Amazing service, beautiful room.

Loved the breakfast especially the fluffy pancakes and croissants, the services were topnotch..i had a great and peaceful stay,
Nothing
Staff was nice trying to compensate for the weird hotel policies, especially Mark at the reception, well done.
When this hotel says your breakfast is included, what they mean is a partial credit to your breakfast bill, despite what it says on your booking. The rooms are already $1k and above, so cheaping out on charging the extra $10-$15 really left a bad impression. Moreover, they were struggling to return the deposit on a visa card that was issued outside of Canada (calling it international), so we had to leave the hotel, walk an hour to take cash out from a nearest bank, instead of a smooth check in tired after travels.
The staff was really polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and customer service is 10/10.
We loved everything about the St Regis Toronto. From the efficient, kind and helpful people at the front desk, to Paolo and Neil at the concierge desk, to Ece at Louis Louis, and skilled and helpful waitperson Arta, we were always well taken care of. Great location, well appointed and well serviced rooms, and consistently fine service! We couldn't be happier to recommend St Regis Toronto for your stay.
L’établissement est parfait. J’ai occupé la plus grande suite. Elle est spacieuse et confortable
Malheureusement la TV ne fonctionnait pas toute la durée de mon séjour en pleine coupe du monde. J’étais venu pour cela. C’est dommage.
Booked 4 rooms, pre-paid under my name. St Regis Check-in refused to have a top customers check in even after I confirmed within Agoda immediately, even after I complied send out of the airplane a email confirmation… named all my customers, still refused , because I used another email address. Imagine, the booking ID is there, the booking confirmation is there and email confirmation and St Regis management refuses my customers to check-in. This is the most embarrassing Hotel and situation. I can only ask and warn you of this completely incapable and incompetent Management Team at the St Regis. Once and never again. No apology can make up for this Desaster.
Amazing experience. The staff are incredible—professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. A special shoutout to Mark at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything ran smoothly. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.
Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista! Uima-altaalla tuli uitua paljon, ja monet kerrat sai olla yksin siellä. Sijainti loistava, joka paikkaan lyhyt matka.
Beautiful hotel. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Amazing pool. Wonderful staff. Fantastic restaurant with delicious food. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel. And look forward to staying there again someday. Simply wonderful!
Location. Staff good
Terrible mattress. Pillows. Not very clean
Terrible experience since I have checked in. I am here with a group of business people and since I checked in, it’s been one thing after another. They didn’t inform me or butler services I could avail of, I had to find out from a colleague. Turn down was poor at best -turning down a room is NOT providing a glass and bottle of water at the bed. They didn’t even provide fresh towels. Furthermore, my room wasn’t cleaned today when I returned at 3pm. I sent items for pressing and requested one tonight - as I have a 4am start in the morning. I was then informed that I ‘only had a red dress’ in for pressing and nothing else, even though it was a cami that I requested from three separate staff members. Yes, three different people. I had to go to reception and retrieve my clothes, where I was met with rudeness and a threat that they would not retrieve my clothes until I reminded that’s called theft. I have spoken to two managers and have zero confidence in this hotel. The team do not communicate. I am here another six nights and I’m dreading it. A three star hotel would do better. Awful experience.
We had a first class experience at St Regis. Stayed three nights in a deluxe room with views of the city and lake. Room was large, modern and very tastefully finished to a high standard. Staff are so attentive, friendly and polite. Top floor bar has great atmosphere. Location is central with quick access to really good restaurants. Thoroughly recommend.
Had stayed here in October for World Series and had wonderful stay. We had arrived on red-eye on Saturday morning and Jack, at front desk, was empathetic to our plight checked us in (truth be told we had tried Your24 and did not get it due to craziness of World Series so we had made reservation for Friday and Saturday night) and we went into our nice upgraded room. Akmed the bellman was friendly and helpful. We had an amazing dinner at Louix Louis before the Saturday World Series Game 2 game and then came back for a night cap at wonderful slick bar. Wonderful time! We had such a great time that we elected to stay here for one night before we had our noon flight back to USA. Alastair was the bellman who brought up our luggage and was pleasant. We were upgraded to beautiful room 2813 (a suite) and once again had great stay. We stopped by the beautiful 31st floor bar/restaurant Louix Louis and had pre-dinner drink. Leah the bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall an amazing stay and highly recommend. Had breakfast at Louix Louis and service once again was top-notch. For elite members you get a $31 credit per person which is great. You can get a Canadian breakfast which gives you basics (eggs, potatoes, juice, coffee, and bread etc) for $31 CAD. There are other great options on the menu so you arent obligated to eat only that. Overall amazing stay and highly recommend!
