A small cramped room and a very small bathroom - in Egypt I have seen bigger coffins! No magnifying mirror. Limited breakfast options. No continental option, no boiled, scambled or poached eggs. Not strong on healthy options; more suitable for big fat people from Manchester. Hotel not easy for a disabled person.

Breakfast & location
Room size , bed mattress, not supported, overall climate of room temperature, uncomfortable
The location was excellent
The room was far too hot with no fan & no wardrobe to put our clothes
Very freindly, clean, well furnished and decorated. Bed was super comfortable and we slept extremely well. Breakfast was buffet style but was always hot and very good choice. We went for half board and the evening food although only two courses consisted of very generous portions, great taste and wide selection. Took our dog who was also made to feel very welcome.
Communication was a bit of an issue with links to their self service portal not working for extras such as the dog, half board and early checkin but via a mixture of emails and a phone calls we were able to make our bookings. Throughout the interactions though the staff were always very polite and welcoming. All the staff we met at hhe hotel front desk, cleaning, bar staff etc were always so freindly and a real credit to the hotel.
I had a gold room it was just like a standard room
Good location and nice reception .
This was the smallest and most expensive room I ve ever got and I travel a lot. The smokehouse food was horrible and nothing was smoked there.
Location is good
Taking photos of you on entry “so called in case you need a new key and so they know who’s checked in” completely breaking privacy rules , they have your picture , your bank details , your address and somtimes your driving licence. They say no noice after 10pm, but they stick on karaoke way past that time , staff ignore you and make you feel invisible. But you’re not allowed to complain via email after they stay because they just shut you down and say it’s our fault for not using a phone in the night or getting dressed and going to reception .
Welcoming and close to facilities
Not sea view
Location great
Very cramped tired
Great spot
Could have been a lot cleaner and room equipped properly
We just love the whole experience. The location was fantastic. The hotel was very friendly and accommodating and entertainment was very good too. Breakfast was very tasty.
It’s not so much I didn’t like it, but I just thought that maybe the pillows could have done with pillow protectors on them. I just find that a bit more hygienic and makes the pillows last longer as well.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended We had an absolutely fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable and well looked after. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around while still being a pleasant place to come back to at the end of the day. What really stood out was the attention to detail and hospitality — you could tell that genuine effort had been made to ensure guests have a great experience. Everything lived up to the description and, in several respects, exceeded our expectations. It felt like excellent value for money and we were genuinely impressed with the overall standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay.what 10/10 experience and a property we would gladly return to.
There was very little to dislike about our stay. If anything, we would have appreciated a few more practical touches, such as additional storage space and clearer information about local amenities. These were minor points, though, and did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.
I had a problem as I was in a wheelchair out si and it was odd go to ground out and into another part of hotel to get to room. I took very ill and ended up in hospital for a week.
Facilities were really good! The food in the restaurant was amazing.
Nothing.
Location was brilliant right along the seafront. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. The bar staff was very friendly, cocktails were amazing.
The hotel room was very dissapointing, we paid alot of money for this room, we could have forgave the run down look and materialistic things if the room had been clean. The room was disgusting, there was stains on the matress protector, no protectors on lumpy pillows, the matress was curved, it was higher in the middle than the sides. The side of the divan bed was torn. The light was broken, mirror had misding pegs. The bottom of coffee/ sugar storage was filthy. The bathroom had mould in shower, shower plug was disgraceful, the sink had a crack in it. The plug in sink didn't hold up so had to hold it while the water was running to her water run through plug hole, we had to wedge it open. The toilet was next to window, needed frosted glass, not just a blind. Didn't feel we could keep bathroom window open due to a path being right outside with people walking past. We complained as the window wouldn't look either, they sent the cleaners in, the cleaners emptied bin, and sprayed a bit of air freshener.
The staff were ok. The car park attendant was polite and helpful.
