Die Lage ist super, direkt am See! Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht ist unglaublich schön. Zimmer sehr grosszügig

Natürlich ist das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Hat aber trotzdem einen eigenen Charm behalten. Bäder sind teilweise Renovationsbedürftig.

Fantastisk søudsigt og hyggelig altan. Rigtig god morgenmad. Et hotel fra den helt rigtige tid, hvor pladsoptimering endnu ikke var opfundet. Skønt med luft omkring tingene.

Our room and bathroom were in réal need of tlc and modernisation. In fairness, we were offered a well appointed suite initially but very minimalist and ‘cold’ with no lake view. We changed to a suite on the 6th floor with a lake view to die for but stains on the carpets and in real need of a refurb! Staff were great.

Airco op de kamer tijdens een warme zomerweek. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Net buiten centrum wat een ideale ligging is met een waanzinnig uitzicht.

De douche/badkamer is wel erg gedateerd.

Altes Bel Epoque Hotel, das sich weitgehend auf seinem früheren Charme ausruht. Die Zimmer wurden immerhin modernisiert und boten große, bequeme Betten, feudale Bäder und eine eigene Terrasse mit Zugang zur Seepromenade. Nachts war es ruhig. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt, der Preis dafür war überteuert.

Gänge muffig, leichter Geruch nach Schimmel. Empfangshalle im Outfit veraltet, die tolle Sicht auf den Genfer See macht das antiquierte Flair nur teilweise wett. Abendessen bekamen wir um 21 h keines mehr. Insgesamt etwas aus der Zeit gefallen, dafür deutlich zu teuer.

Wir hatten Service auf dem Zimmer. Das war super. Denn wir konnten den schönen Blick besser geniessen. Personal war sehr nett.

Von der Promenade her ist es schwierig, ins Hotel zu kommen.

Die Aussicht war grandios

Zimmer: Stücklisten kaputt, Sonnensrorre verrissen, Böden voller Staub, Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig, Rollladen defekt. An der Rezeption keine Person die Deutsch spricht.

Outre la qualité de l’hébergement, l’emplacement du gîte, maison indépendante au sein d’une superbe propriété, située dans un hameau, à 500 mètres d’une plage, et à 2 kilomètres du Conquet, le calme absolu, l’accueil de la propriétaire… dépaysement garanti !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt – einfach alles war perfekt! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, und das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Die Aussicht auf den Eiger war einfach atemberaubend! Besonders toll fanden wir, dass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann (Gondel, Zug, Supermarkt…) Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und höflich. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und planen bereits, schon bald wiederzukommen! 🏔️

Parkplatz Situation: Keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden, die möglichen sind per Parkscheibe zu nutzen, was den Zeitraum beeinflusst. Badezimmer rochen nach Abfluss Aufteilung der Badezimmer ungünstig, da das grössere in der Mitte angesiedelt ist

Très bel emplacement avec une vue spectaculaire et accès facile sur le lac. Personnel très serviable que ce soit à la réception ou en salle de restauration/ petit déjeuner. Bon petit déjeuner, piscine intérieure agréable.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, la décoration des chambres est très datée avec des moquettes jaunes, des meubles de moyennes qualité, c'est vraiment dommage car cet hôtel a un immense potentiel.. Ménage dans l'une des chambres un peu trop superficiel. Cet hôtel est également une clinique, cela surprend au début mais pas du tout génant finalement.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location by the lake is great, the room is very spacious, staff is helpful and friendly, the view is beautiful and there is great Air Conditioning in the room. We took a junior suite and had a small garden, which was very nice.

The carpet in the corridor leading to our room was stained as well as some furniture in our room. It makes the place look run down.

Second time here, absolutely love it. Love that it has a nostalgia, gorgeous corners, beautiful rooms with a view & nice hospitality. Just such a nice place and a satisfying stay. A bit underrated.

Nada, muy mala experiencia.

Es muy antiguo y necesita muchas mejoras, el mantenimiento del edificio parece inexistente. Tiene moqueta y está muy sucia. Suciedad en las juntas de la ducha, con bastantes desperfectos y muebles en muy mal estado. Dos sillas de plástico en la terraza, viejas. Calidad-precio pésimo.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu z widokiem na jezioro genewskie. Blisko przystanek autobusowy oraz kolejowy. Goście hotelu otrzymują kartę rivera Montreux co daje darmową komunikację oraz zniżkę na większość atrakcji. Hotel ma swoje lata ale ma również niepowtarzalny klimat. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Z przyjemnością tam wrócę!

The views from our room on the 4th floor, and from the public rooms downstairs, are fabulous. The bedroom was large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is right next to the lakefront. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

Located on the coastline of Lake Leman, and in a good location for exploring the town, the view from the private balcony was a delight! The room was extremely spacious, generally quiet, and with a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was available and worked satisfactorily. The bathroom was of an adequate size with a tub/shower, vanity sink, and toilet. Breakfast comprised a variety of foods, providing a good start to the day.

