Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown by IHG

Beds were comfy, air was cold, room was clean. Restaurant in hotel was great.

Lots of construction when trying to get into hotel beyond your control, however a message would of been great.

The staff was friendly and very helpful when needed.

Those pillow have like no neck support. Caused me issues while trying to sleep.

Convenient

Staff and the mistake they made by renting our room.

Clean n friendly

Paying for parking

The booking website says breakfast and parking. Stupid me I thought that meant they were included. They were not. I had to pay 43 dollars for 2 day parking and $20 for breakfast. I think the website is miss leading by listening both but are extras.

List breakfast and parking on the website but they are not included. I had to pay for both.

2 blocks from hospital visiting a relative. Plenty of food choices (Cosseta's is EXCELLENT Italian) within 3 blocks in both directions...

Was some road construction right on front.

Location is key and ur next to Xcel

Good area.

The pool was very dirty there was hair and it was so cloudy.

Location

No guest laundry and pool was small. Hallways and rooms are small and you can hear everything in everyone’s room walking down the hallway.

Parking payant. Environnement décevant. Loin du centre à pied. Quartier desert le dimanche.

Stacy drove us to/from dinner with shuttle! Also staff in the evening was very helpful with walking directions and feeling of safety

Bar party kept us up all night, we were on floor 2 right above bar. Not hotels fault.

The property was was very clean

Great location

Liked the hottub

Parking sucked

Close to arena

Parking fee

Location. Had restaurant in building so didn’t have the hotel.

Nothing.

Didn't stay there

The cost of d3posit n parking daily

I recently returned from a trip just a day. Ago I had a great experience with the staff. Very helpful. Super friendly and made my visit excellent. Thank you so very much.

Convenient

That it was right across from the arena.

That you couldn't figure out where to get into the hotel and where to park your car so you could go check in and get a pass into the Parking garage.

Clean, great staff and next to the arena.

Paid parking

Check-in was easy, smooth. Joe at the front desk was very easy to work with and accommodating on adding an additional day.

Convenient

Great room with an amazing view, across the street from the arena and a short walk to the performing arts center. Parking was included and very confenient.

The glass elevator wasn't working!

Great location

No access to stairway from inside, slow elevators,

location

housekeeping opened our door at 9am while I was in the shower, -checkout is at 11am, very uncomfortable

Walking distance to river center for event we were attending

The view from my room was beautiful. Room was very clean.

Location. Good eats close by. Stayed a couple of times previously and staff have been nice and helpful.

A bit busy traffic during events. Lots of current construction and road closures.

Perfect location for concert at grand casino arena

Close to concert venue and food options

small lobby, stairs hard to find when line for elevators are long after events.

Rates were higher because of event.

Everything was good except for price on events days

Location was great I liked that there was a restaurant attached and that it had safe secured parking next door

Nothing

Myself, daughter and son in law came down to Gillettes Hospital to admit their son (2yr old) for testing that required 1 or 2 nights. I booked a room here it was a mile from hospital and my exsperience was amazing. Joe the hotel manager took out information and got me a room with a smile and professionalism. Not to mention the shuttle service they offer I used 3 times to go be with my grandson and family, the accommodations of that any many other things were awesome. Made our very worries stressful and concerned visit alot easier and smoother to focus on baby. Thank you Joe, Steven and I think her name was May? (Front desk). We will Share our story, exsperience of my stay at your Holiday Inn forsure. Your Hospitality and professionalism is appreciated. Billie

The convenience to the Grand Casino across the street.

The parking garage and how inconvenient it was to get to your car

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location was excellent and parking convenient

Close to downtown

Small Rooms , lobby not family friendly.

Fun sports bar. Good queso and festive drinks and cocktails. Nice hotel staff and the most comfy pillows. Cool elevator with outside view

No breakfast.

the location was great for us going to the hockey game

it has almost been a week and still haven't gotten my deposit back from them

Breakfast from the restaurant was ok, food was not that great!

No complaints😊

The exhaust fan in the room needed cleaning. Looks like it has not been cleaned in years.

The room was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff at check-in and check-out were helpful and answered all of my questions.

The curtains did not close completely so the room stayed pretty light all night.

The customer service was top notch from the minute I arrived at checkin throughout my stay and checkout. The food in the restaurant was so good as well as the service provided by waitresses, waitors and bartenders. I will definately be staying at the hotel again on my next adventures in St. Paul. Wish my room rate was a little cheaper but understand due to peak times for an event, attended the sold out show for fabulous Ms. Lainey Wilson.

The hot tub looks like the bottom of it could use a new resurface.

Across the street from the venue

No towels in pool area

Right across the street from the venue

No towels in pool area

Room was fine.

Water pressure was not good! Restaurant wasn't open the day we checked out. Parking was expensive!

The two gentlemen that checked us in were efficient and so welcoming

The location is perfect right next to the arena and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish it were cheaper but it was during a Wild game.

Everything

Nothing to dislike!
