Kíváló elhelyezkedés, nagyon jó reggeli, kedves személyzet. A konyhát is használtuk, az is rendben volt. Ajánlott.

The location by the river and ability to walk to a few attractions less than 1.5km. The room size is generous. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment. The bathroom has sufficient amenities. The kitchen too had sufficient cutleries and crockery.

The whole apartment feels worn down. The washing machine even thou has drying function - it does not dry. Better to use the open laundry rooms.

Localização. Acomodação é excelente, fomos muito bem recebidos. O restaurante é ótimo, café da manhã com pão, café, iogurte, omelete e muitas comidas chinesas. Tem uma cozinha equipada, tem máquina de lavar roupas e ferro de passar. Achei excelente, super indico.

La habitación era muy limpia y grande. Teniamos acceso a la piscina interior, gimnasio muy grande y spa. Buena ubicacion a dos paradas de metro al centro de Chengdu. El desayuno era muy bueno y la atención del personal fue muy amable, incluso el conserge del ascensor de la noche muy atento y simpatico. Volveriamos a repetir.

2nd stay after our visit to Jiuzhaigou. We were able to store our larger luggage at reception whilst we were away. Was assigned back the same 2 bedrooms apartment from previous stay. Good breakfast variety. Compared to other Somerset chain at different cities - the rooms were worn out and staff are not proactive.

1) the microwave has a burning smell 2) need to request again for drying rack 3) bathroom amenities used in previous stay like bathroom mat, shower cap not replaced 4) there is cigarette smoke smell in the apartment 5) staff are not proactive. Requested thru night front desk on the need to pack breakfast at 6.30am. Next morning - repeat again. Got takeaway boxes but no cutleries. They will give you if asked. Just frustrating as when you are hurry, limited Mandarin you need to go thru the same conversation of last night.

Расположение - очень удобно, рядом станция метро в 3-х минутной доступности. Добраться до аэропорта TFU, или жд вокзала Chengdu East (Чендудун) на метро, без проблем. Если пользуетесь DiDi в любую точку не проблема. Персонал - говорит на английском. Завтрак - тем кто далек от китайской кухни, будет не много тяжеловато. В целом на 2-3 дня голодным не останетесь, шведский стол, потом возможно надоест, но это на любителя. Питание - я думаю как и в любом городе Китая, все в шаговой доступности, тем кто не есть кит.кухню, будет трудно. Все основные продукты есть в мини магазинах у дома, если что то не найдете, ищите в супермаркетах (но для этого нужно специально выезжать). Рекомендую составлять план у себя дома, распечатывать либо сохранять на телефоне, в виду возможного отсутствия качественно связи. Оплата возможна и наличными и картами (виза, мастеркард), и местными али пэй и вичат.....

Китай специфическая страна, если он зашел один раз, то все замечательно. Нужно уметь подстраиваться к реалиям. Везде есть свои минусы. Отель не новый, но такого уровня они все в одном формате, картинки четкие, внутри то же самое, но уже подусталое, но чистота и удобство имеется.

Hotel céntrico, limpio y cómodo para familias. La piscina y zona de juegos es perfecta. En el desayuno te puedes hacer gofres!

El metro está a unos 5 minutos andando.

Camera grande, pulita e confortevole. Dotata di tutto quello che può servire. Posizione molto comoda. Buona la colazione a buffet. Personale gentile ed accogliente.

Hotel in un'ottima zona della città, sul lungo fiume, che consente di raggiungere il centro con una camminata di circa 20 minuti. Nelle immediate prossimità non ci sono molti locali ma comoda è la presenza di due piccoli supermercati e di una caffetteria per colazioni o pasti veloci. Ci sono due fermate della metro abbastanza vicine. Lo staff parla inglese, una cosa molto rara in Cina. La colazione era abbondate e buona, con la possibilità di avere le uova cucinate sul momento e un'ampia scelta salata (perlopiù orientale). Le camere sono estremamente spaziose, letti comodi, io ho avuto sia la lavatrice che l'asciugatrice in camera, indispensabile durante un viaggi lungo. Venivano fornite bottigliette d'acqua ogni giorno e la pulizia era eccellente. La struttura è dotata di una piscina molto pulita, con spogliatoi. In generale ho trovato l'hotel molto tranquillo e vivibile, comodo e con personale cortese. Ottima l'organizzazione anche nel deposito bagagli. Inoltre il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato decisamente ottimo.

Avrei gradito qualche opzione dolce in più per la colazione.

Comodità alla metro e alla piazza Tianfu, ottimo prezzo compreso di colazione (scelta limitata per chi è abituato alla colazione dolce). Piscina non provata, ottima sala per fare giocare i bimbi. È presente anche una sala biliardo/ping pong/ calcetto. Vicino ai supermarket. Lavatrice e cucinino in camera ma si mangia alla scrivania.