The room was filthy. Wet dirty towels left on the bed when we arrived. The shower had mold and soap scum all over it. The carpet in room needed a good hover. Bed covers were dirty and didn't fit. Dust all over light fixtures. Air vent in shower room not working and still not working when we reported it no one came to fix it. If your disabled forget about staying in this hotle not suitable. This Hotle needs a new cleaning team to do a deep clean.
Staff were fantastic and location is great
You can do anything about the mad crazy excessive stairs 🤪 😜
The staff were welcoming and the facilities were clean. The room was tidy and clean upon arrival and very close to the sea front.
There was nothing I didn't like overall we had a great stay.
The staff were friendly
The room was not comfortable very cramped silver family room. The single bed was is such poor condition springs digging into my back and hips all night. I asked for a new mattress or topper which I was assured would be delivered to the room this did not happen. I had a very uncomfortable 3 nights. The beer garden was also questionable, a few tables on Astro turf in the carpark?
Helpfulness of staff.
Although parking is advertised as available at a cost of £10 per night. They crammed our van in to such extent that we couldn't get into it if we had wanted to without them having to move lots of cars. We had a silver sea view room which was basic and not the cleanest and also on the 3rd floor meaning we had to climb 6 flights of stairs. It was unbearably hot in the recent temperatures with just a small table fan covered in dust to keep us cool. The only good thing about our stay was the staff who you couldn't fault but the rooms could really do with being updated considering the amount of money being charged per night.
Breakfast was lovely very surprised
Easy access for beach 🏖️ etc
Car parking charges
Everything was very nice, entrance to hotel at night was easy and safe.
A black out blind of some sort woul have been better
The room was not as advertised very small and very over priced
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice play area for children. Definitely child friendly. Bingo was great fun.
The facilities are old and some upgrades are needed in some rooms. My friends had to change rooms as they had some mold in the bathroom and found big clumps of hair in the carpet.
Food good as was location
Parking facilities
The room was like a student bedroom and bathroom was like a small cupboard it’s was not was showing on the website very disappointing
Do book this hotel over price.
Location and friendly staff
Shower flooded and bathroom window went straight onto the street.
Lokalizacja i miła obsługa.
Dostęp do parkingu, duża odległość do alternatywnego parkingu 10-15min. Pieszo
The room was cosy once I could find it got lost a few time .
The noise from persons using hot tub was annoying in evening had to close window to little affect ,no quest lounge unruly children spoilt my only meal in bar area .
Location was great. Staff were helpful.
WiFi on 3rd floor didn’t really work. TV barely had any signal. Shower was blocked and slow to drain.
Bed is comfort enough, shower pressure is good, no bad smell inside the room
There are not enough place for hanging clothes only a very tiny triangle rack. Walking noise from above floor No frige, dirty kettle and mugs
Room was small noise from kitchen fan outside window constant hall and carpet dirty table sticky
As above
Close to sea and location
Rooms tiny for 3 adult. Drawers were not clean. I have seen biscuits crumbs and left over belongings from previous guests.

Location
Communal areas stink of food , rooms are slopped and like a sauna so hot,it’s like.a local pub:hangout, not a hotel.
It was on sea front perfect location , shower was lovely , food very nice & lovely Staff .
Room very very hot &small , fan didn’t do much , a small nail was pocking up between the room & bathroom ( I stubbed my toe on it . There was dust on headboard & to wasn’t working properly .
I thought the whole place was fanrastic, and staff where so friendly and helpful.will highly recommend to all i know
Perfect location. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. 5* to the staff. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Fans were provided as it was a heatwave which was lovely. Room was a decent size and the breakfast was good.