My experience at St Regis was outstanding. The check‑in process was efficient, and the staff was nice. The room was very well maintained, spacious and comfortable. Service quality stood out all across — housekeeping, dining, and front‑desk support were consistently prompt and courteous. From morning coffee service to other special requests were delivered with quality an with an eye for detail. The hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident throughout my stay. I highly recommend this property for travelers seeking a seamless, high‑quality hotel experience.

My husband and I recently travelled through Canada. Our first stop was in Toronto which we visited extensively. We booked accommodation at the St. Regis Hotel Toronto where we were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful atmosphere and welcoming staff from all over the world. I would like to pay a special tribute to some of the fantastic workers we encountered on our one week stay at the St. Regis Toronto. In particular, Mr. Siddhanth Chaudhary, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverages. We greatly appreciated his assistance. Moreover, Rishi, the Chief Concierge at reception was also of an impeccable standard. His outstanding work in the trips he organised for us were all highly enjoyable and appreciated. My husband is Italian and was over the moon to have met Alister from Iran in the lobby whom he spoke to in Italian every time we encountered him. Kevin from Jamaica was extremely friendly and polite. We also thank him for his help. All the Butler, Restaurants and Engineering staff assisted us in many ways and made our stay one of the best we have ever seen around the world. A special mention to Glen (engineering), Michelle and Riva (housekeeping), Liona and Aaron (31st floor restaurant). Our visit to the Niagara Falls was organised for us by Rishi with Suliman from Afghanistan as our driver and tour guide. Suliman made our journey an excellent experience and worthwhile. Our trip to Little Italy was organised for us by Rishi with Hashim who was also extremely reliable and friendly.
Location only
The breakfast is horrible frozen croissant mean personnal not professional at all you can call several time and wait lot of hours to have what you need on room service like water tea etc they refuse automaticly early cheik-in and late check-out will never go back there aigain
Our two night stay at the St. Regis was exceptional in every way! I was a little hesitant based on spotty reviews on here, but the service was by far the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The staff throughout the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel valued and special. From bottles of wine and special gifts left in our room, to above and beyond service at the onsite bars and restaurants, we were treated like royalty. We stayed in the grand deluxe suite and were thrilled by both the size and quality of our room. Everything about our stay was spectacular. Highly recommended!!!
What a beautiful hotel. Amazing service and outstanding in every way.
I've stayed here 30+ times and today was my last stay. We have multiple friends staying in multiple rooms and we all had the delight of getting woken up by the sounds of hammering and drilling into concrete - at 6am!!! Turns out we each called down to the front desk to inquire and were both told it is the building next door - we insisted it isn't since the sound was so obvious, and eventually my friend got dressed and went down to the lobby where they admitted it was building engineering and they asked them to stop. They stopped for an hour and then started up again - I called once again and they then again asked them to stop. I asked the manager what the hotel's policy is as to when trades are allowed to start, they said they don't have a policy but "usually they don't start until after 10am." For a hotel of this calibre (and price point) this is completely unacceptable, from the initial event to the gas lighting us to then it recurring and then management basically shrugging and saying tough luck. I also asked whether they'd be back tomorrow - management said they don't know. Total farce. Go to the Ritz or FS or any of the other top tier hotels in town that still care about customer service and comfort at $700+ a night.
My girlfriend and I spent a couple nights here as a staycation. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. Overall it was pleasant but I feel they’ve missed the mark on a “luxury” experience. - The room is pretty bland, with some large bare walls that could really use some art. In fact, there was no art anywhere except the bathrooms. - The pantry minibar and fridge minibar are both really bare - Wine glasses in the room are small and very cheap. I’m not asking for Zaltos but a glass that costs more than $2 would’ve been nicer - There was no corkscrew in the room. When I requested a corkscrew, they brought some dinky knife/bottle opener that didn’t have a screw. I called back and they brought a proper corkscrew but even that was pretty cheap feeling. - Room service was meh. The burger was a bit overcooked (but quite flavourful) and the club sandwich was nothing special, and the bread for it was like basic Dempsters bread. Fries were great, though. I was tempted by the buffalo wings, but the photo on the room service app showed about 4-5 wings for $35… Add all this together, while not one of them is fatal, there is not a true feeling of luxury. On the bright side - the room is spacious and cozy; the bed is among the most comfortable I’ve slept it (and the overall quality of sleep here was excellent - we didn’t hear *any* hallway noise from our bedroom); the bathroom and shower are fantastic; and the room is all in good condition.

