Really liked it there and would love to come back again. The lady I messaged on cellphone number given was really helpful and friendly.
It had been raining heavy so there was a massive puddle at the entrance door from carpark. Bottom of my trousers were soaked by time I got up to the room and was trying to navigate the best way in. The wee milk plastic sachet things taste odd. Not the same as regular milk.

As it’s a renovation of an old building there have been compromises such as no sink in the unit’s kitchenette, too shallow/narrow a bathroom sink in which shave and heavy doors to juggle with luggage.

Driveway and parking area needs maintenance. Limited storage for clothes, no drawers except in bedside cabinets, no cupboard, clothes rack flimsy. Nowhere to put bags except limited floor space in the small room. No chair or small table. Microwave downstairs in common kitchen.

Was a bit hard to find intially. Went to the first building at the start (think its flats) You have to go around the corner to find it. There is a sign on the back fence but thought it was referring to the first building. Even the Door dash driver had trouble :) It is also up a steep street but close to the Octagan.

We stayed in the property next to the main stables and overall enjoyed our stay. One area for improvement would be the entrance to the apartment and the stairs, which would benefit from being tidied and refreshed to create a more welcoming first impression. The apartment overlooks the rubbish bins as you enter the property, so some screening or landscaping in that area would also help enhance the outlook