Non avevano a disposizione la culla sopra l'anno di età, ma non ci è neanche stato dato un letto in più. C'è scritto che è presente l'asciugatrice in camera ma è nella laundry.

La posizione è comoda, vicina alla metro, la colazione é buona, il personale è davvero gentile. C'è una sala giochi per bambini più piccoli e una sala con ping pong, biliardo e biliardino, noi ne abbiamo approfittato visto che avevamo il volo diverse ore dopo il check out. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante e sono stati davvero tutti molto gentili. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare un breve laboratorio per tingere un ventaglio di carta, ci è piaciuto molto.

Die Unterkunft hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt und den Fluss und man konnte zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen oder die nahegelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Das Apartment war geräumig und gemütlich, auch wenn die Ausstattung nicht ganz neu war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte wenige Optionen für Veganer (es gab kaum etwas ohne Ei und Milch…). Wir haben diesbezüglich jedoch zuvor auch nicht beim Hotel angefragt. Vielleicht ist es möglich, auf Nachfrage mehr zu erhalten.

Prima appartement, goed ontbijt en Engels sprekende medewerkers. Zeer servicegericht. Niet ver van metro, maar didi eigenlijk voor alles net zo handig en zeer goedkoop.

Llegamos muy pronto al hotel y tuvimos la suerte que nos hicieron un check in pronto agradecidos después del vuelo de 12 horas. Habitación muy muy amplia con todo lo necesario y una cocina con todo lo necesario lavadora microondas frigorífico. Piscina incluida. Desayuno bufete tanto chino como occidental muy bueno

I like the front desk ladies mainly Cindy and Fiona who were very patient, accommodating and friendly to all customers. Also special mention to security guard Mr Wang 王. He was very friendly and assisted everyone and always greeted us when he sees us. Even a simple : ‘ 你们回来啦’ when we came back to the property made us feel warm and welcomed!

I couldn’t use the wifi at all. It was so slow u just give up. Understand that certain international apps without vpn cannot be assessed easily but Red note, mei tuan etc was also not connected well as well

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir mussten kurzfristig zwei Tage verlängern und daher das Zimmer wechseln, konnten aber vormittags länger im Zimmer bleiben bis das neue Zimmer bereit war. Man hat uns geholfen ein Didi zum Bahnhof zu buchen.

La habitación era enorme, era un apartamento, tenía lavadora y secadora. Estaba a 5 minutos en DiDi del centro, tenía al lado una cafetería y un seven eleven. La piscina estaba muy bien.

El desayuno era justito, de comida occidental tenía huevos, tortilla etc; tostadas, cereales y gofres, también algo de fruta. Era pasable pero justito.

Das Apartment war richtig richtig toll. Alles war sauber und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr toll; viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Der Pool war dreckig. Das Fitnessstudio öffnet mit 10 Uhr recht spät.

The hotel Is top notch. Extremely well maintained, clean and luxurious. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The staff members at the reception speak a decent English and could handle our requests easily. The location is not near most of the attractions but there is a metro stop 400 metres from the hotel. All in all highly recommended.

We had an executive for three people but, while the main room was a real one, the other was a makeshift mattress with no side tables and no direct access to the bathroom. The breakfast was mid and mainly Asian style. We asked for laundry, without checking the prices (our fault of course), and we paid a fortune for less than 2kg service (completely out of market if you ask me).

We highly recommend the Somerset Riverview. The location is really handy, the room was really nice and spacious, with an amazing view. The staff is both professional and friendly, and makes you always feeling comfortable and welcome. A special mention for the staff at the entrance, always helping and welcoming.

We loved the special panda room we had. My grandson loved it.

La posizione era centralissima con una stazione metro a pochi minuti ,a 15 minuti c’è la via commerciale con molti Street food ,se si viaggia con bambini c’è una sala giochi un area bambini una piscina una palestra e una sauna.

La struttura è datata, ma comunque è accogliente

Ruim appartement. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Lakens waren niet brandschoon maar werden onmiddellijk ververst na melding.

Beetje verouderd. Oogt niet heel fris. Zwembad was niet echt proper.

Gute Lage und tolles Lokal direkt unten im Gebäude. Frühstück war ok, nichts besonderes aber nett für den Start in den Tag. Sehr freundliches Personal und toller Startpunkt zum Erkunden der Stadt. Kinder waren gerne im Pool.

Teilweise "kaputte" bzw. In die Jahre gekommene Möbel. Kaution war 500 RMB, wurden vorab nicht klar kommuniziert (Rückerstattung war aber super unkompliziert).

Alt und runtergewirtschaftet. Kein Unterhalt am Gebäude und den Einrichtungen. Klima funktioniert nicht richtig. Frühstück sehr einfach.

La struttura è datata,le foto delle camere non corrispondono alla realtà. Mobilio usurato e tutto un po' "lasciato andare" . La posizione non è centrale. La colazione è pessima.

