Great location, plenty of places nearby including multiple restaurants/bars, a Tesco next door and the Motorpoint Arena. Parking is opposite the hotel too. Room even had an A/C unit which is a bonus.

Had a single room. Very clean, good price for a 'city' hotel. Bed was comfortable and towels nice and thick. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and the breakfast room staff were exceptional. We were a little early to check in and were told it would be 20 GBP more or we could come back in an hour. Give me a break! If the room was ready, then just let us check in. Excellent location, close to Motopoint arena where we saw a concert. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants close by and parking at the Lace Market Parking garage was convenient. The hotel gives a discount for the 24 hour fee.

The tram outside went on until after 1am and started again at 5.30 am so we had a terrible sleep

Very centrally located, very clean and tidy throughout with good facilities. Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Easy check in /out. Over all a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast needs reviewing, particularly the hot food. Should really provide a la carte menu made fresh rather than buffet style as food gets tepid/cold over time. Should really offer more egg options rather than cold hard boiled eggs and cold rubbery scrambled eggs.

Nice room for one person

A good location for Nottingham Arena. A good sized room which was very clean. Plenty of space for belongings. Pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was good, food was warm but not hot.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. Not enough tea, coffee and milk in the room. The shower wasn't very good, not powerful at all. The step up into the bathroom was quite high.

Personal dislike was the bathroom - felt a little space age like - had to step up into it and it was curved, so you were essentially in a cylinder. Also no proper bin in the room, only a small one in the bathroom.

The staff were very helpful and friendly without exception. The central location made everything accessible within an enjoyable walking distance.

Limited choice at the time we had breakfast. There were no hash browns, two rashers of bacon and two sausages.

I seem to have been bitten by bed bugs during our stay! Most certainly not impressed with that and the message it sends about the level of cleanliness in your hotel.

The hotel is in a good central location and which not overly cheap was still a fair price.

Parking is terrible not the Hotels fault as they use Lace Market car park opposite but still not great. The rooms are generally OK, but tired and need a refresh. The AC in our room wasn't working or was so weak it amounted to the same thing and the elevators, oh god the elevators! They make various mechanical noises no healthy machine should ever make! If they haven't killed anyone yet they are building towards it.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Nice comfy bed. Spacious shower. The staff were lovely. Had a problem with the hair dryer, the man on reception was so helpful and polite and gave me a new one for the room. Breakfast was lovely. Freshly cooked food and lovely choice of cold foods, yoghurt, cereals, breads and rolls. Something for everyone which you help yourself too. Nice coffees and coices of teas. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and out. Can,t fault the place.

The location is good for the city centre. It has a 24 hour bar and is next to the tram stop.

The room was in very poor condition, every item of furniture was damaged and there were spiders webs in the corners of the room. The condition was so poor I raised the issue with the management after leaving. At the price per night, it doesn't meet the required standard.

The hotel is well situated for the City Centre. The staff are friendly and the ambience is very good. It has 24 hour staffing, including bar and snacks. My room had a great view over the City.

Chosen for its location, very near bars and restaurants Hotel was quieter than I expected, which was better. Also, breakfast was good.

Hotel is basic and tired but as we paid under £40 for the room, it is excellent value.

The location was good, we were close to everything that we needed during our stay.

Our view from the hotel room wasn’t the greatest, it was a white wall. The room was also very dark and the lights weren’t very bright in the room itself.

Good location for the city centre and train station. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was adequate for what I needed. The buffet breakfast was good.

Room was airless as the windows don’t open wide and the ventilation is weak. However they did offer fans. Pillows were flimsy but they replaced them.

I must say the service from all the members of the team is exceptional. Starting from reception, breakfast team, house maintenance! Top quality! Some of the 5 star hotel staff should come and take notes. Budget or not the quality was top score including breakfast buffet. Fresh and good quality food. This hotel is definitely a strong contester amongst some of the higher end hotels in Nottingham. Thanks guys! Amazing stay!

Lovely Hotel and Great Location It was a lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and no strict rules. The room was comfortable, and the customer service was very polite and friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of the town, and the tram stop is conveniently located just in front of the hotel. We had a wonderful time staying there and really enjoyed our experience. We hope to come back again for our next holiday! 😊
