Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan

Im Innenhof ist ein Nachtclub den amn relativ laut hört.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The location is very strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a warm smile, which truly enhances the overall experience. The room was spotless, clean, and neatly arranged, showing great attention to detail. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future

Omg i love this hotel so much!! Just stayed here last week and everything was amazing. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy i sleep like a baby every night. Hospitality also good at the counter. Overall very happy with my stay, worth every penny! Will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends. Thank you Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan!!

Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan is a total gem! The staff are super friendly and check-in was incredibly fast. I loved the room—it was spotless, organized, and had a great modern vibe that felt really fresh. Plus, the location is unbeatable; you’re right in the middle of all the best shopping and diverse food spots. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay!

Nice Greet, and carefully room

Good breakfast

*Bath towels not clean and worn-out *Unable to provide hairdryer even with repeated requests *when checked in on the first night the room was not really prepared without the necessary bathroom facilities.etc

Not much at all

Noisy, dirty, ripped bed sheets, rooms not ready in the afternoon, very slow check-in, noisy nightclub right next to our window - all in all a shocker …. No towels by the way for over 1 hour even when we called reception.

Sarapannya enak dan bervariasi

Pintu susah dikunci, handuk ada yang robek. Sudah diinfokan ke resepsiois tetapi tidak ada tindak lanjut.

Swiss bell inn terburuk yg pernah saya inapi..

Lokasi strategis

view kamar tidak ada jendela

Great hospitality so far, nice breakfast and Warm greeting from hotel receptionist name nana (again). This is second time stay at swissbelinn balikpapan and will return again.

Nice location

The front-office team led by Ms. Nana and their housekeeping team were very accommodative to my early check-in and late check-out. Relatively an old hotel, but one can tell they're working very hard to make their guests' stay to be as comfortable as possible. Just outside the city centre, it's strategically located to explore the local delicacies and neighborhood.

Room is ok but a bit old. Aircon is not cold, the room phone was not working but later they fixed it upon request.

Strategic

The road inside need repair. Parking need large

Staff is very helpful and informative. The room is incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner and mini refrigerator are quite cold. You don't need to worry about storing drinks in the room. The hotel's position is quite strategic, we easily found a place for dinner.

My room was upgrade, the room is quite good and comfortable. big space, cleanliness is good however the room where I stay is in 2nd floor which is the sound from the streets is coming into the room and for me its disturbing. Food service is good, the price is fair

good hospitality, from the security, receptionist, and also other staff also clean room and the location is in the center of the city it is easy to find foods and places to go not far from the airport and easy to access ojek online either motorcycle or car

Strategically located within Balikpapan Permai area close to mall and banks + budget friendly hotel. Nice room with ample space and comfortable bed. Highly recommended for those who are budget concious or in need of easy access to banks and commercial centers.

The facilities and atmosphere are very comfortable and the cleanliness is okay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. affordable prices and strategic location. complete breakfast menu, highly recommended to go with family. Perfect.

The Front Office staff were very helpful & courteous, however the housekeeping staff need some additional training to address some inherent deficencies. The rooms appear to be in better condition than the public areas.

Unfortunately the property is sadly in need of renovations and looks like the owners have not allocated any budget for replacement of carpets, fittings, etc...

Good location, helpful staff & good room.

Location n food is nice suite with the budget.

Nothing

Filthy damaged carpets in hallways and room. Smell was bad, probably from drains. Some caustic soda down the drain would probably fix it. Public areas like hallways were crazy hot, and the air con in reception was set to 28c. Room was noisy with drilling sound all day and night.

Price

not clean, the water is even yellow

Good facility with reasonable price.

Cleanliness needs to improve, sometimes smells shabby.

Staff were polite but nothing is really good

Dirty linens, issue with payment, language is a big problem even though they mention that the staff speak English and bahasa. No one at the reception except for the manager can understand english. They made an error with the payment. The rooms smell horrible and are very dirty. The AC water was leaking doesnt cool so well either, the room phone didnt work at all. There are many reasons why you shouldn't go here. Its the worst hotel ive ever stayed in

The pillows are comfortable

The water was dirty, brown yellow in color and stinks. Wifi was extremely slow, practically unusable. Next to a nightclub, very noisy. Parking was very difficult with very tight spot. Price is higher than what it offers.

Breakfast. Location. Clean.

Only the room, bed, and the pillows that meet my expectation.

- the lobby was poor with an aircon that didnt work properly. It's Balikpapan bro, you definitely need a properly working aircon. And at this point, this hotel already failed. - the building not giving a good ambience. Once you arrived, you only want to get straight to your room.

Very comfortable room with deluxe feel. Given free upgrade by friendly staff.

Phone not working in the room (warned in advance and not an issue for us). Bathroom could have been better cleaned.

Location and friendly staff.

Rooms were a bit damp, one smelt like the river.

Clean + Exceptional food & staff

-

the staffs good services

the room smells very very bad due to without windows

The staff was friendly and provided great service.

The room facilities are not optimum like TV blurred viewing, running water without pressure in room 323, air-con ineffective, room very small like budget hotel IBIS.

The breakfast was delicious especially the fried rice!

Noise from Discotek made it impossible to sleep into early hours of the morning

The breakfast menu is delicious and has good taste with a varied menu. Overall location is good. Easy access around the area of Balikpapan, and the staff was friendly.

friendly staff

4 nights in a dark room without window, no wifi in the room

The hotel is in a good and clean condition. I can recommend it to people who are not reliant on the internet. If you just stay for a night and don't mind having bad or no internet then this place is for you. if you need internet then better look for a different place. breakfast good and coffee also good!

Resepsionis kurang murah senyum,,datang dengan barang bawaan banyak staf kurang tanggap membantu, ambil troli sendiri dan angkat-angkat sendiri,,minta 2 kunci tidak dapat dipenuhi alasan terbatas..

The stench in the room was overpowering. I made rhem come smell it and they agreed it was bad. Mold everywhere, stains on walls.

Awesome location near all the entertainment. good place and good budget. Great in general

Mid range hotel in the city center, near from business area.

close to e-walk shopping mall

good price. good location.

Reasonable hotel. Bed OK.Breakfast can be improved

good hotel for business trip.

Nice room

Respon karyawan lambat.

Smell old, timer for 12 afternoon

The carpet of the room and colour of the wall is to old

The only plus side from this hotel is the front office staff, they quite helpfull and fast. Room cleanliness is ok, just as expected from budget hotel, (cons): room service, I ordered nasi goreng and Tom yum soup, and i'm quite shocked when they only gave me four small size shrimp on the tom yum soup.

Room too small