Hotel muy bueno si viajas con niños. Tiene piscina cubierta y sala de juegos: para pequeños y un ping-pong, futbolín y billar para el resto. Además, la habitación tiene una cocina, muy práctica para hacerse algo para cenar.

2nd time we have stayed here. We come for medical treatment and also enjoy sightseeing in Chengdu and this is like a home away from home. The rooms are huge and having a front door man is excellent. This hotel excels in many areas from no smoking in rooms and the gym is top notch for equipment.

The aircon is just ok we did get too hot at night but I find this at most hotels.

Breakfast was good. Space was good and there was a washing machine and the location is good.

Great facilites with clean, fully equipped, spacious apartments with fantastic views over Chengdu! Really great value for a spot in a great location to explore chengdu. Convenience store and lovely cafe at the entrace were super useful and staff were helpful! Also liked the roof deck.

My room was meant to have a washing machine but didn't so I had to use someone else's.

Amazing rooftop, amazing game room and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a smok free room, and I did not smell cigarette smoke anywhere in the property. Big plus for me. The hotel was next to the river we could go for evening walks we had a pleasant stay.

The staff struggled to speak English, so it made communication difficult. On arrival, our unit was too hot to stay in. We had to accept a downgrade to a smaller unit with proper working air-conditioning. Unfortunately, that unit had only a shower. The bigger unit I originally booked had a bathtub, I was not happy about that. They refund me. I paid the price for the smaller unit with no bathtub. The hotel was 2km away from the main shopping district and other site seeing. It's too far to walk in the very hot weather. You will have to travel everywhere via Metro or Didi.

Очень классное расположение. В пешей доступности от туристический мест, прямо на набережной - можно прогуливаться по утрам, вечерам. Ресепшн говорит по-английски), в целом весь персонал очень выжливый, услужливый. Завтрак вполне себе хороший, все чисто, в номере была собственная небольшая кухня, стиральная машинка, гладилка, утюг, в общем, все необходимое. Просила номер на этаже повыше - дали на 31 из 34, вид шикарный). На крыше есть небольшое пространство вроде сада под открытым небом. Вроде, есть бассейн, но мы не ходили. Останавливаюсь там уже второй раз - очень рекомендую! Если приеду еще раз - снова сюда.

I booked two rooms. One with washer another one without. I didn’t complain. The thing that bothered me was after I checked out they sent me a message one cup was lost. I told them cups maybe mixed because we had two rooms when I checked out.

Chambre grande et confortable, quartier calme, aller a pied en 30mn sur les bords de quais jusqu'au pont Ashun et quartiers animés est très agréable , ville agréable car moins bruyante qu en France, voitures et scooters sont électriques!

Petit déjeuner buffet simple et très chinois , quartier calme , horaires des piscine trop limités, fermée le matin, ouvre qu a 10h et fermée à 18h, hôtel un peu vieillot.

I like the laundry machine in the room. The spacious of the room. The coffee Nd waffle maker at the breakfast is not bad.

I hate the paper cover of the card key which was old and disgusting. I couldn't believe they reuse the paper cover for holding the card key. The pillow is far too soft with indent.

Good value for money. Nice place to stay. Friendly staffs. A larger space than I expected.

The receptionist could be more professional when checking in rather than spending more time talking (due to tiredness from visiting other place)

Уже перед заселением с нами связались из отеля и уточнили предпочтения по комнате и рассказали, как лучше доехать. Общались на отличном английском, на ресепшене все сотрудницы также прекрасно понимали и говорили на английском. Нас заселили, взяли залог 300 юаней, все вернули. Сам номер очень приятный и имел все удобства, которые только можно представить: полноценную кухню с плитой, посудой, печкой, раковиной, большим холодильником. Был фен, все полотенца, шампунь и гель, все наборчики ванные. И что очень порадовало - наличие полноценной стиральной машинки и сушки, и даже порошка на одну стирку (мы смогли спокойно постирать все нужное после длинного путешествия). Также была гладильная доска, тапочки, сейф, питьевая вода. Нам очень понравилось. Сотрудница Келли на ресепшене помогла нам купить билеты на Базу по разведению панд со своего номера, спасибо ей большое, мы сами не смогли купить. Нас выписали из номера очень рано, в 5 утра и все это без проблем. Был выключен хороший завтрак: как азиатские блюда, так и европейские. Также действительно удобное расположение у отеля: мы возвращались из центра всегда пешком, гуляли вдоль набережной, очень удобно и близко и очень приятный район вокруг.

Nous sommes arrivés à 2 h du matin et une hôtesse à l'acceuil nous attendait.la chambre est plus que spacieuse, c'est un appartement avec cuisine et bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque matin, les lits sont confortables .Tout est parfait, même le petit déjeuner où il y a autant de sucré que de salé; on peut se faire cuire des gaufres fraîches nous même et les omelettes sont excellentes. La salle de billard,ping pong,baby foot est un plus, ainsi que la grande piscine et le sauna. Belle vue sur la rivière. l'hotel est au 3ème étage.
