Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptionally humble, kind, and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and respect. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, making the entire experience comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the staff genuinely went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was absolutely amazing as well. They had buses running approximately every 15 minutes, and the service was remarkably punctual and well-organized. This made travelling to and from the Haram extremely convenient and stress-free, especially during busy hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying at Mercure Hotel Makkah Aziziah. The excellent service, humble staff, comfortable rooms, and reliable shuttle service truly stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit!
Safa Restaurant – Breakfast Buffet The staff at Safa Restaurant were absolutely amazing—very warm, courteous, and hospitable throughout our breakfast experience. Their friendly service really made us feel welcomed. However, I feel the breakfast buffet could be enhanced further. During my previous visit, the chef used to offer live cooking, which was a lovely touch and added freshness and variety to the breakfast experience. Unfortunately, the live cooking was not available this time. Bringing it back would definitely make the breakfast buffet more enjoyable and memorable for guests. Overall, the staff deserve special appreciation for their excellent hospitality, and I hope the breakfast experience can be improved even further.
