Location was ok

It was unclean - stove and floor. There were not pots/pans when I checked in - they were only provided the next day. Dstv remote was not working. No pots, I had to boil eggs in a kettle. curtain/blinder in my room could not close fully so I struggled to fall asleep

Rooms were not clean there were bugs. Bathtub had residue and was unusable. Towels were not provided in one bathroom. We were woken up by loud music in the morning at 7am which is against the property rules yet there was no one to enforce them.

- Spacious rooms with comfortable beds; - Nice water pressure in the shower; - The place has potential to be perfect if they can invest in simple regular cleaning (both inside and outside).

- INTRUSION OF COCKROACHES: that was bad. I hope I did not take some with me! - Dusty: the place looks like it does not get regular cleaning!! - Irritating sound at night from some outside electrical box!!! - No streaming tv services like Netflix or DStv Stream; there is only traditional decoder based DStv which is a thing of the past.

Location was excellent. Apartment was clean and neat.

Second bathroom shower door was broken. I had 3 adults and I child. Big Towels were given for 2 adults and 2 small ones

Its not worth the money. I stayed for 20 days. There was no DSTV for 2 weeks. There no towels almost every night. Every was falling apart. I don't recommend it at all.

Very disappointing experience. The room was in extremely poor condition and far below acceptable standards. The couches were torn, the bathtub was broken, and there was an awful smell in the room. The towels were torn and discoloured, and the bed sheets had dirt stains, raising serious hygiene concerns. Because of these conditions, the room was not suitable to stay in. I had to cancel my booking and find an alternative place to stay that same night. Although I booked and paid for two nights, I was only refunded for one night. I was informed that the cancellation policy requires payment for the first night, despite the fact that the cancellation was due to the unacceptable condition of the room.

Rooms were big and spacious , view of Sandton central 3 min to Sandton City mall

Need to improve on carpentry and same of the items like bathtub and wardrobe are broken but clean

It was safe, clean, private and family friendly. The hosts were so friendly and the cleaning staff came through every morning. The neighbourhood is so lovely and has amazing sceneric views.

Upon our arrival and check-in, we requested to see the room beforehand. The beds were broken, and the receptionist was visibly embarrassed. We inquired about other room options, but unfortunately, we encountered the same issues. The property was very noisy and felt more like communal living. It was also dirty. Please clarify to all potential clients that this property is being sold, as it was also unclear that this property is not associated with the Mint Group. Fortunately, we were able to receive a full refund upon cancellation.

The treatment it was bad to extend of we left in the middle of morning, they are not professional at all

I paid a good amount of money just walk in and the bathroom had empty beer bottles laying around, there was not enough towels . The quality of the place was not to my standard The bedside lamps are falling apart No extra blankets on the bed and it was cold

Appreciated the space, security and cleanliness of the facilities. Despite the unfortunate with the luggage, this place is a good choice.

Our insatisfation with the man at the front door that denied us to receive and keep the luggage. Just to remind that I've mentioned that estimated arrival would be around 6am to 8am and it was exactly 6am. At least we would expect the luggage to be stored and that was denied and said only at 2pm as it was full.

Apartment was spacious 'n two bedrooms n each bedroom has it's own bathroom n shower.we had open space for sitting room n dinning n kitchen. The view was great. Balcony was there'

The towels were not clean n duvet inner was dirty even mattress they need to be cleaned once the guest checks out. In the bathrooms they were no carpets it's easy to slippery'the drains the staff they need to clean them properly 'even in the kitchen it need spring cleaning 'kettle n microwave was not clean

1. The service was very poor all together e.g supply of bath towels, basic cosmetics. 2. If you need assistance with anything, there was no person to assist.

Everything. It was noisy and there’s people with kids permanently residing there. It was noisy. Smelly and there was no rest for us at all.

Great location

Compared to my previous stay, the cleanliness of this apartment was below standard. No towels provided unless asked for. Flat not cleaned properly prior to arrival. Door handles broken. The owners needs to please check the property properly before leasing it

The security gave me key told me room.number 206 was only one available and didn't even showed me or take me to the apartment and was irritatedby me,only to find out there were condoms left and viagra pills inside the bedroom and TV was not working,the whole apartment was smelling,if open water shower and bathroom there was leak !

The tv is very outdated, does not even have a hdmi cable slot for the dstv that is there so we were unable to watch any tv. Both bathrooms don’t have towels and we were 4 guests so we had to share 1 towel.

That was the worse i ever experienced in my life

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean.

The kitchenware was very limited and we didn’t even have spoons just 2 forks and 6 knifes and 3 teaspoons. For an accommodation that caters for 4 people. Please work on that worse we only had 1 bowl otherwise everything else was good.

Old everything.Old towel and furniture..There's not even a carpet in the lodge.The place is horrible it needs serious work.

I liked the afternoon & night security guards very friendly and listens also gives clear instructions.

The sliding doors couldn’t lock or close properly. There was no dish soap.

The beds were so old, the mattresses were "pap". The shower leaked till inside the kitchen, water almost went out the front door. None of the door handles are on properly. All just hanging loose. They ask for silence but the other guests just don't give a rats ass. Screaming in the early hours of the morning. No dish cloths in the kitchen. All appliances are sticky. Front door looks like it wasn't opened with a crow bar.
