Dirty room found pills under the bed,no air con,no duvet for the extra guest,the hotel is next to busy road and it’s impossible to sleep on open window or a fan for the whole night

Well located, clean, plenty of parking. Staff helpful and accommodating of my request for a twin room.

Bed was very firm for my liking. Parking charge didn’t feel reasonable given the out of town location.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay, lovely friendly , helpful staff, very clean room , good choice of lighting, comfortable bed and a great breakfast, good choice and the cooked food was nice and hot.

We checked in charged our phones and ipad . We went out come back 11pm. Plug the phone to charge. and wall plugs not working , Hotel staff tried their best turn the mains off and on . Didn't work. The following day at 10am they moved us to a different room.

Comfortable stay, breakfast was excellent, and all staff perfect. Relatively quiet, you do not hear the motorway but you do hear doors slamming in the morning and other guests talking in the hallway.

Room was clean as can be: not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms, feels icky quickly due to the stains. Room was quite hot but a fan was provided.

Comparing with other hotels in the UK, this is a good hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was good. The young man at the reception was very kind and professional.

There were several dogs in the breakfast room, barking and sitting on the carpet. By allowing this, you expect from all the guest that they like/accept dogs while taking breakfast. We don't have anything against dogs, but for sure not in a breakfast area. So unhygienic !

The best hotel staff! They were always friendly and happy to help, especially Lisa from the Restaurant/Kitchen! My 1.5 years old daughter had such a fun time with Lisa and all! Also the breakfast buffet was superb! Hot and fresh, and always tasty. The drink option was great too! Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating too which made our stay more enjoyable. We’ll come back again!

Das Hotel an sich war gut erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus. Personal war sehr nett ( Dan hat uns gut alles erklärt und geholfen,Danke), Essbereich und vorderer Bereich hat uns das Ambiente gefallen.

Das wir für 2 Hunde knapp 65£ extra Zahlen müssten,bei vielen Hotels liegt es bei knapp 20£. Die Betten waren sauber aber leider sehr unbequem bez.hart die Matratze. Leider hatten wir auch ein dreckiges Handtuch.

The staff were really helpful, evening meal was good value. Clean and tidy everything was of a good standard for our stay!

Hashbrowns for breakfast were tasteless and more vegetarian and vegan food needed even if we were to say before we stayed!

Decent location for Bicester shopping. Large parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable in general. Nothing outstanding, but nothing to complain about. Book with confidence if you are planning to shop in Bicester.

We arrived late at night after a 7 hour flight. The staff at the counter could not check us in for 15 minutes. Then showed something on the screen where the types of the rooms were wrong and the price was wrong too! The manager came. No attention to us at all. While talking to his colleague, addressed us as "they", "them", not even looking at us. The check-in process took a good half an hour, which was very exhausting. The kids fell asleep at the couches in the lobby. I will book again as this is is good hotel for Bicester shopping, but will have my fingers crossed I don't get those two guys on the shift.

Very clean, loved the Dove products. Staff lovely, we head particularly good service from Sebastian. Food in the bar was better than expected.

On night 2 we were told that there was no more Sauvignon Blanc when it was just that the bar hasn’t been topped up. We left every morning before breakfast to attend and event, it would have been nice to have been able to order a pre- packed breakfast as we had paid for this in the price.

Staff were accommodating and welcoming. Hotel close by to shops and restaurants via car. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Given complimentary late check out.

Very hot in the room no air con. Room and corridors had a strange smell. Breakfast was not very nice. When we arrived our bedding had stains but this was changed quickly by staff when pointed out. Very basic channels on tv in room. We had a dog with us and was told it was £30 extra for the dog when it says £20 on booking website.

Typical business hotel with small rooms only suitable for one night's stay. We stayed for 4. On day 2 we were preparing to get ready for a wedding and left room at 1pm. On that day the room was not cleaned. Positive: there was an iron and ironing board in room. The soundproofing is great.

Breakfast is free but low quality. Very boring for 4 mornings. There is near zero storage in room, we could barely hang up the suit for the wedding. We were living out of the suitcase.

I liked the warm welcome we received when we arrived I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and I liked the food we had in the evening and I liked our room it's big and spacious.

Our mattress was very hard we were in room 320 and the pillow was quite lumpy as well , and the other thing I struggled with ,was, it was quite hot and the air conditioning had broken down and we only had a fan to keep us cool.

Hotel was good - but car parking was a disaster culminating in getting a ticket - and appeal was rejected so I had to pay. In short, I had booked an electric charging bay and receptionist confirmed I did not need to pay for parking. Unfortunately this proved to be wrong - but actually I would not have expected to pay extra having booked a bay.. Whatever the policy, please make it clear to all concerned.

The location is ideal for a stopover to other places as it’s close to the M40. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful.

I was unable to get the air conditioning to work, the pillows were to thick and solid (I sleep on my front & ended up trying to sleep without a pillow at all) and sound proofing rooms still hasn’t been achieved. It’s all very well getting tech into the hotel and QR codes everywhere but if the basics are still lacking then scores won’t improve.

Air conditioning didn’t work throughout my stay on a very hot weekend. Bins not emptied by cleaners. Would be nice to have some healthier options at breakfast.

It’s a great location if you want to spend time in Bicester Village, visit Oxford or even the Cotswolds. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Paying for parking at a hotel you stay at is a bug bear. Room temp too, so warm in night. Opened window but a lot of road traffic so took a couple of hours to fall asleep.

The air conditioning was broken. The hotel had put a notice saying they put fans in the rooms but there was none in any of the rooms I booked. It was really hot during the heat wave in England and opening the windows didn’t help much. The staff were nonchalant when I asked about not finding fans in the rooms as promised. Breakfast was crowded and below the standard of other Holiday Inn Expresses I’ve stayed at.

We were travelling to London with our dog, the holiday inn was very welcoming to her. There is plenty of grass just outside. The room was spotless and breakfast had everything you could need. Definitely recommend as a stopover if you need something close to london

Simple procedure re initial reservation, booking in on arrival and checking out. Room very comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. We anticipated a pleasant stay as we have used several different Holiday Inns over the years and this one did not disappoint.

Pity the bar does not have hot chocolate as a choice of drink.

The modern plugs with usbs, the breakfast, the shower, the friendliness of the staff.

The bedroom was a liiiitttle compact in size for a family room - a bunk would have been better than a sofa bed for two kids tbh. There was very little space for more than two people to put things away - no real shelves or drawers for 4 people. The air con being broken was also not ideal.

The evening staff were very friendly.

The fact we weren't told before arrival that there was no air-conditioning only fans. Would not have stayed if had been informed. Too hot to sleep

Staff were probably the friendliest and most helpful team I have ever experienced. Especially Jackie and the lady on the front desk in the red top. They made our stay so enjoyable!