The price was high for what it was. I’ve paid less for more facilities and a higher star rating in seaside towns in summer. What they do well is clean, family rooms and there are loads of facilities - it’s just a bit pricey. Also our room was second floor with no lift which wasn’t great for accessibility with kids and suitcase! If it was cheaper I would definitely stay again. No complaints with the room or food.
access to garden bar, food and entertainment room was comfortable
maybe the stairs - but it is what it is … there are lifts
This for us was a last minute booking for a short break. After searching for a dog friendly hotel we found The Jubilee Hotel. We have stayed in dog friendly accommodation before. Some were good, but the majority were pretty bloody awful. The latter can not be said for the Jubilee. We had booked possibly the smallest room ( but enough for ourselves) in the height off the recent heatwave. The room was clean, bright and being on the top floor it was absolutely fantastic for cool air to circulate. The staff:- we could not fault. They were polite, friendly and an all out great team. The food served:- Yes Yes Yes. The evening meals were cooked as asked to perfection. An all you can eat Breakfast with fresh juice, tea and coffee at under £10 is a no brainer. The Sunday Carvery was also banging. We are definitely going to return sooner than the Jubilee expects. The price The location The fantastic staff You cannot go wrong. As I've said this was a last minute break and I wasn't expecting to much for the price we paid. Oh, how wrong i was and so glad I did.
Great choice
Just got back great hotel friendly staff nothing to much trouble car parking great book in and enjoy yourself breakfast is Buffett all you can eat
Location and its facilities
Lots of stairs but that gives it character, so not an issue
Breakfast was fine location was fine
Night staff chatting and smoking under our window at 2am. No sleep. Bedframe creaking badly. Shower was filthy.
Location
Stairs lots of stairs
Onsite bar / smokehouse was very accommodating, location superbs, staff excellent. We had my Dads 80th birthday meal there and the whole evening was brilliant due to the service and the entertainment provided
Location was good as very near to sea
Hotel room needs major refurb, found dog hairs in bed and almost everywhere , mugs and desk were dirty, shower tub with black mold around, uncomfortable mattress, seemed like the room wasn't cleaned properly for a while...not enough parking spaces at hotel, you have to walk at least 15 mins to the long stay car park. We wouldn't go back again!!
Right on the promenade with easy access to the beach
There is a local coastal road between the hotel and the promenade which makes it a bit noisey during the day for rooms facing the front.
Everything
Nothing was loveley
Great location and friendly and helpful staff
I had a great experience with my partner, was treated really good by the lovely staff, anytime I needed anything they would always help me, the view to the beach was great, they had a great breakfast, the best I loved was the fact I could have a calm a comfortable sleep Thank you so much
Staff friendly
Very small tired room very poor value Cold breakfast No milk in either coffee machine
The team at the Jubilee Weymouth are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Ricky, Tom, Charlie… in fact the whole team are exceptional. Very clean rooms and the food is exemplary. 5*.
Fantastic stay, bedroom was spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Bar and restaurant was also welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again
Excellent experience, with evening entertainment which was great. All the staff without exception were polite curtious and helpful. Food great, with the breakfast exceptional.
Great atmosphere, well run, nothing to much trouble. The entertainment fella was great, great with people, great entertaining and a really good voice
Great location, lovely bar and outside area along with entertainment every night which was perfect for my 90 year old Dad
Bit of a maze to the rooms but all ok one small thing we needed a rail in bathroom to hang up towels
Staff were extremely helpful , my room was clean and comfortable for 2 nights working
Stay here for a three day break with a family member. We found it a very friendly place with a great atmosphere and the location was perfect. We had breakfast every morning, and we were not disappointed. Fantastic, every morning. Also had a steak meal one evening and we were not disappointed. It tasted as good as it looked.. We will be back very soon.
Staff were very friendly and showed us to our rooms. The hotel managed to have our rooms joining. We have a fantastic sea view and a balcony we could sit out on. The rooms also had fans as it was so warm you could also request a free extra fan if needed. The hotel was very quiet on a night, even with the entertainment you couldn't hear any noise from the restaurant below. We would definitely book again.
Then bar and function room caters for everyone. The hotel itself is clean and tidy , and the decor suits the style of building soft and neutral.
