Staybridge Suites Liverpool by IHG

Excellent value, brilliant location. Rooms were spacious spotless. Highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

It’s well set out very clean and tidy and the staff absolutely amazing so helpful

There was nothing i didnt like I’ve visited many times and will visit many more

The location was fab

We had no problems whatsoever

It's an excellent location, right on the Albert dock so only a few minutes walk into the city centre. It was also very quiet, as the only vehicles are the ones with business on the wharf. I didn't bother with breakfast as it was 6.30 to 9.30 so a bit too early for me. The room was a decent size too and a lovely comfortable bed. There are plenty of sockets, although only one set has the USB charging. There's a nice large telly with the option to use apps like YouTube and Netflix. The shower is a decent size and a good flow of water and the shower gels/shampoo was also very nice.

The air conditioning is limited to 18 degrees, which to me isn't air conditioning at all, it should be able to go as low as 16. This did make it a bit uncomfortable at times. I opted for light housekeeping on the second day as I was needing new towels. There is no heated rail in the bathroom and they were still damp and unusable the following morning. I wasn't provided with any additional toilet roll and it ran out. I had hoped to be able to have something in the room using the kitchenette, but no oils, salt or pepper is provided, and I really didn't fancy buying them.

It’s clean and in the right location.

Staff excellent and friendly

Great welcome and easy to check in. In a really convenient area as we were visiting a show at the M&S Arena. Room was very comfortable with a lovely view. Had just what we needed. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed the stay nothing we could complain about

It was right next to the arena and the Albert docks. The room was massive and your own kitchen and even a dishwasher. We had the best ever nights sleep ever when we’ve been away and it was so quiet. The breakfast had a great choice including hot and cold food. The car parking wax under the hotel so was very accessible and they even allowed us to leave our car there after we had checked out to spend more time in Liverpool

My only negative comment is that we had to pay £24 for the car parking

Excellent location, staff friendly and professional, room great size and clean and well equipped. Breakfast good with plenty of choice .

The location

I was give a room that is obviously set up to disabled people. The bath room is easily flood with water everywhere after shower.

Really lovely and spacious room with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great location by Albert Docks and Baltic Triangle. Good breakfast. Super clean.

Pricey parking nearby.

The room one of the best we have stayed at.staff very welcoming and friendly, helpful.

No parking due to full

Lovely place to stay, have stayed a few times, perfect location! Lovely smart hotel. Smells clean as soon as you walk in

It was perfect

Close location to Albert Dock and on to City centre and good options available at breakfast

The breakfast & the laundry facilities.

It’s a 25 min walk from the train station which we were looking forward to after four hours on the train. We didn’t realise however that for the most part we had to drag our suitcases over cobbles. When you get to the hotel the doors open & you’re looking at a wall! No sign as to where reception is! I found that quite bizarre.

Excellent location. Nice and clean room. Great staff! Great breakfast!

Everything from the staff on entrance to the room, breakfast etc

Nothing

The room was very good, the sofa bed brilliant as my husband snores

I think the shower curtain could be upgraded to a screen? Also, no-one on reception several times

The cosy atmosphere in rooms and lounge/lobby

-

Best night sleep I've had in a long while, I'd love to know what mattress you use! Lovely spacious room and quiet

View from window wasn't great but for 1 nights stay I can't complain. Not fond of the scent of the toiletries which are in the bathroom, however that is down to personal choice.

Everything. Not one fault. Brilliant amenities, lovely staff, great breakfast.

Nothing!

Very clean, great location , with parking on site

Nothing all good, apart from the pillows, but managed eventually

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent for visiting local attractions. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Nothing we were happy with e verything

Location, breakfast

Dirty windows Sink didnt drain Towel hook hanging out of the wall

Excellent location whilst still being very quiet. Room was comfortable and well designed.

Poor selection and quality of food at breakfast. Incredibly busy; difficult to find a seat.

Good location and comfortable

Free laundry and location Spacious rooms

Location fantastic and the carpark brilliant

Our room stank of cigarettes

Great location in the dock area. Helpful, friendly staff Free laundry facilities fabulous

Nothing

It was very good

Space cleanliness

Very well maintained

Convenient for venue - fresh and light public areas and room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast room a bit crowded and limited seating on a busy morning; long queue for the coffee machine that was popular and needed frequent maintenance/emptying/filling

The location was great, and the concept of part hotel, part flat with cooking facilities was so helpful as it allowed us to control costs, and more importantly to cater for our little fussy eater.

