Really lovely and modern decor. Clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I had the best night's sleep.

The TV wasn't opposite the bed which would have been better instead of on the table. It meant I wasn't able to lie in bed and watch the TV, which let the experience down.

We travelled by train the locatipn was great for the station, motorpoint arena, football ground and town centre all within an easy walk. Staff helpful and happy to store our bags before and after check in and out times. Great breakfast good selection of hot and cold food.

Central to the city

Location was only 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk into town. Very pleasant bar area with a selection of tables with table lamps. Vending machines in the foyer offering a range of items and snacks. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. 10 minute walk to the Motorsport Arena making it ideal if you are attending an event or a show.

Sadly an area where it appears some ‘less desirable’ can hang around outside which didn’t bother me but might bother others. The price for breakfast at £16+/person was steep I felt and could have been included in the price of the room. The shower was over the bath which was ok had no anti slip mat. One was available from reception apparently, but seriously who’s going to want to get one from reception?

We were on 8th floor and the water pressure for the shower was poor

This is a lovely hotel with excellent friendly staff. The room was excellent with good facilities and very clean. The lower bath makes getting in and out of the shower a lot easier for the older person. The bar area has a very nice comfortable atmosphere.

The only negative was the soft mattress, we prefer a more solid one, so its just down to personal choice and would not put us off coming to this hotel in the future.

Location excellent , close to the station . I was in Nottingham for the cricket at Trent Bridge , around 25-30 mins walk.

I wasn’t aware of the Spa facilities . I should have read the Hotel description properly I’m sure there are signs for it , but I didn’t notice any ..

Bed mattress and pillows one of the best I have slept on in a hotel. Everything else was standard for what I expected. Staff were pleasant but were not required a lot. Breakfast was very good.

The plan provided to get to the car park could have had more details on how to walk to the hotel ie walk over the tram lines, go down one floor, follow station to right and far exit. The dining area was a little more basic than I expected. The bar staff could have been a little more prompt to come and take our orders. No water provided by the hotel in the room and refrigerated water was quite expensive to purchase if not in the mood to walk down to the nearest Tesco..

I liked the complimentary coffee at the bar which is Ily coffee which is a good brand! Also, I liked the atmosphere in the bar lounge area.

I didn't like our noisy neighbours and we heard everything including noisy sex and vibrations through the walls!! They had visitors to their room too and it was early on a Saturday morning at 7.20 am! We banged on the wall twice not sure it made much of a difference.

Location was perfect, very close to the station & easy stroll into the city centre. Didn’t receive the warmest welcome at reception, but, after a late arrival due to train delays, we opted to dine at the hotel restaurant. Staff were fantastic, especially Louis & Rebecca who looked after us, so much so, we ate there on our second night too. The food was delicious. Breakfast fabulous too!!! Great choice & à hot, self service English breakfast!! Beds very comfortable.

Bathrooms need updating - really old fashioned, no toiletries or essentials supplies other than soap. The lighting is awful !! Rooms need more plugs for drying hair near mirror.

The staff onsite were extremely helpful and the location is pretty good.

The parking is quite a distance from the hotel in a parade. The pillows were not the greatest and the rooms were warm so we had to open our window and traffic and sirens were fairly loud.

The air conditioning was very good and the staff were very friendly.

In need of some maintenance. There are some repairs needed in room 601. The shower head that is built in to the wall was coming away exposing a large hole behind. The soap dispenser in the shower was also very loose and when pumping the shower gel it fell off.

The location was excellent for what we wanted, we enjoyed it that much we are thinking about returning before the end of the year. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was ready and we were able to drop our things off earlier which really helped us and our plans for the day .

The hotel is comfortable and the location is very good, close to the train station and commercial area.

The service quality of its staff varies. When I checked into the hotel, the receptionist was very unfriendly with an attitude. No smile, no greetings and inhospitable. Though the tagline of the hotel is “Come to join us”, but I did not feel any hospitality. However, other staff in the hotel were generally friendly and helpful including staff in the restaurants.

Muy cerca de la estacion de tren y bus. Tuvieron varios detalles en la habitación como dejar galletas y Coca-Cola y mensajes en el espejo. Solo estuvimos una noche, pero muy amable el personal y cómoda la habitación

Location of the hotel was ideal for the work venue I was attending. Room was a good size, was modern and very well furnished. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the provision of four quality pillows. The room temperature was just right being neither too hot nor too cold.

The light from the corridor was shining through the gap under the door. The shower in the bathroom could have been more powerful.

I liked having the room at the end of the corridor and corner of hotel giving me windows on two walls and quieter as no one passing my room plus everything from the bed to the bathroom is of high standard and nice n clean

Like most hotels I find the cups to be on the small side I wish someone would break this trend also I find sometimes you want a softer lighting option a smaller watt bulb for low lighting but yet again most hotels similar

Shower not as user friendly as other hotels within this chain. Not enough power. Breakfast not enjoyable, sausages didn’t taste right like they’ve been left out for a while. Didn’t like hot food waiting service i felt rushed and prefer the buffet style for the hot food.

How close it was to the coach and train station. Being able to check in online so all i needed to get was the key. And the fact that they have 24/7 staff as i got there very late.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice added touch of complimentary snacks and drink on arrival and complimentary coffees/discount on food and drink.

The location wasn't quite as central to the centre as I thought. Was a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

It’s was clean, and only a 15 minute walk into the city center. We were able to leave our bags in the morning before check in.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Staff super friendly. The food available for dinner was delicious and well priced. Overall a really nice stay.

So much. The flush in toilet doesnt work great, you have to push it really hard. Sink looked filthy , bath looked filthy, some channels on the tv were not working. The condiments looked like they had been there for far too long. the access key to get into the room is just a nightmare. Like you need some sort of technique where you put it in but gotta wait for the light to come on as you take it out to get it. Just yeah something weird like that, that doesnt make sense to me.