Bathroom outdated with stained and cracked toilet and sink. Lack of facilities in the room (tea/coffee maker for example) The A/C struggled to lower the room temperature, being either of an inadequate size and/or old and inefficient. Musty, faded carpets

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. Es hat einen kleinen Garten mit Liegestühlen, von wo aus man direkt in den See kann. Der Quaiweg bis ins Zentrum von Montreux ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Direkt hinter dem Hotel fahren die Züge durch. Wir hatten ein lake view Eckzimmer und hörten die Züge auch bei geschlossenen Fenster sehr gut. Um zum Pool zu gelangen muss man durch lange Gänge unter dem Nebengebäude durchgehen.

Manque général de propreté et entretien dans l'hôtel. Le parking n'est pas gratuit...mais en zone avec disque. Manque d'informations pratiques du personnel de réception. Réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, reçu que 2 riviera card au lieu de 4. Administratif négligée.

Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft. Unser Zimmer war groß und komfortabel, mit einem wunderschönen Balkon und herrlicher Aussicht auf den Genfersee. Besonders schön war das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit dieser tollen Aussicht. Auch die Sauna und der Innenpool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Ich hatte ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Seeblick und großem Balkon in der 5 Etage. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Berge war einfach phantastisch.

Das Hotel direkt am See mit dem Wellnessbereich -Pool und Sauna- und der schönen Liegewiese am See ist großartig. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl.

L’hôtel est très bien situé avec accès direct sur la promenade du bord du lac. La vue sur le lac est super. Nous avons été surclassé en suite junior, donc l’espace était plus que confortable avec notre fils de un an. Lit bébé à notre arrivée. Très grande piscine avec Hamam. Personnel très sympa.

L’accès à la piscine est un peu compliqué il faut une clé à demander à la réception or nous il n’y en avait plus. Manque un peu d’équipement autour de la piscine heureusement qu’il n’y avait personne.

Mooi locatie met uitzicht op het meer. Boulevard is gelijk grenzend aan de tuin. Kamer was ruim bedden oké. Sanitair wat verouderd maar netjes en functioneert. Parkeren voor het hotel is gratis maar wel druk gezien het openbare plekken zijn.

Ik vind het ontbijt erg duur hebben we ook niet bijgeboekt kwam op 75 CFH uit per dag voor twee volwassenen en 2 kinderen

There was no electric water kettle in our suite. There were 3 coffeepads and if you wished for more you had to pay, a bit odd in this type of accomodation. Furthermore our showerhead came completely off during use. No compensation for this gives no sign of customer engagement, I would have said “the minibar is on us” Location was absolutely breathtaking but the building is a bit former glory, needs a loving modernisation.

Staff bringing for you food or required item, after knocking immediately unlocking the door and trying to enter. I would say that hotel is 2 stars, max 2.5 , and not worth the value of money.

Weird!! A truly beautiful hotel in it's heyday, in a fabulous position with a view to die for but sharing a lift with nurses and blood pressure machines every day made for a really creepy, uncomfortable family experience!! It seems to masquerade as a skin clinic but we never saw any customers for those services only the infirm as the defibrillators and black Mercedes vans parked outside would suggest! Floor 1 seems to be a no-go area as we were ushered back into the lift after thinking it was the ground floor. Lots of people hanging around all day on the landing outside the lift on the 5th floor was rather unnerving. Staff were generally pleasant as was breakfast, pool was nice. Everything is a bit shabby and neglected (carpets stained, curtains faded, no kettle) and could do with a revamp but most importantly it needs to decide if it's a luxury hotel or a hospital!!! Definitely wouldn't stay here again unless I was ill!!!

Très bon emplacement situé à mi-chemin entre le centre ville et le château de Chillon avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Personnel très agréable et disponible qui nous a donné plein de très bons conseils pour organiser nos visites. Je recommande vivement.

We were very disappointed that we were not informed in advance about the Blockage of all the roads. Had we known earlier, we could have planned accordingly. Instead, we had to completely rearrange our trip. We had to change our flights, modify our car rental and book another one, reserve an extra night at a different hotel, and reorganize our entire itinerary—all because of the blockage situation. The property knew we had a rental car waiting outside, yet no one informed us beforehand. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and a significant inconvenience. Better communication in advance would have prevented all of these issues.

L'hôtel est fabuleux ! La chambre très belle, la literie de bonne qualité et la vue sur le lac et la montagne ... exceptionnelle !! Nous avons passé un week-end incroyable !

L’hôtel est très bien situé, facile d’accès. La chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable.

Location was perfect, absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a suite on the ground floor with out two kids. Plenty of space and we enjoyed the really easy lake access. The sofa bed in the room was comfortable for the kids and the additional bathroom was a bonus. The pool was gorgeous and mostly completely empty! The breakfast was good too. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel downstairs by the suites was a little tired. You can tell they have tried to keep on top of it, things like thin patched up bits of carpet, but this part of the hotel does need a bit more work renovation really. It was however spotlessly clean and very comfortable so it's was all just small aesthetic things that didn't affect our comfort or enjoyment of the stay.