It would have been nice to have had more information about the parking as while it is nice and secure, it is also limited in size and we were unaware of the booking process or the costs until we reached the hotel. The staff did however sort this out for us promptly, but were we lucky to get the last space, as without this we would not have known where to leave our car, in what was an unfamiliar city to us.

Excellent location within walking distance of city and tourist areas. Secure underground parking. Excellent breakfast, comfortable guest lounge.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Free cheese and wine late afternoon on certain days of the week.

You have to pay for parking.

Location, staff and how well set up the place is. No frills but everything you need. Friendly atmosphere.

Everything amazing hotel staff amazing

Nothing liked everything a out hotel

Room was clean and had good facilities and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty poor, coffee in the machine was terrible.

Desayuno bastante abundante

El sofá cama podía ser algo mejor

The room was lovely, well designed and nicely decorated with a great view. The fridge and microwave came in handy, too!

Nothing!

Space & kitchenette. Security in lifts to prevent unwanted visitors into bedroom area.

Sercurity on stairs enabling unwanted visitors into bedroom area.

Clean, comfortable and helpful friendly staff. Idea location

Nothing

The room had everything we needed, and they facilitated a portacot for our little one. The location is fantastic, staff lovely and held a social night when we arrived which was nice. The included breakfast was a nice bonus.

It was a touch small having a little one with us, but otherwise was a great stay and comfortable.

We had a wonderful two nights stay at the Staybridge in Liverpool. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was clean with a wonderful mini kitchen, a kettle with coffee, tea, milk, and a treat, and microwave that was also a convection oven plus a dishwasher. Just about everything you need to cook with was there. It was in a good location near the Albert dock with lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great every morning with lots of different choices. We would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay there again. They even have a social hour but not on the weekend, which is when we stayed there.

Location, facilities, breafast, price.

Couldn't turn cold air off. Not as clean as could be.

great location for conference facilites and the docks area- walking distance to the city sights.

Ottima posizione e parcheggio e colazione. Personale accogliente e disponibile

Niente

The hotel was lovely, brilliant location (once we found it, the signage was slightly hard to spot) and very friendly staff on reception. They very kindly organised a birthday card and wine in one of the rooms I booked, and I found them very accommodating when arranging this. The room was really spacious and comfortable, the kitchen facilities were beyond my expectations too. I thought it was especially useful that you could buy food in reception to prepare in the room, I didn’t travel with a child but I imagine this comes in quite handy for people with children as there doesn’t seem to be any supermarkets nearby. Overall it was a great experience, I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but this is expected from a buffet set-up. Wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Freundlicher Empfang, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffett, großzügiges und ruhiges Appartement, fantastische Lage direkt am Albert Dock

Everything

Très bien placé

Trafic concentré au petit déjeuner

Lage ist sehr gut. Rezeption Personal sehr gut.

Malo by to byť automatické.

Location , cleanliness, staff, accommodation, Breakfast. Quite locations within walking distance of attractions.

Betaald parkeren vlakbij.

Location Comfy beds Staff

Brekkie was okay Bar area adequate

Great location right in the docks, and very comfortable, nicely designed room. Staff were great. Breakfast was great in terms of food offered and price but a bit chaotic (nowhere to sit!).

The price was quite high but I expect that's because my stay included a saturday night.

Clean spacious and light

Pillows very uncomfortable. Other guests agreed

Great location. Welcoming staff. The room was perfect for our needs loved having a small kitchen. Also bath with overhead shower. Breakfast (not extensive but some hot and cold choices and pastries) relaxing area very nice also.

Can't think of anything

Location perfect Staff were lovely Facilities were great

Nothing it was lovely

Loved that it was more homely than hotel . The social hour in the evening with complementary drinks and nibble’s was a nice touch . Air con room was much appreciated after a sweltering stay in a different hotel .

Nothing . We traveled by train which helped as parking was limited and added to the cost

The staff are brilliant and there seems more available than last year especially at breakfast.

We didn't get the room that we booked 11 months in advance. We asked for an ability suite like we had in 2025 which was confirmed by the staff in September 2025 when booked. Surprisingly when we asked for confirmation 10 days prior to our stay reception had no record of our room request, presumably it had been given to someone better placed than us. We were very disappointed not to have the use of the raised toilet and the wet room facilities. We both found great difficulty using the toilet due to its low level plus I couldn't help my wife to shower as the walking shower wasn't big enough. These requests are made for a purpose and not to be changed without consultation. The remainder of our stay was excellent, staff friendly and welcoming especially those at breakfast and housekeeping who couldn't do enough to help. Only the facilities in our room were disappointing as promises made were broken. Let your yes mean yes.

