Notre chambre n’était pas exceptionnel, correct mais très mauvaise vue sur un toit nous aurions aimé voir la forêt

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The breakfast was excellent. This is the best breakfast I had at a motel/resort. The location was good except for walking down the hill (it made it hard to "climb the hill back up"). Also, I actually saw a "live" bear outside the motel. The staff was very helpful: Tony, Shay, and another Girl (a black lady but I cannot remember her name).
I feel it would be a good idea to have a shuttle to go to the Aquarium or roller coaster.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Jason, the front desk manager could not have been more helpful to me amd my group. I made a mistake on our check in date and arrived one day early: Jason assured us he would do his best to help us out. He was amazing!!!!! He kept reassuring us that he would make this work. The backside of this story is I was traveling with my cousin and his wife who came to Nashville (home for my wife and I now) and wanted to see the Gatlinburg area. I made the reservations for three locations: they trusted me to be accurate, I was not. Jason saved the day for me!!!! All of your staff at that property were very professional and represent your organization well!!!

Reviewed May 11, 2026Wonderful location. Parking and checking in was a breeze. Loved the heated indoor pool area.
Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working during our whole stay. The rooms are a bit small, it was 6 of us in a 2 bed with a pull out couch, so I would definitely get 2 rooms next time for all of us to be more comfortable, definitely with the only 1 bathroom.

In my opinion, the bar closes too early. They hand out coupons for free drinks that can only be redeemed during odd afternoon hours—making them practically useless, since hardly anyone is actually at the hotel at that time.

The bed looked like a dog bed. The bed needed replacing. It was flat, hard. We had to cling to the side just to find a spot. But don’t worry the lump in the middle will not allow you to sleep anywhere but clinging to the side. I’m serious. They need to buy a new bed. The sheets were stained. But don’t worry, if you’re into changing your own sheets they’ve some in the closet. It’s your vacation- change your own sheets. If you think you’re getting a made to order omelet- you’re getting a flat egg that needs to be to go on bread- Aka McDonald’s but worse. All the food was cold. Just as well ignored photo and rating. Go stay in a dump you know.