I did like their bar and restaurant. Food was excellent. Friendly staff.
I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The pillows and bedsheets appeared to be of poor quality and seemed to have been used extensively before. The towels provided were also smelly and dirty, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the pool and SPA facilities were poorly maintained and poorly designed, making the experience messy and uninviting. Overall, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations.
One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We were charged over $1,000 for a New Year’s Eve event that was completely misleading and did not match what was advertised. There was no DJ, no live jazz, and the event was extremely poorly organized. Music was played from a laptop, and unbelievably, the countdown happened after midnight. Even more serious: we were served expired food, and despite clearly informing staff about food allergies, this was ignored. As a result, we suffered food poisoning. This is a serious health and safety violation. We feel scammed and deeply disappointed. We are seeking a full refund and compensation for this unacceptable experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking events here.
It was relaxing and beautiful.
Excellent hotel! The staff is so incredibly attentive. My daughter got sick on our trip and they did everything they could to assist us. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this hotel!
Kept beautifully and friendly staff.
Stayed here with my girlfriend and had an amazing stay. Aktish at the front desk was very helpful during check-in and provided me with plenty of suggestions for unwinding, along with useful information about the hotel. I also happened to run into Nolan from Security I believe, on my way down in the elevator, and he was very friendly and attentive. Even though it was a quick ride, the interaction genuinely brightened my morning. It’s little moments like these that make a hotel feel truly welcoming.
We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.
Can’t think of anything.
I would not recommend staying in this hotel. We're here right now and it's been a comedy of errors. We booked a deluxe suite, arrived at the hotel a few minutes after 4 pm and our room wasn't ready (check in is 3 pm). We waited 10 minutes or so before they told us room was ready. They supposedly upgraded us to a corner suite but it's not an upgrade. 12th floor, no view, and next to the elevator. I would have rather had our original reserved room. I suspect the room we booked wasn't available as the hotel was at full capacity. The worst part is the elevator noise. This room should not actually be in their inventory. You can hear the elevator in the living room. Their housekeeping is quite bad. They don't replenish items in the room (soap, cotton balls, coffee pods). I don't think anything has been replenished. They also may or may not do turn down service and when they do, they don't shut the curtains. It takes forever to get anything if you call and ask for something. Tonight they tried to do turn down services at 8:30 pm. What hotel does turn down at that hour???? I spoke to the manager about the noise issue. Her solution was to show me a suite that was like the one we reserved. My expectation was you provides us with a better room. No need to move to a similar room. We usually stay in Ritz Carltons, Four Seasons, Peninsulas, and Belmond properties so we were expecting the same level of service at this property but this hotel is definitely not a luxury experience. $3000 later and lesson learned. We won't be back and will probably stay at the Four Seasons. The only positives are the breakfast food is good and the concierges are excellent. Otherwise, stay far away from this hotel. Maybe management will respond to my review but the issues should have been taken care of during our stay.
It’s luxury for sure and the resturant staff was nice
My room smelled like muffballs that wasn’t pleasant
We stayed here about four months ago, and at the time, I shared a review highlighting several service shortcomings. We decided to give the property another chance — and I’m so glad we did. This time, we’re genuinely impressed. Every interaction so far has been exceptional, from Engum at the front desk to Steve in F&B, and others across the team. This is exactly what one expects from a five-star property: a “yes” attitude, a strong sense of teamwork, and a genuine desire to personalize and elevate the guest experience. Whether it’s a shift in leadership or renewed focus, whatever changed clearly worked. Kudos to the entire team for turning things around and delivering an unforgettable stay.
Grosse Zimmer Super Lage in Zentrum Pool mit spektakulärer Aussicht
Eher kleine Doppelbetten
Did not use much of the services but room was quiet and very comfortable!