Great location, couple of minutes to Albert Dock Great room Bonus free drinks and snacks on the Wednesday evening Warm and friendly staff Great breakfast Lovely spacious room

Nothing 😊

Excellent

Location, staff

La habitación grande, limpia y confortable. Las vistas espectaculares.

La cama del sofá me pareció dura. La moqueta del suelo.

The accommodation is located close to Albert Docks and a short walk into the city centre for shopping and a huge choice of restaurants. The Cavern club was around a 20 minute walk. The accommodation was bright and welcoming and cleaned to a very high standard. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is classed as continental but there was also a choice of 5 hot items each day, the choice of continental is vast and would offer something for everyone's taste. All breakfast items, juice and hot drinks are self serve and thw coffee machine is available to use throughout the day. We traveled as a couple but would definitely return with our children.

Everything! Rooms are lovely and have everything. The breakfast area is great and all the staff are so friendly and helpful! Keep up the fantastic work

Nothing

Beautiful hotel very clean .fantastic friendly staff especially the reception staff. Good food catered for gluten free if asked

Lovely experience, fantastic front of house staff, room big, location within walking distance of most attractions, 4 of us stayed 3 days and will be back next year.

I like everything about this hotel. It was comfortable and central to everywhere I wanted to go

Breakfast time period is too early for me

It was perfectly located for the arena and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants.

There wasn't an oven in the apartment as I was led to believe and there were very few kitchen items. There was a combination microwave but no trays etc to use with it. Neither of the 2 pans had lids. We had bought food to cook in an oven but had to throw away as nothing to Cook it on or in if we used the microwave.

Close to the docks

Self service for everything and rooms were not cleaned

Fabulous location and very clean . Staff extremely helpful.

Great location, safe and quiet for kids.

Nothing. Would recommend to families

Great stay. Everything was spotless clean. Great location for work for a few days.polite and friendly staff.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped and beds comfortable so slept well.

Not keen on paying an extra £24 for parking in hotel carpark, maybe a lesser charge would have been more acceptable.

Everything was so close by. Fantastic location and only 10 minutes walk to city centre. Town centre was so lively in the day and at night it was really lively!!. Me and my wife will be coming back next spring because it's the best city i have been in the uk.

Nothing.

Gorgeous rooms! Spotlessly clean

Nothing

Everything itwas perfect

We tried to booked an extra night and the price tripled but it was short notice I suppose.

- Cheerful & professional staff. - Stunning studio room with all amenities. - Complimentary tea/coffee all day. - Complimentary buffet breakfast. - Complimentary beer/wine on social day. I give my best and thank you to all staff for me my stay so comfortable from reception to serving breakfast to housekeeping. I LOVE STAYBRIDGE.

The location was great, their breakfast was delicious, and their staff was knowledgeable about gluten free.

The footboard is some kind of faux leather and is all cracked and broken. Also when we first walked in the room it reeked of bleach and the carpet was damp. When we checked in we were not advised of the bleach smell or the damp carpet. We did mention this to the front desk.

Location

I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always been impressed. Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast can be busy.

Breakfast can be busy, so going early is advisable

Really nice facility and location.Efficient staff

Nothing not to like

The location was perfect, the suite was ideal , breakfasts really good. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The view from our window wasn’t the best, but hey ho, everything can’t be ideal!!

Generally very good- great location, reasonable size suit. Shower did not have brilliant pressure and breakfasts were a bit of a bun fight with buffet platters quite often empty!

I really liked the location. Also personel was really nice. Breakfast was good, but nothing too fancy. Perhaps I was expecting something more. More choice. Rooms were great. Also washing machines were nice.

One day the cucumber on breakfast was covered in mold. I have pointed that to the stuff. Luckily the vegetables were all quicky replaced. But the discomfort stayed as I have eaten some of this mold before noticing. Also I was not apologized after the fact about whole situation.

Location was great, value for money, laundry area as we were touring the country, rooms were great!

The breakfast could be better!!

Super Lage,Preisleistung unschlagbar!

Parkingsituation ,Möbel schon bischen abgenutzt

The location was very good

Had a few problems with the safe in the room , but staff very friendly and helpful

Size of the rooms

I thought the breakfast could have been better.
