Hotel Sheraton

The attention to detail by the amazing staff who work so hard to make sure you enjoy the weekend break

I really can't think of anything a superb deal

The hotel was amazing, food staff pool were perfect.

We didnt like it was in Blackpool, but we definitely will go again.

Great service and excellent facilities

Very warm rooms

breakfast, waiting staff, swimming pool ,dinner and entertainment

room needs updating wardrobe doors didnt shut ,top cupboard held shut by folded cardboard. Shower was very small . toiletries were not great.

Loved the decor of the hotel the staff are very attentive and chatty its lovely and clean enjoyed the evening entertainment breakfast was lovely but unfortunately bad time keeping on my behalf missed the evening meal and I didn't make use of the pool or jacuzzi so will definitely have to visit again.

Blackpool its self didn't seem to have enough restaurants and bars more cafes then anything else.

Food excellent staff friendly lovely lounge good entertainment

Nothing

The patriot was so helpful, kind and professional when my daughter slipped at the side of the pool and hurt her shoulder nothing was too much I would recommend this hotel to anybody. I have never been treated with so much kindness and the staff in the rest of the hotel especially at mealtimes were very professional too you deserve 5 *

Going home when my holiday ended xx

Room is ok (we were expecting sea view but disappointed). Food is excellent both breakfast and dinner

Room to be bit spacious. No intercom, not much air circulation.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We loved everything.

Location was good. Staff were excellent.

Room extremely warm, not comfortable for sleeping. No air flow despite open windows and fan switched on.

More for older age group

Pool was ok

Very comfortable stay, food was very tasty and good choice. The entertainment was so good, very good singers. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very clean room lovely ,beds comfy Food was lovely Yes we would stay again x

Can't think of anything x

It was a really good hotel and staff were all top notch. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but we found as a family there was a lot based around the older people and that is fine, I probably would have liked to know it was the way before booking. Beds were a bit too firm for me, which caused a bad back on multiple occasions, but that’s more to do with me than the actual hotel being the issue. Staff at meal times were great, and I’d like to especially mention Astrid, who was very pleasant and attentive.

Just the beds and some forewarning of the age range of the majority of guests, again we had no issue , just so that we could have made plans in a slightly more family setting.

The hotel was excellent and the staff very helpful the entertainment was very good pool was good would not hesitate to go back or recommend it

Parking was not great

The property was stylish, modern and welcoming.

Everything friendly staff, clean, great facilities and good.

Food excellent Staff all very helpful, pleasant and enjoyed doing their jobs. Special mention to Gio in the restaurant and Lisa who looked after our room. The young lady on reception unfortunately we didn't get her name. Communal areas very pleasant.

Room a little on the small side but a very small negative

Friendly hotel with beautiful reception rooms. Evening entertainment was OK a singer pluss bingo. The Food was good value for money and the service was good. . The room was nice and clean. The location was good for the sea front but a little way out from Blackpool. The tram stop was outside the hotel but because of just being out of the summer season, the trams didn't run in the evenings. Overall, it was a nice stay and would go back.

Lovely staff clean and food beautifull

Nothing everything was perfect

Very clean, great room, entertainment superb, location ideal & food was lovely.

Staff were very accommodating. Making an exceptional effort with our two small children. Hotel was spotless. Family room was very comfortable and a good size. Food was delicious and drinks reasonably priced. Very convenient for the trams.

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. The lounges were large with lots extremely comfortable sofa area areas, plenty of seating areas to relax in. Dinning room was large and busy, well run by staff. Food was delicious, 3 courses at evening meal and an awesome breakfast selection.

Unfortunately the corridors to rooms were very narrow, I was unable to use my electric wheelchair.

The hotel is lovely it's like home from home great staff food is amazing great entertainment

Nice location. parking is easy and close to hotel. Staff were so nice. Nothing too much trouble. Recent major refurbishments are excellent. Food is of a high standard. Evening entertainment was good if you required it.

Would have liked to see a small gym on site.

This hotel has a fantastic quality... friendly, attentive staff ! From the minute you walk in you are met with professional, helpful, and friendly receptionists and that continues throughout the hotel. Dan from the catering department is exceptional and is an absolute assets to this family run hotel, as a young professional he was friendly, attentive and thoughtful to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble which made our stay so much more comfortable, not sure if he was the manager of the front of house but he definitely should be. Yvonne the lady who took care of our room was also so friendly and attentive to our needs as a family, she kept our room so clean and manageable as a family during our stay. I would also like to mention the friendly person who keeps the pool facilities clean, again so friendly and took so much pride in their work, its was absolutely spotless. The food, and change of daily menu was superb and refreshing from our usual high end chain stays. Liz and her team are doing a brilliant job. We booked 2 rooms both pleasant and comfortable. We will be definitely be back. It would be lovely for the staff to be passed a copy of this review which I rarely do. Thank you for a great stay. Lisa

I came with my elderly auntie who had restricted mobility and the staff went above and beyond even the swimming pool attendant was very helpful 👌 the staff are a credit to sheraton thankyou for a lovely bank holiday weekend

Nothing

The room had double walk-in shower, plenty of storage, the swimming pool was warm and 4ft deep at deepest point the changing rooms were roomy and clean. Food was good with more than one choice including starters and desserts plus teas and coffee clean table cloths on tables which makes it a restaurant.

Could have better parking although pay parking available nearby. Also dining tables very tight.

Location, facilities, value for money

Room a bit too warm.

Na

The room and bar areas were nice.

The entrance to the hotel and the hallways are filthy, one off the restaurant staff was extremely rude, also not allowed to pick a seat to eat at the window area, no one else in the room on the morning I went for breakfast.