Nothing
Fantastic hotel. Greeted and shown to rooms which were spacious and had balconies. As rooms were connected we could enjoy the beach view together. Had food in the 3 chimneys, which was good. Comfy beds and fans in rooms as it was very warm. Would 100% stay here again.
Able to extend carpark stay as used beach facilities a bit longer. Staff friendly especially Lorraine who was also very helpful and accommodating. Very nice breakfast. Nice touch with make your own waffles machine!
Reception at the back a bit small and busy especially when workers where doing repairs. Would maybe work better as a front Reception on Front of hotel as rooms and door entry at Front more attractive. However hotel was friendly with nice staff.
Location, attentive staff
The way to check in
Breakfast and location good
Room size. Toilet size, having to pay extra for a fan, no toilet roll on arrival
Nothing
Rude staff, inflexible about travel disruptions. Just a very unpleasant place to stay.
Breakfast was good.
Problems with mixing up rooms when checking in and problems with parking.
There was so much confusion about what we had requested a family room room with a C view but there was no lift to the third floor, so they found it why we were driving to the hotel, and when we arrived, we were shown three or four different rooms and we ended up in a small twin bedroom facing the sea which was adequate but not anywhere near our original request.
The staff at the hotel were absolutely first class excellent and did everything they could for my stay comfortable in finding us another room room. But this could have been avoided as they checked before we arrived. But otherwise absolutely first class.
Breakfast was good.
Mix up with allocation of rooms and problems with parking.
Very good, clean and everyone helpful and friendly
Nothing

Loved the location. Breakfast was good.
Room was very small and not very clean. Found glasses case behind bedside table and food in the drawers
Location and food
Bedroom was a bit dated
Sally Ann at reception Brilliant
Hotel is located directly opposite the sea front. Breakfast was lovely and everything was really hot.
Friendly, helpful staff. Had an issue with the room on arrival which was quickly sorted! Loved the smoked/bbq food. Lots of facilities available if required.
Check in experience was a bit strange (disclaimers to sign and they want a mugshot of you!) but apart from that, all good!
The room had a kettle and packets of coffee.
If you're looking for a full sensory experience, this place delivers. The bed had a crater in the middle so impressive I briefly considered naming it and applying for planning permission. Most of the springs had clearly retired years ago and were enjoying a well-earned rest. The walls were so thin I got to know my neighbours better than some of my relatives. Combined with the constant symphony of slamming doors and creaking floorboards, sleep became more of a suggestion than an activity. The door lock was positioned about a foot off the floor for reasons known only to the architect. Perhaps it was designed for very security-conscious toddlers. The bathroom fan deserves special recognition. Once switched on, it continued running for approximately three hours, displaying a level of dedication and commitment sadly lacking in the mattress springs. Overall, if you've ever wondered what it would be like to sleep in a noisy train station while slowly rolling into a mattress shaped sinkhole, this is the place for you.
Staff were mostly friendly and approachable, entertainment was a laugh
Hot water went out , bathroom was dirty, blocked sink.
Lovely warm welcome on arrival room was spotless staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . lovely atmosphere about this place will definitely be returning highly recommend to all
elderly couple who forgot our suitcase containing meds, too far to travel home to collect so we were forced to check out after one night of 3 , hotel decided to charge us for all 3 nights plus £10 per night for parking ...which they don't tell you about .
We had a wonderful stay . Our room was a sea view and was bright and airy and spacious with modern en suite facilities. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special by decorating our room with Birthday balloons and a happy birthday banner as we were there to celebrate mums 80th birthday. Thank you so much for that. The hotel has a fun atmosphere with activities if you’d like to participate and the menu had a range of dishes to suit most tastes. We had a breakfast included with our room which was delicious and well cooked with choices of a full English type range and also pastries and cereals tea and coffee. We had treatments at the spa during our visit which were lovely and also tried the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely return . Had a wonderful stay in a good position on the esplanade with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
