The breakfast was fantastic with fruit juice, the scramble egg and Sugg age and the rooms are okay the staff too are very wonderful and friendly. They attend to customers with full passion when required

Generally, everything about the hotel is fine and during the breakfast, I love the fresh hot sliced tomatoes, forest trees with low fat yoghurt were all very nice including oath milk juice and almond juice.

Was easy to find

The staff was very rude. Come down for a drink and the lady was rude as there was nothing on draught. Only limited bottles and the fridge cooler was turned off so they was not cold. The bathroom in our room was still dirty and hairs in the shower. I told the lady this and her response was sorry we are short staffed which I don’t believe was good enough at all was very disappointed

The entrance is a bit narrow to get in with a car, a silly driver came in speeding and nearly got us. The maintenance could be better, broken shelf which was repaired but repair was meh, door had to locked rather than just closed as it missed the latch which made me anxious with my child. Mouldy shower head.

Basic hotel used for one night to watch the athletics at Alexandra Stadium. Basic hotel, nothing fancy, just somewhere to stop for the night and comfortable Breakfast was decent

Appeared to be short staffed during a busy breakfast time. Had trouble keeping up with clearing tables. Had to ask for items to be refilled e.g. cutlery, butter, yoghurt which to be fair was done right away.

I booked a twin room and got a double. On the night tried to swap but hotel was fully booked, however we were advised to check again in the morning and got a reply that we were able to transfer rooms. Please can booking.com, ensure that customers receive the booking and pass on the details to hotel as specified as customers are asking for what they want but this is not being passed on to hotel staff!

I was not impressed that during breakfast there was a shortage of plates and cups. We waited 20 min for the mugs. Not acceptable.

The breakfast could have been better. It had no flavour. When I initially went for breakfast I actually thought the hotel was an Ayslum Seeker hotel with the amount of none British People and ladies wearning full hijab. I’m not used to seeing this at a British Hotel. After checking within a member of staff I was reassured it wasn’t a Home Office Run Hotel.

The card opening system was always at fault so ended up going up and down to reception to try and fix the issue. Also, rooms were cleaned late in the day, and on our second day we ended up with no clean towels at all since we were still in room.

Tv Tiny compared to other rooms as stayed there before. Lightning also wasn’t as great too. Cleanliness fine but could have been just that bit better. I had to remake the bed as it was oddly made half way down and the mattress was exposed, bed was the smallest single ever!

The breakfast buffet being included was a nice addition, the lobby / reception area remained a calm quiet place throughout my stay and therefore felt accessible, I appreciate the air conditioning despite the intense heatwave outside I was very comfortable (at times even cold!) and pet friendly policy for my cat ensured we were both comfy. I liked the towel and room service options offered on a daily basis upon request at your door. Staff at the front desk and bar were all friendly, helpful, polite but also really approachable and relaxed which I appreciated, everyone is so hardworking and hands on which is so nice to see

The bathroom amenities were lacking such as basics like toothpaste/face towels (I prefer to use during showers) and other features such as flip flops/slippers or bathrobes - I wish like the bath mat I could request these extras as the front desk even if there were additional charges for the flip flops/use of bathrobes for example. It would be nice if a small catalog was available with your basic toiletries Would be nice if there were halal or a few more vegan options during breakfast - but more so the dinner menu was limited (eg Jacket potato, halal chicken / beef options, more sandwich options) and better coffee. I preferred eating dinner in my room and it would be nice if orders from the menu could be brought to your room instead of waiting at the bar. I wish the pet charge for my cat was lower than £10 per night as I didn’t request nor receive any additional services or accommodations for my pet - maybe max £7 for a cat and £10 for dogs

Star City is close and I fancied something sweet. I found Haute Dolci and my god it didn't dissapoint. I might have to eat lettuce for the rest of the month. The hotel is ok, it's fantastically close to my customer on the Gravelly estate.

My daughter stayed here with her best friend for prom and they was so happy and exited a few family members meet up at the bar down and had a few drinks and there was ice cold water and juice at the entrance.

The hotel location is away from usual traffic, very friendly staff, breakfast was very good. Our room was very good size and big bed. Plenty of free parking.

We had an issue in the shower, the shower house and the inlet pipe needs replacing, we struggled with this which only Leeds to take more time to finish taking bath. No other issues. As the place is old, but it not poor place to stay at all. I would recommend the hotel if they could ease or check the rooms while they clean and fix any issues.

The location was great for what we wanted.

There was nothing we didn't like. Although do not use the taxi phone at reception. They put the phone down on us twice then when we did finally speak to someone you could hardly hear them and they said taxi would be 5 minutes but was over 45 minutes. Luckily we ordered another taxi from another company.

Booked a disabled access room, I also messaged the hotel regarding the disabled access room, when we checked in the first room Had a shower over the bath which I cannot get in, the second room had a shower with a step into it, as the hotel was full we had to accept this room & my husband helped me in & out of the shower, when talking to the receptionist, the hotel only has 1 fully accessible room, it doesn't state on the booking.com website this important information. Also the bed was really small so didn't have the best sleep.

Aside from the huge tree outside of our window (which actually didn't give us a view lol) it would have been nicer to get a tad more natural light in but it was something to complain about to be honest.