Very Clean and stylish rooms. Good service
Restaurant is awesome but the steak was not good.
Great staff.
Wonderful service! Had my birthday week in town and they sent me chocolate King’s Cake & fruit plate as a surprise!!!
Good! Spa was underwhelming.
It was nice but def
Great stat!! Clean & quiet
Super dog friendly, and no additional pet charge. Thought that was a very nice touch!
This was our last stop before home on our road trip. It was amazing! Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. The service staff, the food, the comfort and luxury of the room - All plus plus!!
Service service service
This PLACE WAS LEGIT
None
The staff are the best! The walk from the elevator to the room…immaculate. The bedroom…comfortable and charming. I could live there.
The lobby area and Astor lounge could do with a more pristine/upscale look.
This was our second stay at the St. Regis Toronto, and we didn’t think twice about booking again. Both times we’ve come to the city for Blue Jays games, and this hotel has quickly become our go-to. We’re already heading back again this September. The location is perfect — right in the heart of downtown, an easy walk to the ballpark and everything else Toronto has to offer. It’s also right on transit, which makes getting around the city simple and stress-free. The service is what truly sets it apart. The butler service is amazing — attentive, thoughtful, and always a step ahead. It adds that extra touch of comfort that makes the whole experience feel seamless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the atmosphere strikes the right balance between polished luxury and genuine warmth. For us, it’s an easy choice every time we’re in Toronto — truly one of the best city hotels we’ve stayed in.
Great location also excellent hotel.
Super
Love the location and the hotel staff.
Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, stunning city views, and impeccable service. Perfect location and a truly luxurious experience.
Location and comfort in the room. Front desk staff were friendly and supportive at all times.
I didn't like the response from booking.com, it was very slow. Especially when I contacted the customer service through priority messaging system on the website. Housekeeping minor issues required improvement in the hotel but was often addressed very quickly by the hotel staff.
We had a two bed apartment which was very spacious. Beautifully presented rooms, well equipped, comfortable beds, quiet location but walkable to the baseball, CN tower etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room service breakfast was lovely.
Very convenient. Good onsite options for food and beverages.
Disappointed by the experience at St. Regis Toronto. It’s 5 PM and I still haven’t been given access to my room after waiting for 1.4 hours, and despite following up three times. Each time, I was told it’s still being inspected. For a property that commands premium rates and carries a luxury brand, this is simply unacceptable. The lack of readiness and communication falls well short of the standard one expects from St. Regis.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay at the St. Regis Toronto From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The service was truly impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooftop restaurant offered not only delicious food but stunning views of the city. We also loved the lobby bar—elegant, lively, and home to some of the best cocktails we’ve had in a while. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of a vibrant, world-class city. The St. Regis Toronto exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!
1. We paid for 2 deluxe suites(confirmed) BUT got 1 deluxe suite and another much smaller deluxe room - I realized this late since this room felt much smaller than the other. We were not informed and no explanation whatsoever! 2. The description on Hotels.com (see screenshot) specifically says 2 private bathrooms, but it actually is 1.5 bathrooms (Marriot website for the hotel shows 1.5) - This is MISLEADING. I had to book another room on the spot, just for another bathroom. I could only get a room for one night; they were fully booked afterwards. 3. Bathroom in the corner suite was not cleaned well, housekeeping took forever after multiple follow ups- then multiple people showed up to do the cleaning :) They were very apologetic, but you would expect things be perfect at the beginning for a 5-star hotel! 4. I had specifically asked for an extra rollaway bed on extra charges for both the suites - got 1 in the corner suite, upon asking they got one for the other room as well. 5. Heard of the "famous" butler service they have (had received welcome emails as well), never saw anyone, no one answered the phone from the room:( 6. The first day when we checked in - our calls never went through - to front desk, concierge, house keeping , butler service, private dining - no body picked up. I had to go down the elevators from 17th floor to talk to front desk every time I needed something.
Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend. Room was extremely spacious
Big Minus points: 1. We booked 2 deluxe suites(confirmed), 1 BR : 900 sq ft each. BUT got 1 deluxe suite corner 900 sq ft and another 1 deluxe room 550 sq ft - I realized this late since this room felt smaller than the 650 sq ft suite we just came from NOTL. We were not informed and no explanation whatsover! 2. The description on Hotels.com(see screenshot) specifically says 2 private bathrooms, but it actually is 1.5 bathrooms(Marriot website for the hotel shows 1.5) - This is MISLEADING. I had to book another room on the spot, just for another bathroom , at a premium price. I could only get a room for one night, they were fully booked afterwards. 3. Bathroom in the corner suite was not cleaned well, house keeping took forever after multiple follow ups(45 mins!!) - then multiple people showed up to do the cleaning :) They were very apologetic, but you would expect things be perfect at the beginning for a 5 star hotel! 4. I had specifically asked for an extra rollaway bed on extra charges for both the suites - got 1 in the corner suite, upon asking they got one for the other room as well. 5. The first day when we checked in - our calls never went through - to front desk, concierge, house keeping , butler service, private dining - no body picked up. I had to go down the elevators from 17th floor to talk to front desk every time I needed something. Thank you for the exercise :) Plus points: Front desk were busy, but were helpful. Bellmen and valet were friendly and welcoming, always. Location is good, near multiple attractions but we decided to take uber for everything - since parking is a nightmare.
e: Disappointing Stay – Poor Service & Communication Ruined My Birthday Trip I had high hopes for my birthday stay at this property, but unfortunately, it fell short in multiple ways. Upon arrival, there was an issue with my check-in due to a form error I wasn’t aware of—especially since it had been accepted at another Marriott hotel just the night before. I was told I had until midnight to correct the issue, yet my card was charged twice just an hour later without any warning. That lack of communication locked up funds I had planned to use for my birthday activities, which I then had to cancel. To make matters worse, I overheard staff speaking negatively about my situation, assuming I couldn’t understand them. That was both unprofessional and disrespectful. My room also wasn’t up to St. Regis standards—dusty surfaces, hair in the shower, and a broken toilet. On my actual birthday, the lobby was filled with loud guests for hours, and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. It was not the luxury experience I expected. The only redeeming part of my stay was the spa. The staff there were warm, professional, and truly made me feel cared for. While I appreciate their service, the overall experience was disappointing enough that I’ve decided to cancel my upcoming reservation at another St. Regis property.
Just stayed / staying at the St Regis Toronto and very very disappointed with the whole experience. Dont get me wrong, the rooms are very moden and nice, the pool and gym areas are nice and the front desk is very polite / helpful. The manager or managers of the hotel were quite helpful too but that is where it stops. Given we were staying for 12 days and were paying quite high prices, our expectations for the service was high and we were extremely disappointed. Anytime you called house keeping or private dining or the butler service, you only had a less than a 50% chance of someone picking up the phone. Even when they did, it would take atleast 3 follow up reminder calls for them to deliver something as basic as a set of plates, or an extra duvet or something. If you're in town for only one night and dont care about service this might work, but if you're here for an extended period and require good service, I would look elsewhere. The service standards were absolutely appalling. This is probably my sixth or seventh stay at the St Regis Toronto and probably my last. At this price point, there are other more compelling / better service options around (Mandarin, Ritz, Four Seasons etc.). The only two reasons I gave it two stars was for the front desk and the quality of the rooms. Also if you're staying in a one bedroom or two bedroom suite, please bear in mind that while the lounge gets nice and chilly the bedrooms stay very very hot. So if you're a hot sleeper be prepared for uncomfortable nights, as they only have a tiny air vent in the bedroom and its very hard to get the room cold with that tiny air vent.
This was our first time staying at the St. Regis, but it definitely won’t be the last! It’s probably the best hotel in Toronto. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, they even called to check in on how our stay was going! There were thoughtful goodies waiting in the room, and to our surprise, they followed up to ask what beverage we’d like the following day. The level of service was truly exceptional, it was attentive, personalized, and consistent throughout our stay. The hotel itself is the perfect blend of elegance and luxury. The room was beautifully appointed, and every detail from the decor to the bottled water reflected the high standards of a posh, high-end hotel. I highly recommend staying here, whether it’s for a night, a weekend, or longer. The St. Regis delivers an experience that’s truly unforgettable.

Overall Experience
8/10Overall stays are often described as exceptional and memorable due to service, rooms and location, but a subset of serious operational issues (check-in refusals, billing/deposit problems) temper the overall experience.
