very clean and bright. The location was exactly where we needed to be for our scheduled tours and ease of travel. The staff were outstanding! Very friendly, upbeat yet professional. They appeared to really like their jobs and made us feel welcomed. After over 12 hours of travel we were exhausted and desperately needing sleep. Even though we arrived before check in time, the staff was gracious enough to find a room that was available and allowed us to check in a little early without charge. Bathroom was a good size and had all the necessary amenities. Water was hot and plentiful. Breakfast was delicious! We were very impressed with the variety and quality of the selections. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect and close to public transportation if you don’t want to walk too far.

Lack of storage in the room. There isn’t a closet or dresser making it difficult to organize clothes for our three night stay.

Nice safe area but close to many tourists attractions and walkable to the train/tube stations. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel had good air conditioning. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I would choose this hotel again when visiting London.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la Tate Modern y varias paradas de metro de diferentes líneas. Queda a 2 minutos de la parada del National Express que te lleva a Stansted. Si llegas a ese aeropuerto es perfecto. El personal es muy amable, la limpieza es impecable. También recomendable el desayuno.

It is very accessible to London. Cleanliness is excellent and beds very comfortable. It was practically silent in our ground floor room, no traffic noise. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. Breakfast choice was good, fresh and plentiful.

We booked a room for 3, my adult daughters and I, but the room was really too tight with the fold out bed for 3 nights. Maybe 1 night would be ok. Breakfast was a bit manic as buffet area is small, granted we were in the last hour brigade.

De ligging dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en southwark station. De vriendelijke medewerkers die je goed helpen.

De kamer had iets schooner kunnen zijn bij de shampoo flessen houders. Het ontbijt was wel een karige english breakfast, champignons erbij zou heel lekker geweest zijn. Iets meer keuze van brood beleg was fijn en lekker geweest.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista: camera comoda e pulita, colazione ottima e abbondante con una buona varietà e qualità del cibo proposto, location fantastica e staff super disponibile, cordiale e sorridente, in particolare la ragazza del breakfast Nicoleta che era sempre molto simpatica e divertente con la nostra bambina. Piccoli gesti spontanei che restano nel cuore, e vanno oltre un semplice rapporto cliente-hotel.

Nulla, l'unico 4/5 è il rapporto qualità prezzo, perchè il prezzo è oggettivamente alto, ma quello dipende da Londra e non dall'hotel.

all the meat that were offered only pork or ham for breakfast, which is normal for a Christian country obviously, but would have been nice also to have other options

Easy check in- we arrived 3 hours early and because room was ready we were allowed to check in. Flexibility is a good trait.. Room was very clean and in all things worked. At breakfast the staff worked hard.

De omgeving, aangepaste kamer

Vriendelijk onthaal en we mochten vroeger inchecken. De kamer was goed aangepast, al werkte één handvat niet zoals het moest. Leuke, rustige buurt met gezellige restaurants. Het bed was te smal waardoor ik slecht sliep, en de ontbijtruimte was erg krap. Eén ochtend kon ik zelfs niet zelf eten halen door de plaatsing van de tafel.

Wir haben eigentlich alles sehenswertes von London zu Fuss erreichen können. Waren direkt bei der Milleniumsbrücke (Harry Potter), und Shakespear's Theater. Entlang der Themse konnte man eigentlich alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Klar teils 60min Fussweg aber wir wollten ja London ansehen. Haben die U-Bahn/Bus kaum benutzt.

Zimmer war für 3 Personen etwas klein bzw. die Betten haben fast den gesamten Raum eingenommen und hat zu viel blockiert. Hat uns jetzt weniger gestört da wir viel unterwegs waren.

Sve je bilo odlično, soba čista, uredna, klimatizirana, osoblje je ljubazno i diskretno, lokacija je izvrsna.

The hotel was very clean with a good standard of breakfast.

Our room was very small but very clean.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. We kwamen aan en we konden de auto voordat ons verblijf begon al laten staan in overleg in de garage. Ontbijt was erg goed en airco in de kamer was erg fijn. Fantastische locatie waar veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand waren.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μπορείς να επισκεφτείς τα κυριότερα αξιοθέτα του Λονδίνου με τα πόδια. Πολύ κοντά και στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Καθαρό με πολύ ευγενικο προσωπικό.

Οι παροχές του δωματίου εξαντλούνται στα πολύ βασικά. Επίσης, το πρωινό είναι μέτριο τόσο από την άποψη της ποιότητας όσο και από την άποψητης ποικιλίας.

I found my stay in this hotel pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty even though there weren't too many options. Room was clean and the staff was really kind and welcoming. What we liked the best was the location. It is very central and well connected, even with the airport. Perfect for a few days of exploring in London.

The lobby smells a bit mouldy. I purchased a two single beds room but got one queensized bed and one sofa bed. The TV in the room is big, but it is not a smart a TV. A bit pricey for what it is, but this is London so it is expected.

Location and underground parking was a big plus.

Einfach und simpel, es hat alles was man braucht für einen Städtetrip. Gute Zimmergrösse inkl. Bad für zwei Personen. Möglichkeit, zwei Betten separat zu buchen (ins. für Freunde).

Die Subway Anbindung ist nicht perfekt, dafür hat es gleich eine Lime-Station (oftmals schneller als Auto/Subway).

Goede ligging, zeer goede geluidsisolatie, ontbijt goed. Voldoende plaats in ontbijtruimte

Don't know if it was the extraction fans or some other system but the electrical humming wasn't great for a light sleeper. Fine for one night though.

Dit hotel is een prima uitvalsbasis om Londen te verkennen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer was erg ruim, schoon en geluiddicht: geen lawaai van buiten. Ontbijt zit bij de prijs in en is prima: beetje basic, maar vers en altijd voldoende. Vanuit het hotel zijn er verschillende undergroundstations op loopafstand (tussen 5-15 minuten): je kunt echt makkelijk alle kanten op. De citymapperapp is een aanrader: deze vertelt precies naar welk station je moet. Het hotel biedt verder geen lunch of diner, maar er zijn genoeg supermarktjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Er waren zelfs mensen die eten lieten bezorgen bij het hotel.

We hebben eigenlijk geen aanmerkingen. We hadden om een kamer met twee eenpersoonbedden gevraagd: deze was niet beschikbaar. Personeel heeft wel aangeboden om de volgende dag te wisselen van kamer, maar dit was achteraf niet nodig. We hebben prima geslapen.

The staff did everything to give us a room a little earlier than the usual check-in time. It was a handicapped room and bathroom but it worked for us. The breakfast was excellent!

It would have been nice to have body lotion and hair conditioner in the room. There was only shampoo and body soap. A gym could have been nice as well (I ran along the river, and it was beautiful. However, for rainy days a gym is better).
